YELLS
So I discovered someone back in the day made a Blender import script for custom ME2 headmorphs. Here it is. Thank you, Gabrielle, whoever and wherever you are now, I’d like to send you a million cakes.
Managed to get my exact ME1-ME2 Shepard modded into ME3 as a default Jane replacer. It was a giant pain in the ass and I had to use two different versions of Blender, but I got it to work yaaaay.

For a while I was broken. I lost my whole family. My friends. My childhood. I had to pull myself up and keep going.

OK I used the Lazarus mod head morph in me3 for a while but finally got irritated with its animation issues and messed up areas. Thought about caving and trying to reinstall and learn all the software again to try and make her me2 head morph into a default replacer, and then remembered I probably tried that when me3 came out and gave up.
So one last go with CC and save editor changes, and I think it worked pretty well this time?? Better than previous attempts. I had the Lazarus head morph to use as a direct ME3 comparison which helped pinpoint where things had changed.
My past attempts I switched to a different eye shape which animated better but always made her look off in a disturbing way. This time I kept her eye shape the same which I think was key. It’s not the eye shape that is changed in 3 so much as the eyelid fold they fucked up, in addition to changing their position and making her cross eyed. I ended up moving the slider all the way up before save editing. Also had to decrease the suddenly puffy lips. Sidenote I have tried every hair mod ever and want to die. I quite liked the shape of the old one, but in 3 it seems like every cutscene highlights the giant gap in it.
*I used this guide to edit the offset bones with save editor it was extremely helpful: Trilogy editor head morph notes
