Hey can anyone help me with this?? I apparently can't fucking post on the discord subreddit because I don't have enough karma?? I don't even know what that is tbf but my discord is broken. Here's the post copy pasted:

Hi this is an issue that's just sprung up today. I cannot hear anything other than the join/mute sounds in discord calls and no one can hear me. My profile will still light up green and the mic sensitivity in settings picks me up but nothing is coming through. I can't join streams either, they'll just show a black screen with a loading circle. This is happening on mobile, desktop, and browser. I even tried making a new account and the issue is persisting on there as well. I have tried multiple earbuds as well as speaker and there's just no audio and I can't be heard either way. Does anyone know what the issue is?

Anyways yeah if anyone has any clue what the issue is that would be lovely

Omg I didn’t but the tumblr gods decided to smite down the piece of writing that took me literal MONTHS to write and of which I am the most proud. I literally can’t even tell you how upset I am about it.

However, there’s still hope for both of us: I just put it up on AO3 lol. So here’s the link, and sorry not sorry I’m glad it made you sob bc while writing that fic I cried more than anything since an a/b/o Bakugou story called “Our Enigma” (I can’t even call it a fic, it was literally over 470k which is longer than the two longest Harry Potter books). I’ll talk about that piece till I die, despite it unfortunately being taken down by the author.

But anyway, here’s the link and I fucking love you for wanting to go back and reread it. There is seriously no higher honor than people wanting to come back to a piece of my writing, despite it making them cry alongside me.

I think of the deleted exchange she had with lebron in SJ2, where she says “Looney is who [Bugs] is and what he does. I’m not like that.” and I mourn the executive meddling. It was supposed to be satirical, critical and maybe even a lil more cynical and all Looney… but too many mandated rewrites left a sour taste in my mouth, especially when it comes to Lola. She doesn’t really have a place in the world of LT outside of being Bugs’ arm candy and “Basketball”…..Sj2 coulda had that conversation. poor gal

There's an AU in my head where Yuji's death and body are handled by the higher ups after the detention center incident, where he's kept under lock and key by them and periodically fed the fingers and unable to leave. Sukuna uses the opportunity to weasel his way into Yuji's mental state. Eventually breaks out when he's fed enough fingers and goes full villain mode and probably has a worse pact with Sukuna.

Sometimes leaf piles get bigger than you were expecting. And when that happens it's ok to move some of the leaves from your pile into someone else's pile, especially if they offer for you to do that.

If a leaf pile gets too big, it can be a lot to handle. You look at yours and feel like it's just too much work. It weighs on you. But if you leave it be too long and let it get bigger, it can cause problems for the area around it.

It's ok to have a smaller area for your pile than others, everyone's lawn is different. What matters is being able to deal with the leaves, or ask someone else to help you with your leaves, so you can make room for what you really want in your lawn.

We just had this thought while raking the leaves today, and figured we would share. It is a little segmented, more like bullet points than anything really substantial. If it is hard to follow, then we are sorry, it was simply a thought to keep our mind occupied while we were raking. We hope you enjoy the analogy regardless.

Y’all Shinsou really ain’t that nice of a guy in the show, and he’s so driven by the need to prove to both himself and others that he’s not a villain that sometimes I wonder if he really wants to be where he is, or if he just feels obligated to prove that everyone’s expectations that he’ll be a villain are wrong.

It makes me kinda hurt for him bc sometimes he seems unhappy with his journey to becoming a hero, but at the beginning I thought he was just as competitive a person as Bakugou, only super cold instead of explosive. But now, high and on my third rewatch of MHA, I feel like he just feels obligated to prove everyone wrong, whether or not that is what he really wants to do with his life.

Idk, I feel like he’s a really open-for-discussion character when talking about him canonically and I kinda love that about him. If y’all have thoughts about him and his character, lemme know bc I just love this boy so much and truly think he’s severely underrated

is this opening the possibilities for a shinsou hurt/comfort fic? maybe it is maybe it isn’t I guess you’ll have to wait and see huh?
