i know its a joke but my autistic brain is going wild at that raccoon vs goose post. why would u ever take a raccoon in a fight over a goose. geese are mean sure but theyre FINE like theyre not really gonna do much damage. the most you’ll get from a goose attack is like a bruise and MAYBE a small cut if it claws you on a spot with no clothes covering skin. the most you’ll get from a raccoon attack is rabies and die

#remember: healthy raccoons never attack unless provoked. if you’re going into a wild raccoon den and you get attacked its kind of on you.#but if one comes out of nowhere and starts attacking you that is probably a rabid animal or at least has some other serious disease #because they do NOT do that normally #healthy geese will readily attack if you get too close to their nesting sites or their chicks bc they’re very protective parents #you can literally throw geese. the only thing they have to grab you with is their beak. yes they can fly at you but they have basically a #handle you can grab. their big fucking neck. once you grab their neck (easy) you can literally throw them away #and theyll back down bc it’s a display of power. but you should run away anyways #geese aren’t really gonna carry anything that will hurt you. bird flu doesn’t affect humans (although it does become an issue if you have #pets bc it can kill cats and dogs) but raccoons carry rabies which is 100% fatal #also raccoons are a lot harder to grab and get away from bc they’re faster than you think #raccoons can run up to 25 km/h. the high average of a human’s running speed is 13 km/h #dont risk it babe. as soon as you become symptomatic for rabies you’re dead #i am 100% putting way too much thought and energy into this. however i am autistic #rambles

fic idea that’s probably been done a ton, but I’m such a sucker for kas! Eddie initially being hellbent on killing/hurting the party (especially Steve) but ends up stopping dead in his tracks when Steve gets emotional/ holds him gently/ treats him with such care the moment he shows up - that he can’t help but feel protective/ fall in love (bonus points if kas’ inner monologue is like “oh…. we’ve.... never been treated like this before”) and speed runs the 👿 -> 🥺 pipeline !!!

Doesn’t matter if it’s be done before my friend! What matters is YOUR spin on it! And I can see your own personal spice mix making it YOURS!

Monster kind!kas being soothed and understood because steve WANTS to. Steve can’t let Eddie go when he knows who he is, knows that it’s still eddie…just different. Steve loyal to a fault and stubborn in his opinions would be no different when kas!eddie shows up. He’d fight every corner for him, dustin would be on his side too. The pair of them defending eddie in any way they can! Being angry. Being aggressive with it. They lost him once and now that he’s back they aren’t letting him go again, they KNOW it’s him.

Kas!eddie reluctant at the start. A mix of timid and extreme self defence kicking in, thinking he has to protect himself. If he doesn’t, who will? And slowly, so slowly he lets Steve closer. Steve just sitting at the edge of the forest where he knows kas is hiding and playing music, reading out loud, just talking. Eventually kas comes closer, bats the tape player with a wing when it’s a song he doesn’t like, little chirrups of almost encouragement when Steve stumbles over a word when he’s reading and carries on anyway, even purring when it’s just Steve talking.

The Kittypets and Loners of the area tell of the Creatures in the Wildwoods, creatures that look like cats but are twisted beneath. They grow poison Ivy leaves from their pelts, and are led by an Oaken Creature, who cat emerge from any tree. Their claws are poisoned thorns, and their eyes are pits of hate. But there are also Good Creatures, with flowers in their fur, that lead lost kits home…how can one tell the difference? That’s why Princess insisted on escorting her brother in the woods - things lurk, and it’s very hard to tell if they’re friend or foe…

(Jake saw Talltail remove his feather decorations and darn near lost his mind - he thought that the Good Creatures grew those!?! What do you mean you can’t fly?!)

concept: a character who's skin resists marking. It isn't even anything particularly dramatic - their scars heal over quickly and cleanly, fading so that you can barely tell they're there. They don't bruise easily and the purple marks rarely last long. Their hands resist building up callouses, they train hard with punches and pushups but their knuckles never harden and protrude like other warriors. Even as they get older, their face stays relatively free of both worry wrinkles and laugh lines. It's lucky, a boon of good health that they shouldn't take for granted. But even so, they wish that they had something to show for what they've experienced.
