I'm not understanding the queen finding out that Claudia being romantically involved with Undertaker AKA Cedric K. Ross was a bad thing. Were they not in the same society class?
Undertaker's social status
They were not in the same class at all, since Undertaker is a reaper and therefore completely outside the Victorian class system. If he tried to fake being in the upper class, let alone a noble, he would have to dress as he does for the Weston arc.
You'd think that undertakers would be respected in Victorian society, considering how much people typically paid for their services, but they were not. Quite the opposite. Undertakers were considered one of the lowest positions, simply because they were dealing with dead bodies, which was considered somewhat dignified but extremely gross and dangerous. Many resented undertakers because of the high costs of funeral services, but that wasn't really the undertakers' fault. People had come to expect lavish services because it was fashionable... and that is a demand for expensive goods and services, not price gouging.
If you want to point a finger at the person who made lavish funerals so darn fashionable? Point at Queen Victoria. She set the goal, other affluent people made it trend, and the lower classes tried their best to achieve similar results.
Anyway, Undertaker wasn't truly in the same class as the Phantomhives, even if he put on a nice suit and fashionable hat and fancy tie.
But that's not the main reason why the queen wouldn't approve of them being together. John Brown (if no one else) would have informed her that Undertaker is a grim reaper, and the queen wouldn't have approved of that. If you ever watched s2 of the anime, notice that Claude convinces Alois that Sebastian was the one to destroy his village (when it was really Hannah). A possible parallel in manga canon would be that John Brown has Queen Victoria convinced that Undertaker had something to do with Prince Albert's death... or any other number of scenarios that the queen has accepted as fact. Maybe the queen thinks Undertaker collected Albert's soul (even though he wasn't an active reaper by then). Or perhaps she blames Undertaker for what another reaper has done simply because she thinks of him as a representative of the entire reaper organization, and he was unable to retrieve Albert's soul/revive him. Ok, this is getting into major crack theory territory now.
But I do believe that Queen Victoria knows Undertaker is a grim reaper, and that she specifically doesn't want her watchdog to get involved with such entities. Let alone to have children with one. And I believe that it has something to do with whatever John Brown has made her believe. I just don't have the details about that... yet.
I also don't know for sure what Cedric's last name is, but considering Cedric of Rotherwood from Ivanhoe, I tend to think it'll turn out to be more like Rosewood or Rosedale, not Ross. And, based on William T. Spears' "T" coming from a staff nickname for him -- Takaeda, meaning "high branches", a reference to his death scythe -- I think Cedric's "K" might come from an un-divulged (for obvious reasons) staff nickname for Undertaker -- Kama, simply meaning "scythe".

"A Facade of Indifference."
Summary: Undertaker has had many identities, but Cedric K. Ros will forever be his favorite.
Trigger warnings: nothing is super explicit, but there are mentions of canonical character deaths. One of which includes a child.
A/N: For this story - O!Ciel = Fenian, R!Ciel = Ciel
--
In his long life, Undertaker has gone by many names.
His original name, lost to time and memories he’d do anything not to recall.
136649, the number assigned to him by the higher ups.
Silver fox, by his coworker.
But truly, his favorite name, the only name that has ever mattered to him, was Cedric K. Ross.
He’d introduced himself as such to Claudia Phantomhive, flustered by her beauty and wit. The name was less a clever pun on his end, and more a scramble to tell the beautiful debutante something, anything so she didn’t think him daft.
It had been-at that point-close to twenty years since he had destroyed Shinigami headquarters. Occasionally he’d catch a glimpse of a death scythe, and he’d have to stop what he was doing to duck into a shop. Quite annoying, but headquarters hadn’t really made an effort to come collect him. If he knew better, Cedric might have said that they were scared of him.
But, still, it didn’t hurt to keep a low profile.
Getting married to a noble was the exact opposite of that. The queen’s watchdog, at that. His hatred for the hag knows no bounds. Ironically, her audacity also knows no bounds. So, maybe it balances out. Somehow.
Marrying into the Phantomhive family is akin to signing your own death certificate. It’s dangerous and deadly, and Claudia tells him over and over that she won’t resent him for leaving. That she would forgive him everything if he didn’t want to risk his life.
But Cedric never cared much for living anyway.
They wed, and barely a year later, Vincent was born.
Holding his son for the first time (and really all the times after that) was an experience he looks back on with a gentle sort of fondness. And that fondness only grew tenfold as his boy grew older.
And then, two years later, in the middle of January, his daughter was born. Francis took more after him in looks than her mother, but she was still undeniably Claudia’s daughter. From the time she could speak, she was ordering her brother to behave. Her strength and courage, which grew day by day, made his heart swell with pride. He did everything in his power to encourage her, including giving her fencing lessons (which his dear wife had not been entirely pleased with).
There’s no words to describe how much he loved his family.
And that, that love, made him worry.
Love is a weakness his higher-ups might use against him. The idea of his clever, beautiful Claudia, and their two (still young) children being harmed, made panic well up inside him. He couldn’t let that happen.
He wouldn’t allow that to happen.
So, he left them.
Claudia was the sole breadwinner anyway, and the children had Tanaka to tend to them. He left only a note behind, making a vague excuse as to why he had to leave them.
He left England behind, choosing to travel the world. Cedric fights the urge to return to his family, to check in on them. He celebrates each of their birthdays and his and Claudia’s anniversary with a baked good.
Life wasn’t great then, he missed his family so much it physically hurt, but it was for the best he stayed away.
And then, while in the middle of a trip to France, he got news of Claudia’s death.
Cedric had known loss long before that moment. Before becoming a grim reaper and long after. It was hard coded into his very being, the knowledge of life and death.
But it wasn’t until that moment that he understood the grief that comes with that very same loss. That all encompassing, suffocating feeling of heaviness. Of loneliness.
Of the hard, cold truth, that his decision to leave his family might have, in the end, been the very thing to damn them.
He returned to England, but not as Cedric, father of Vincent and Francis Phantomhive. No, that wouldn’t do. How could he call himself their father when he was the very reason their mother was dead.
Cedric kept to the shadows, tinkering with life and death itself. He watched with an aching heart, as his son became earl. The Queen’s Watchdog just like his mother before him.
But Cedric has never been one to be content with simply watching, so he crafted an identity. One that fit his morbid curiosity with all things death.
The Undertaker.
His hair-which he neglected in the months following Claudia’s death-hide his face, his identity. He works his way into his son’s graces by offering up information, and soon Cedric Undertaker found himself among the Phantomhives’ closest associates.
His children didn’t recognize him, or at least were excellent at pretending they didn’t. It hurt, a little, but he was content with finally seeing them in-person. Alive and well.
Francis married first. Thankfully out of the Phantomhive line, but still under the queen’s immediate demand. Alexis-for all his faults-seemed nice enough, and he was hopelessly in love with her. And she-in return-was just as in love with him.
And, while it was hard watching his daughter get married, the pure happiness she radiated put his wary mind at ease.
Her happiness only grew when she gave birth to Edward. His first grandchild, though he wasn’t allowed to share in the joy of the new arrival. Not because Francis didn’t trust him, no not at all. He….just couldn’t bring himself to hold something so precious and small and-
Elizabeth was born a few years later, just as small, just as precious as her brother before.
Vincent married second, to a beautiful but sickly young woman, Rachel. By then, Undertaker was used to his new identity. He grew close to his son, but maintained just enough distance for plausible deniability.
When Rachel fell pregnant, his son shared his worries with him. His usual cocky, confident persona fell away, showing all the hurt Cedric left behind.
It seemed, even with Tanaka and Claudia, his son (and most probably his daughter) needed him. He vowed to be a better father, a better grandfather even if it was from the shadows, under a different name.
The twins were born a few months later. Both somehow even tinier than their cousins. This time, though, he pushed all his worries aside to hold one of the twins.
Ciel and Fenian. One and the same. But Ciel-older than his brother by a mere five minutes-was announced the heir to the Phantomhive name.
Meanwhile, Fenian-who didn’t seem to cry as loud as his brother-was pushed into his arms. His pathetic attempts at crying out instantly ceased. Big blue eyes, just like Lady Rachel’s, stared up at him.
Then and there, he made another vow, a promise. To protect his grandchildren no matter what. To preserve their innocence and curiosity.
His grandchildren grew quickly. The twins-mirror images of one another-became harder and harder to tell apart. At least, for most people.
For him, though, it was extremely easy to pick apart who was who.
Ciel reminded him of Vincent - sharp features that he would no doubt grow into, a silver tongue, and an intelligence that rivaled most adults. He embodied what an heir of Phantomhive should be.
And little Fenian. All soft features and big eyes. He took more after his mother's side, particularly her red haired sister (Angeline, if he remembered correctly). He inherited his mother’s sickness, and his aunt’s painful shyness and bookishness. Only his love for chess and his physical appearance being so similar to his brother’s denoted him as a Phantomhive.
But the character he crafted shouldn’t care that the twins are two separate people. The Phantomhive family is a blob of faceless members, all tied together by either blood, a last name, or both.
He kept up the facade of indifference, not caring to differentiate between the twins out loud. But, in his head, while reading them a book, or holding the blanket in place so they could have their photo taken, he couldn’t help but refer to each of them by name.
And then, the massacre happened.
He wept for hours, over the broken, ruined remains of the estate. His son and daughter-in-law were nothing but ash by the time he could rummage through the wreckage. The twins were gone too, though most likely still alive.
He didn’t know if that was a good thing.
He packed his wagon with all the bodies that weren’t horrifically burnt. A project he’d been working on needed more test subjects.
Undertaker spends the next few weeks working day and night to find the twins. Reports of children’s bodies being dumped on the sides of roads come flooding in, but
no one does a single thing.
The queen, with her bleeding heart, that she just loved to wax poetic about, does nothing.
He traced the reports back to a cathedral. The building was old and worn, likely abandoned by the church years ago. Shinigami stand around, watching the building. They chat idly among themselves, as if the most depraved actions aren’t being done to the children inside.
That apathy, the disconnect from the pain and suffering, was one thing Undertaker would never miss from his days in retrieval.
But them being there meant he couldn’t burst in and save them. If even one recognized him, then it would be game over. No one else would be coming to save the twins. The police refused to act, even with the amount of evidence Undertaker sent them (under a different name, of course), and their family was in shambles.
Unfortunately, by the time he could sneak past, it was already too late.
Ciel was dead, soul gone. And Fenian’s soul was damned, signed over to the leeches of leeches, a demon.
He saved his grandson’s body, carrying him from the burning wreckage of the cathedral. Blood and grime clinging to him like a second skin.
Fenian became Ciel, and was crowned earl of the house of Phantomhive. Her majesty either not noticing or caring enough, made the traumatized ten-and-a-half-year-old her watchdog.
The only thing Undertaker hated more than her, was the demon slowly eating away at his grandson’s soul. Not his physical soul, of course, that bit would come later. But his spirit, his kindness and generosity. The hope and child-like spark in his one uncovered eye.
It pained him, but he had a character to play and a plan to see through. If all went well, the demon wouldn’t be bothering Fenian for long.
He offered up information when prompted, though he never made it easy. It’s surprisingly easy to annoy the little earl, but it’s a necessary evil to ensure neither the demon, nor his grandson suspect him of anything.
It worked. Maybe a little too well, because the look his grandson sent him could only be described as betrayed.
His heart clenched painfully in his chest. How much trust had the little Phantomhive put in him?
Too much, was the answer. And somehow, not enough.
His plan went awry. Everything became jumbled, snowballing until he’s watching Fenian plummet thirty feet downwards. His mourning chain, the one containing the last remaining piece of his Claudia (of his friends murdered in cold blood by her royal highness). Through the chaos the little earl and he made eye contact.
For a singular moment, he was back in the nursery, holding his grandson. Little Fenian, who was never supposed to amount to much. Tiny and sickly and a pale comparison to his already more lively older brother. Eyes of bright blue that once held hope and promise.
Eyes that now stare up at him in fear, yes, but also in acute curiosity, locked on his mourning chain.
He allows the little Phantomhive to take it. It’s his greatest treasure, but he’s sure his grandson will take excellent care of it. Besides, isn’t passing things down what a grandparent’s supposed to do? And he isn’t much worried about losing it anyway, after all, he’s quite certain that they’ll be meeting again very soon.

For I Such Yearn Chapter 6: For Such Training
It's already training months for the young Midford lady. Elizabeth is currently in her room, sleeping late today for some reason though during her sleep, Mey-rin left a blood clone in the mansion as she heads to Midford Family Mansion.
"I wonder why Mrs. Midford took me that easily, it's very odd about her" Mey-rin mutters as she knock on the door. "Hello Mey-rin, I've been expecting you. Elizabeth is currently sleeping in for today, please come in." Francis let's her in. "I'm surprised you let me train your daughter" Mey-rin comments. "Well, it's nice to have an independent women around here. I must say, Elizabeth is quite excited" Francis smiles. "I hope you don't mind me and Elizabeth train 3 hours Monday to Friday? It's really preferable to have Elizabeth good stamina stance" Mey-rin informed. "Of course! I must say Mey-rin I'm impressed that you were able to fence well! Who taught you?" Francis asked. "I'm afraid I can't reveal that Mrs. Midford, it's very personal you can say" Mey-rin answered truthfully. "I suppose I can't imposed on that. I'll get Elizabeth up, you can go wait for her at the empty room for Fencing" Francis insisted.
Mey-rin goes to the empty room, waiting for Elizabeth to get ready. After a few moments, Elizabeth is in her fencing gear as Mey-rin smirks at her.
"Alright then, I have schedule for you to follow until the tournament. You'll be training with me Monday to Friday, 3 hours a day. It's important to build up stamina and your reaction time to be better. Your free to take breaks if needed. I'm not going easy on ya" Mey-rin poke at her chest with smirk. "I got you Mey-rin. You have the most experience out of all" Elizabeth nodded. "Alright let's start" Mey-rin flips her sword.
They both take a stance as Elizabeth starts the attack as Mey-rin does the same. The sounds of clink from the sword, as Mey-rin beats Elizabeth with ease though she would admit Elizabeth does pose a challenge. Then swish, Mey-rin sword was taken out which shocks her completely by.
"Haha! I finally got you Mey-rin!" Elizabeth smiles.
"What was that? That was so...inhuman for a moment. I gotta investigate her family line at least" Mey-rin questions herself.
"Yes indeed, why don't you take a break right now?" Mey-rin suggested. "Sure I don't mind at all. I'm kinda tired anyway" Elizabeth agreed.
Elizabeth went off to the kitchen to get water as Mey-rin goes to Francis who is currently in the library.
"Mrs. Midford, you don't mind if we chat for a bit, no" Mey-rin asked. "Of course not, something on your mind?" Francis asked back. "What do you know about parents? I know Ciel somewhat know about Claudia but never mention his grandfather. I'm just curious about it" Mey-rin mention. "Well...I don't know much about my father, he was a kind and loving father, his name is Cedric K. Ross. I assume he died when my mother cried and after she died, Vincent, my late brother took over her position. My mother, Claudia took a lot missions that I never learn, only Vincent and The Queen know. I'm always out of the dark from it" Francis explains. "Is there anything you felt off about Elizabeth?" Mey-rin asked. "Her strength is one thing, I can tell you that, there times she felt a presence that she see but I couldn't see" Francis answered.
"Could her father be a supernatural being? They are not demons obviously but Elizabeth carries my supernatural treats then her mother and possibly Ciel. I gotta go to the reaper library for this" Mey-rin observed the information.
"Well that's all I can you give you" Francis stated. "No its fine Mrs. Midford, I appreciate your information. But you don't mind if I take Elizabeth somewhere?" Mey-rin responded then asked. "Sure I suppose, just please keep her safe" Francis expressed concern. "Of course Mrs. Midford, I will" Mey-rin bowed.
Mey-rin heads to Elizabeth's room as she is reading the translation from Gregory Simon book.
"Elizabeth, I'm gonna take you somewhere and I'm gonna give special type of clothing you should wear for these type of training" Mey-rin informed. "Type of training, what do you mean?" Elizabeth questions. "Follow me" Mey-rin answered with a smirk.
Elizabeth tilted her head as she shrugged it off and took her goggles with her. At Ciel's Mansion as Mey-rin carried Elizabeth quietly to her room.
"Ciel is currently focusing on his business deal with Sebastian but still keep high alert, okay?" Mey-rin informed. "Yeah, I got it" Elizabeth nodded.
Mey-rin took out an old box, showing clothes that are way different than usual that Elizabeth never seen before.
"These clothes belong to my brother, back when he was your age. I kept it as treasure, those clothes are modernize you can say, Saint-Zacharias modernize their clothing thanks to my family who uses their Apple of Eden to show them a glimpse of the future. His clothes and I suggest you wear them for training other specific missions" Mey-rin informed.
Elizabeth looks at it, a black jacket with gray t-shirt with black pants and black and red sneakers.
"Wow, this looks very loose" Elizabeth took the jacket. "It does, it's how we fight against the demons, rouge demonologist and other supernatural being. But this is between us only, got it?" Mey-rin smirks with a wink. "Yeah, got it" Elizabeth nodded with a smile. "Good, I want you to wear these clothing right now, I'm taking you somewhere to train you secretly" Mey-rin stated. "Huh? Right now? Uhhh, sure I guess" Elizabeth nodded with confusion.
Elizabeth uses Mey-rin bathroom as she change her training clothes from fencing to Sebastien's clothing, feeling very loose but comfortable clothing.
"Wow, he must've look so cool in those clothing" Elizabeth looks at the mirror in awed.
"Yo Lizzy, let's go" Mey-rin knocks on the door. "Yeah, I'm ready" Elizabeth puts her goggles on top of her head.
Mey-rin sees young Sebastien image next Elizabeth as they both smile at her with pride of the clothing.
"Sebastien, how much I want to see you again" Mey-rin sombers.
"Are you okay Mey-rin?" Elizabeth asked. "Yeah, yeah. Just you remind me of my brother, let's go" Mey-rin carried Elizabeth as she jumps off the window.
At Whitechapel where Elizabeth looks around the boroughs outside of the station.
"Exactly where are we going?" Elizabeth asked. "You'll see, just follow me" Mey-rin answered as she walks.
Elizabeth follows Mey-rin, down the streets to see markets, carriages, kids playing, beggers and gang members there but they are color green though. Walking down a bit more, we see a man with a top hat talking with older women and probably her husband talking in a small.
"I thought you guys went to India" Mey-rin smirks.
"Well, we came back to check on thing in London, safe to say that we do miss it though" the women short hair bangs.
"Miss it? I miss the time where I kick Templar asses" man with top hat comments.
"You two are something else" the older man with robes shakes his head.
"Elizabeth, this is the British Brotherhood. Jacob Frye, Evie Mir and her husband Jaydeep Mir but call him Henry Green" Mey-rin introduced.
"Hello, nice to meet you all" Elizabeth waves.
"I must say Mey-rin, I wasn't expecting you'll have a student. Thought you'll be a loner type of shit" Jacob comments. "I made expectation you say. How much I miss your snark and jokes" Mey-rin playing hits him on the shoulder.
"What brings you two here in the Curio Shop?" Henry asked. "You don't mind if I use your territory to train no?" Mey-rin answered then asked. "To train? Are you training her to be an Assassin?" Henry looks at Elizabeth. "No, just training her something" Mey-rin stated.
"Sure, we wouldn't mind. What is it your practicing her on?" Evie looks at Elizabeth. "Parkour" Mey-rin simply stated. "Parkour? Isn't that to early for it?" Evie expressed concern. "Nah, we only doing simple stuff, nothing to big" Mey-rin waves it off. "Alright, be my guest, good luck" Evie nodded.
"Can I join?" Jacob insisted. "Sure, I don't mind at all Jacob. Be our lookout at least" Mey-rin smirks.
"Good luck training young Elizabeth. I do see potential in you. Mey-rin is very powerful Assassin" Evie smiles.
"Thank you Ms. Frye, I'll do my best" Elizabeth shows determination.
At Whitechapel Gang Territory where Jacob sets up wooden boxes into each stacks.
"Alright Elizabeth, your gonna learn Parkour today" Mey-rin stated. "Parkour? Ummm... why do I need to learn that exactly?" Elizabeth questions. "It's for me to know that if you carry supernatural blood, cause how your mother explained your unusual skills you have" Mey-rin answered. "Okay...so how does this relate to Parkour exactly?" Elizabeth still doesn't get it. "You'll see, now I'll demonstrate the skill you need to learn" Mey-rin goes on top of the wooden boxes.
Mey-rin jumps box to box easily like a stair case with perfectly time jumps.
"You see have to jump box to box. This will help you with fencing to keep on your feet to say the least" Mey-rin explains. "Okay, I got it but why your training for this? It's not a like an enemy is coming or anything" Elizabeth comments. "True but it will be waste of talent now would it?" Mey-rin mention. "I suppose to then" Elizabeth mutters. "Now onto the wooden box Elizabeth" Mey-rin order.
Elizabeth goes ontop of the box as she looks at two stack of Wooden boxes as she attempt to jump but fail instantly.
"Good try there Elizabeth but you have to be on edge to jump, not further away" Jacob advised. "Oh okay, thank you Mr. Frye" Elizabeth stood up and goes to the wooden box again.
Elizabeth jumps to the two wooden crates and barley made it.
"Nice one but you have to be consistent, Parkour is also a running skill, it's not to stop and think" Mey-rin informed.
"This is gonna be a lot of exercise, that's for sure" Elizabeth sighs.
Elizabeth goes for it again, this time the running and the jumping but fail once again.
"Ow" Elizabeth simply stated. "Keep on going, you can do it" Mey-rin responded.
Elizabeth sighs as she starts again, hours has pass as Elizabeth somewhat gotten it, still fallen down from the ground considering that it's very much difficult for her.
"Alright Elizabeth, I want you to punch this" Jacob shows a punching bag.
"Jacob no, I don't think that's a good idea" Mey-rin stated
"I wanna try it!" Elizabeth goes to it. "That's the spirit, now. To punch it, you have to do this stance, basically a boxing stance" Jacob demonstrates.
Jacob took the stance of a boxer as he punches the boxing bag and reacted to it as it push back.
"You see, it's all in the force" Jacob shows the stance again. "Okay, got it" Elizabeth copys his stance.
Elizabeth begins to pull back her back her punch then punches the bag extremely hard which shocks Mey-rin completely that Elizabeth's supernatural strength has shown by one single punch.
"Woah! That was amazing, did you see that!" Elizabeth shows excitement as her bloody knuckles show.
"Yessh lass, that's quite a punch there" Jacob compliments. "Huh? Oh....my hand" Elizabeth looks at it. "It's a good thing I brought the first aid kit" Jacob shows the bandages.
Jacob wrapped around Elizabeth injured hand as Mey-rin ponders about something. That was definitely not human strength, especially for women and men standards.
"Yo Jacob, can you help with Elizabeth combat skills?" Mey-rin asked. "Sure, I don't mind at all" Jacob answered with a smile.
"Umm...I have to do fencing tournament coming in up in 3 months, I don't have enough time for that type of training!" Elizabeth mention. "Relax, this will help you with fencing as well, you'll see" Mey-rin smirks.
Elizabeth sighs as she has no choice since she does want to win the fencing tournament. Currently taking the train back City of London, Jacob decided to join just in case since at night gets dangerous.
"Alright then girls, I'll be taking you home" Jacob winks.
"Thank you Mr. Frye I appreciate it" Elizabeth smiles.
"I'll be fine on my own but I'll go with you. Gonna show you where she lives" Mey-rin does follow me hand motion.
Walking down in the night heading to the Midford Mansion, Elizabeth felt a presence surrounding her as she look around.
"Are you okay Elizabeth?" Mey-rin asked. "Yeah, I felt a presence...that's all" Elizabeth answered.
"Definitely Supernatural trait but no idea what type of blood she carries with her. I'm not stopping until I get an answer" Mey-rin ponder.
"Let's go ladies, we don't have all night!" Jacob shouted.
"Uhh yeah right" Elizabeth catches up.
In the top of a building appears a gray hair man with his death scythe, looking at Elizabeth.
"It seems she's no different than you.. Claudia" The gray hair man spoke softly.
The man with the scythe disappeared as Pandora box has open up completely for the two girls.

-Pure Black and White-
Tumblr media
It was pure black washing the sky of London taking it in a calm winter embrace signing the time for sleep.   The forest trees that once were green, in the light of the stars and silver moon turned to black the air coaxing between them. A peaceful silence was over the Phantomhive manor, not a single light showing from the windows. Everyone was fast asleep in the manors peaceful aura, soft drops of rain fell on its windows making the only person slightly scared of them wake up. Her blue eyes stared at the window that was right next to the bed with its blue curtains moving along with the breeze. She looked next to her bed.
'Where is he...' she thought as she looked around the room. Whenever the sky started crying, he would always hear it first before it even began and wake up before her fear started growing with each lighting. His cold skeletal hands would move around her waist when she woke to tell her that he is there and nothing can hurt her. She carefully stood up from her bed covering herself with her white robe. She walked around the room and light the candle in its holder, which she then took with her out of the room. The rain was getting stronger and the wind becoming ten times more aggressive. She remained calm and walked down the dark corridor. She searched every corner but he still was nowhere to be found. She went back into her room and took the pendant that he gave her. She pressed it against her chest closing her eyes. 'Love?' she whispered waiting for an answer. The bedroom's aura shifted making a slight wind blow as a thin tall man was standing near the window. "Love, where were you? I was worried!" she walked towards him to see his face better. Her worried expression turned into a feared one. Blood was covering his face, his clothes and the death scythe he held. He looked emotionless staring down at her with his green eyes that he so hated. "Love! Tell me what happened this instant!" she demanded her ash-blue hair moving along with the breeze from the next window. He didn't answer, he simply wiped off some blood from his face looking still down to her. This time... Angrily? "You are scaring me... You are not like this..." she moved back holding her stomach. With a swift move, he lifted his death scythe above his head aiming down at her. She fell to the ground as lightning was heard, loud as a gunshot. He looked like a monster, something she had never seen before. Something he didn't want to show her. His eyes still emotionless his death scythe above his head aiming down to her, she could finally see why people feared him, the Legendary Grim Reaper. "CEDRIC!!! IT'S ME!" she shouted fearing for their lives. He stopped as he recognised her voice. The voice of his lover. He threw down his death scythe now able to think straight, he looked down at his lover and the blood on his hands. He tried to touch her but she moved back, absolute fear in her doll looking eyes. "W-who are you. You are not Cedric!" she started crying. He broke down on his knees, her cry was the worst sound in his ears after centuries. "You are not Cedric. You are not Cedric..." her voice kept repeating shaking. His white hair hid his eyes, realising what he almost did. Killing. Murdering. Killing his Lover by accident. Murdering what he Loved the most. "Please. You are not my Lover!" she was in complete panic. His eyes were filled with tears.  He tried to move his hands to hide his face but they were stained with blood. Blood... Blood... He is standing on the edge of Thames a rock with a rope around his neck. Hands stained with blood. A murderer, a thief. Sins like knives in his back. He killed, he stole to survive. He moves forward. Cold, unwelcoming. He killed a small girl that was suffering from the Plague. He stole her food and water. He killed a man that attacked him because of his difference. He didn't know what was wrong with him, white hair, blue eyes that were inhuman, white sick skin covering his bones. He lets the rock fall down in the water along with him. More sins. He killed his best friend to save him from his illness. The only person he trusted. His head feels dizzy he tries to sink deeper, faster, his lungs are burning and- Black. "Cedric..." she moved towards him. "Cedric," she repeated "Love," He turned to look at her from the floor. She embraced him her arms offering him warmth and assurance. "It's me... nothing to fear, I am not one of them... I won't hurt you. Nobody will." He hid his face in her chest first time crying like a human. "Shh..." she stroked his hair. "Everything will be fine as long as I am breathing nobody can hurt you." "I- I almost..." "You didn't... Shhh... That was just in your head." she lied. He pulled away. Looking terrified by his own hands. "Don't look!" she quickly took off her robe and placed it on the blood on his hands. "Are you scared..." he looked at her his eyes watering. She stayed silent. "I almost killed you both..." She smiled at him "They are fine and so am I." His crying faded away as he looked down at her tummy with a warm smile. "Dada won't do that again..." he promised in a whisper and placed his hand on the small baby bump where their child is resting.

Hi! My theory about UT is that he was not Cedric K. Ross, but he could have been Claudia's lover and Vincent and Frances' real father. What do you think about it?
Hello Anon. :) Well, actually, this sounds like the UT = Cedric K. Ros- theory xDDD except that UT just wouldn’t be called Cedric in your take on it. :))
And I don’t have anything against it per say, it’s just that I guess we took to calling it the UT = Cedric theory in general, because of this:
Tumblr media
As in, we’re many to have considered that, since the Shinigamis’ files are probably written using people’s cinematic record, there is no reason to assume there is a lie or a mistake in them. :) For example:
Tumblr media
But hey, if basically you think that UT fathered Vincent and Frances then I have no reason to disagree with you, whatever name and relationship to Claudia you think he had back then. :)
The point is that Vincent and Frances have the same parents, so we just have to give them the same dad (and mom but no one imagines that Claudia may not be their mom), whatever theory you support.
I hope this answers your question, have a nice weekend Anon! :3

Idk if this makes sense or not, but in book of atlantic (in sebastian's flashback) when sebastian brings ciel hot milk and honey, ciel tells him that his grandfather used to say that it'll spoil his teeth. If ciel knows his grandfather, who is cedric K.Ross, then I doubt that he wouldn't be able to identify undertaker if he was cedric. Cedric K.Ross and Undertaker are different people.
It makes zero sense 🤦🏻‍♀️
I’ve had asks about this before, and this is why I keep telling people to read licensed translations, though depending on the language, the licensed translations do vary in their correctness.
It’s Tanaka, sometimes “old man Tanaka”, or “gramp”, because they called him that. Even Bard calls him “old man Tana” in ch130.
Tumblr media
But only because he’s old and kind to them. The twins know Tanaka isn’t really their grandfather. He’s a servant, but he has a grandfatherly attitude. It’s made completely clear that they are talking about Tanaka:

Ch131:

Yana-san tweeted years ago that Vincent was raised mostly by Tanaka. When the twins were little, Vincent might have even told them that, so that would make it even more “natural” for them to view Tanaka in that way; he was like a father figure to Vincent, so he’s more like a grandfather figure to the twins.
So, guess what? You fell victim to a bad translation, and your argument is invalid.
Undertaker could very well be Cedric K. Ros— (probably something like Rosewood, not Ross, btw. I have posts about that tagged #ivanhoe and #cedric of rotherwood).

Don’t mind me, just shipping trash coming through~ a what if scenario if UT really ends up being Cedric K Ross.

Emmys 2021: Complete List of Winners
https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
Television’s biggest night is finally here! No, it’s not the M*A*S*H finale or any of the three Super Bowls Tom Brady lost – it’s the 2021 Emmy Awards ceremony.
This is the second Emmys in a row under pop culture’s new normal. The pandemic still trudges along and television now occupies a particularly prominent space in many households While the 2020 Emmy Awards went virtual, this year’s ceremony will be in-person at Los Angeles’s Microsoft Theater and hosted by Cedric the Entertainer. Hopefully the return to a big ballroom will provide plenty of elbow room for a jam-packed list of nominees.
This is the year that the Marvel machine officially makes its way into the television award landscape. Disney+ series WandaVision is nominated for 23 total awards, including the night’s biggest honor in Outstanding Limited Series. Meanwhile Apple TV+ scored a big hit with Ted Lasso, which broke the record for most nominations for a freshman comedy with 20. HBO continues to be a big awards presence thanks to Mare of Easttown. And then there’s the Netflix of it all with favorites like The Queen’s Gambit and The Crown.
The 73rd annual Emmy Awards has all the makings of a wild night. Follow along with each category and its winners here. Winners will be bolded and italicized.
