Hello everyone, Giuliabuilds here!

I’m back with a new build: here’s another italian inspired one, and this time I've built a whole village, with no CC!

It’s built in the beautiful world of Tartosa on a 50x50 lot, with multiple apartments, a restaurant, a coffee shop, a flowers' shop, a book shop and so much more (even a church with a wedding venue inside)!.

I’ve used no CC gallery art by: MOONL1GHTSEEKER, CocoSims2205, Katrindekleine, FruitLoops40.

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it. I hope you’ll like it!

Hi! This is the last build for Courtyard Lane in Willow Creek and it’s home to the lovely Bear family. I had loads of fun creating the households and stories for this neighborhood, remaking the Pancakes, giving Bob a real restaurant and also, you know, a little bit of depth personality-wise. I can’t wait for you guys to discover the new save file!

Willow Creek

With its characteristic bright facade, made of natural wood lap siding and local stones, this house is a perfect example of willowcreekian architecture. Two years ago, the Bears decided to leave the city. With five kids to take care of and a new one on the way, Vivienne and Charlie knew it was time to settle in a calmer place with good schools nearby for the children. A pool, a little garden, a large living space and a beautiful neighborhood: what more could they ask for?

TS2 [NoCC] Twikkii Island Boardwalk

This Twikkii Island Boardwalk is fully-furnished and decorated. The lot includes: Restaurant, Spa, Clothing Store, and Souvenir Shop! Additional food stall, sauna, and bathrooms.

I've play-tested this lot multiple times so there shouldn't be any issues, just keep in mind that this is a beachfront lot (4x5), and there are many spawners (11 total) on this lot- mainly for the restaurant. I tried to keep things light with the plants and deco.

Business District Apartments (CC free/No CC)

Last year I uploaded "Central District Apartments"; this is the 2.0 version of those, feel free to call these townhouses rather than apartments. additionally I added two unfurnished versions, the lot one, so you can edit the interior walls and the apartment version, so you can take the freedom to furnish it with your favorite custom content.

I loved decorating these apartments, my favorite room is the genderful kids bedroom, which emulates a tiny fantasy town/village with a castle(s), it was fun to decorate; I wish you find these furnished apartments useful to your sims personalities, sims stories, etc; thank you for downloading it, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did decorating it.x

Abandoned townhouse that the city wanted to destroy - but before they managed to do that, the cool people of San Myshuno took over and made it one of the hottest spots in the city. Best street food and a beautiful garden view on the main floor, chill and cozy café on the second floor. Bar on the garage and outside space for concerts and more social happenings. - supposed to be placed on Waterside Warble. You can have the lot as a café, restaurant, or bar - it has all of the requirements.

a semi modern farm for a family. It features a master bedroom, two teenrooms (one with the possibilty to sneak out of a window if you have hsy), one nursery with a secret door to a witch room. Two bathrooms included aswell. I have all the packs except for journey to batuu, vampires and my first pet stuff.
