This a great example of one of my paintings that... didn’t turn out how I anticipated. This is my first experimentation with oil painting, and definitely the largest one I’ve done too. I left it to dry, hoping I picked the one spot my cats wouldn’t get to it, but, it didn’t work well.
And this is how the painting is staying too, I figured, since its a gift to my grandparents to give them when I get the vaccine and I’m safe again, that they wouldn’t mind the touch my cat added. I think its adorable, and I’m still very proud of this painting regardless.

Rating Cat Parts
Ears- Cute, but usually cold. Very bendy, and it’s fun to watch them flick if you put your hand near them. 7/10
Paws - S q u i s h y. If you get to touch the beans, you have been blessed by the kitty. Fun to hold, but can be hard to acquire. 9/10
Tail - Can either be fluffy like a giant feather or look like it belongs to a rat. Short tails make me a little sad, because it’s just a tiny pompom, like the round fuzzy ball you use for arts and crafts as a kid. Also, very annoying! Cats love hitting you with them, so make sure to never open your mouth if you’re in range! 5/10
Nose - Small and triangular, very good. Pretty cold though, and hard to boop. 4.5/10
Eyes - Best indicator of your cat’s mood. Be careful if their pupils are huge though, because it means someone’s going to get hurt. 6/10
Teeth - Very pointy. Don’t go near them they hurt ;-; -1/10
