Surprising Him With Breakfast ~ Lee Dongmin
Tumblr media
Your eyes looked up as Dongmin rushed around your bedroom, murmuring to himself about the things that he needed to do. He had overslept his alarm completely, and with his first day on a new show pending, things didn’t seem like they could get much worse for him.
As you watched him stumble into the bathroom, you knew that you couldn’t lay back and do nothing. Once the door shut, you got out of your bed, grabbing your phone from your bedside table and heading for the kitchen.
After searching up recipes online, looking for ones that would be guaranteed to give someone energy, you began getting utensils and equipment around the kitchen together to start cooking what you had found to make sure that Dongmin ate properly before heading to work.
You knew that he’d have no time for breakfast as he rushed around for work, deciding to take one thing off of his list of things to do and do it for yourself.
Dongmin was oblivious as he tided himself up upstairs, getting dressed and fixing his hair so that he could try and look presentable and not as if he had just rolled out of bed when he showed up to the building that the production for the drama was in.
It was only as he reached the top of the stairs to head back down that Dongmin began to get a hint of something up his nose. Intrigue got the better of him as he grabbed his bag from the bedroom before heading down to see what was going on.
His eyes lit up as Dongmin looked through to the kitchen, noticing your figure moving around the room through the crack in the door. He couldn’t have got there quick enough, smiling widely as he watched you cook over the oven.
“What’s going on here?”
“H-hey,” you stuttered, the sound of Dongmin’s voice making you jump as you looked around to see him opening up the door and leaning in the frame of it. “I thought you were still in the shower, when did you get out and dressed?”
You failed to get a response from Dongmin as his eyes looked around, noticing a plate and chopsticks set up on the dining table for two, eyes scanning further around the room to see several side dishes laid over the counter.
Some were full, some were empty, but all of them looked as if they were going to be delicious to Dongmin. As he walked further in, Dongmin noticed your phone lit up just beside you with a recipe on your screen that you kept checking.
“You made breakfast for us?” Dongmin smiled in surprise, wrapping his arm around your waist as soon as he was close enough for you, resting on your shoulder to see what you were cooking in the pan. “What made you do this?” He quizzed, pressing a kiss of excitement against your cheek as he watched you.
“You were in a rush,” you simply smiled in reply.
As Dongmin realised you had decided to take on breakfast in order to make life easier for him, his heart raced. He knew that it was something nice for you to do anyway, but especially so as he rushed around to get sorted after leaving everything last minute.
“You were a little flustered upstairs so I thought I’d come down and give you one less thing to worry about,” you added, “I should have everything done in ten minutes, so you’ll have enough time to eat before you have to go to work.”
“Thank you,” Dongmin whispered as he stepped back to give you some space, “I can’t even begin to tell you how much I needed something like this to be done for me this morning.”
To say he was touched would be an understatement, but you didn’t mind cooking for him at all. Your help was always offered to Dongmin, and as he overslept his alarm, you knew that it would be a good chance for you to do something nice for him.
“I’ve not seen you smile like that in a while,” you told him as you watched Dongmin take a seat at the dining table. “I hope you’re hungry, I’ve made plenty to get you through a long day of script readthroughs and dress rehearsals today.”
“I’m smiling because I’m happy,” Dongmin grinned back across to you, “I was in the shower thinking about how maybe I’d have to skip breakfast because I wouldn’t have time to cook, and then I come down and you do this for me.”
Your shoulders shrugged as you placed a couple of the side dishes now, “I always told you I’d cook for you one day, and it seems that today’s the day.”
As soon as the dishes touched the table, Dongmin picked up his chopsticks and began to dig in. The smells were delicious, a lot better than even you expected when you started some of the recipes, filling him up just as you had hoped they would.
“This is great,” Dongmin hummed between many mouthfuls.
Once everything was cooked, you sat down at the table and joined him, picking up what was left from many of the dishes. Dongmin had tried his best to finish many of them, eating up as quickly as he could, not only because he found the food so tasty, but also to get done quicker to be able to make up more of the time that he had missed.
“How was it?” You quizzed as Dongmin declared himself finished with a heavy smile, tapping his hands against his tummy which was most definitely full. His bright eyes looked to you as he spoke, letting you know exactly what he thought of things.
Having you cook for him was overwhelming enough for Dongmin, but having you cook so well, caring so much about making sure that he ate good food that would get him through the day was something else, which meant the world to him.
He felt pretty bad as he stood up, looking around at the mess that was in the kitchen, knowing that he simply didn’t have the time to be able to tidy any of it up.
“I promise that I will do something as incredible as this for you soon,” he told you as he walked around the table to press a kiss to the top of your head.
Your head shook in response to him, “you don’t have to do anything for me, I only cooked you breakfast, it’s not really a big deal anyway.”
“It is,” Dongmin instantly corrected you, stopping as he began to walk away from you. “I was in a mess this morning, but you doing this has just made life so much easier for me. If it wasn’t for you, breakfast wouldn’t have even been on my mind this morning, but it was, because you care.”
You cared more for Dongmin then many others realised, but those little gestures that went unnoticed by so many others were always picked up on by Dongmin when he was with you.
“I’m just glad that I could lift some of the weight that you were carrying around on your shoulders this morning,” you told him, standing up from your chair and following him towards the front door as he grabbed his shoes. “At least now I don’t have to worry about you at work because I know you’ve got a good breakfast in you.”
Dongmin flashed a smile back to you as he slid his shoes on, “I really can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate what you did this morning for me Y/N.”
“It’s alright, just use all that energy up on being amazing at work.”
“I promise that I will.”

moody - cha eunwoo x reader - day 4
Tumblr media
'What's wrong?'
Cha eunwoo looked up and sighed.
"Come here."
You were confused because normally your boyfriend was in a better mood. But you did as he asked, crossing the room under his heavy lidded gaze. You stood almost toe to toe with him, with his back to the wall.
"Kiss me."
Again, you were confused because he always initiated your intimate moments. And yet again, you did as you were told. You nervously went up onto your tiptoes, closed your eyes, and your soft lips met his.
Suddenly, you felt one large hand banding around underneath your butt and a second one grabbing your waist, pulling you up.
You opened your eyes, only to find that Eunwoo's eyes were staring at you all along. You saw the outer corners of his eyes crinkle up, and felt the ice melt away from them.
"Much better," he said, smiling.
He nipped at your plump upper then lower lip, and went on kissing you. You wound your arms around his neck, never letting go.

Post Magazine | K.Mg
Tumblr media
Pairing: Photograper!Mingyu x Actress!Reader
Genre: fluff
Words Count: ±700
Summary: It was an honor for Mingyu to collaborate with a well-known magazine. But this job made him realize that love at first sight is real.
Mingyu's got a face that screams "bad boy," and he's given up trying to argue otherwise. He's got that classic playboy look, and an occupation of playboy, a photographer, no less! So, when he tries to convince people he's got an old soul and a sentimental side, they just give him the side-eye. Mingyu's decided to let his looks do the talking, after all, it's all about that first impression, right?
He's snapped shots of so many celebrities, and they all ooze glamour and charisma. Last time, he was working with Cha Eunwoo, an idol-actor who's now a buddy thanks to being the same age. But there's been zero post-work chit-chat with any of his models, except for Eunwoo. So, it raised an eyebrow when he waltzed up to the editor asking for your digits.
"I'll pass along her management's info," the editor said, conveniently hiding the fact that he's got a bit of a soft spot for you after that last shoot. Okay, maybe it's not just a "bit" anymore, it's a full-blown crush.
It started when Mingyu gets the call that he's in charge of the photo shoot for a rising starlet, Jang Y/n. It's your first time gracing a big-time magazine, so Mingyu tries to do some sleuthing about you. Mostly cast as a villain or a bit unhinged, your online pics aren't exactly flattering. Mingyu's scratching his head trying to figure out what style you'd vibe with.
When the big day approached, Mingyu's armed with a couple of style ideas for your shoot, hoping they'll match your vibe and brand. He's deep in discussion with the editor when your manager shows up.
"Y/n has those magnetic and charismatic aura that makes people think she's a tough . But she's really a soft and timid person," your manager spills the beans, enlightening Mingyu and the editor.
"It'll be good to show the side that people hasn't known about. Let's roll with these," the editor picks out two mood boards, going for dark academia and chic stylings.
And your manager wasn't kidding. You're like a total 180 from the roles you usually play. You're not some evil assassin, psycho girlfriend, or creepy stalker. If Mingyu could describe it, you're just radiant. You step into the studio with a grin plastered on your face, and your hair's practically glowing. Mingyu swears, your eyes are like a novel waiting to be read, and he's itching to turn the pages.
Just the night before, Mingyu decided to check out one of your films - the one where you played the mad stalker. He was blown away by your acting skills, even if you looked more like a scruffy vagabond. And now here you are, dressed to the nines, portraying a powerhouse career woman in front of him. As soon as Mingyu looks through the viewfinder, he sees his future. Love at first sight might be pushing it, but let's just say he's smitten.
"Could you lean in a bit, Y/n?" Mingyu asks, second-guessing if that was the smartest move ever. You lean towards the camera with this sly grin, and Mingyu's heart does somersaults.
Mingyu lets out a dramatic sigh, "Let's call it a wrap." He mumbles and dashes over to the monitor, trying to cool off his racing heart. And this is just the first outfit; there are four more to go.
"Is everything alright?" You ask the crew as you step onto the set with your last outfit. "I've never worn something like this before," you admit. Mingyu shoots you a reassuring smile, "You look stunning, absolutely stunning," he assures you.
The rest of the crew is in awe, and you playfully cover your face as if you're blushing. But Mingyu, with his photographer's eye, spots a genuine flush of pink on your cheeks and ears. Maybe he's got a touch of it too, but he's too busy being in awe of your beauty to care.
"It would be amazing if you could strike a pose like Ma Jooahn," the assistant director suggests, referring to one of your past roles as a ruthless assassin. You slip right into character. Your eyes shoot daggers, your smile vanishes, and you look ready to take on the world.
"I'll just pretend there's a pesky fly to squash right here," you mutter while turning to your right, earning a laugh from the crew.
"I wanna be that fly," one of the crew members chimes in, making you burst into laughter and breaking character. Mingyu shakes his head, looking at the monitor beside him; his weakness is a woman with wit and grace. You seem to have both in spades.
*
"You're absolutely smitten, buddy." Eunwoo clinked his can against Mingyu's, chuckling at his friend's infatuation with you. For almost an hour, Mingyu's gaze hadn't strayed from your portrait.
"Come on, focus on your work," Eunwoo urged, playfully nudging Mingyu, who seemed a bit unsteady.
"I am!" Mingyu retorted, gesturing to his laptop, where he was diligently editing photos from your previous shoot. "Staring is also part of my job," he added with a smirk.
Eunwoo let out a dramatic sigh. "There's something you should know about her," he began, catching Mingyu's attention.
Mingyu's brow raised, then quickly furrowed. "What?" he inquired.
"Does she have a boyfriend?" Mingyu interjected, curiosity evident in his voice.
Eunwoo shrugged. "I'm not certain," he admitted. "But there's some gossip that floating around the actors."
Mingyu fixed Eunwoo with a steady gaze, silently urging him to continue.
"She's a mom," Eunwoo dropped the bombshell.
Mingyu's head drooped, disappointment evident on his face. "So what if she's a mom? Is she a widow? That just makes her even hotter, honestly! Ack—" Mingyu began to enthuse before Eunwoo playfully smacked his head.
"Come on! Seriously! I personally haven't worked with her, but some actors say she has a kid, or that she's often busy taking care of them, which might be why she hasn't taken on lead roles. But, i'm not sure either," Eunwoo explained, offering the tidbits he'd gathered.
Mingyu scoffed, "If you're not sure, don't spread it around."
Eunwoo rolled his eyes, a little surprised by Mingyu's strong reaction.
"You've got it bad, my friend," he teased, shaking his head.
*
After a few weeks, what was once a rumor turned into a nightmare for Kim Mingyu. Dispatch, a popular Korean media outlet, released photos of you with your daughter. Some of the pictures were taken in front of a daycare, park, and even a hospital. Mingyu isn't happy seeing your privacy violated by the media, especially as you're gaining more fame. But what Mingyu despises the most is that the pictures are real, with zero editing.
There are two possibilities:
1. You have a secret husband.
2. You're a widow with a child.
Mingyu is perfectly fine with the second possibility. He believes he's good with kids and loves the idea of being around them. But the first possibility? Dang, It hits Mingyu like a punch in the gut. After nearly a month of being your biggest fan, he can't believe he has to remain just a fan. He hasn't even mustered the courage to call you. His heart shattered before he could offer it to you.
Didn't Mingyu mention he's a very sentimental person? Oh yes, he certainly did.
"I'm sorry. Did I hear you correctly?" Mingyu asked during a phone call to the other person.
"We noticed you worked with Y/n on her last photoshoot sessions, so she might be comfortable with you," the other person, a representative from your management, explained to him.
Mingyu shook his head, "No, I mean... Did I hear... So, Y/n wants me to be the photographer for her release?"
"Yes, Mingyu. She believes in you for this release, and we want the best for her and her daughter."
Mingyu was left speechless after receiving the phone call. He immediately cleared his schedule for you after the call ended. He still remembered the tone of your management team as they stated, "We want to release a statement regarding the spreading rumors about our artist, Jang Y/n. She personally recommended you as the photographer. You know, the rumor is pretty sensitive for her, and the last thing we want is to make her uncomfortable during the photoshoot."
Mingyu couldn't stop smiling once he saw you arrive at the studio with your daughter in your arms. Mingyu guessed she might be 3 to 4 years old. Putting the rumor aside, your daughter is the cutest little human in the world.
"Thank you so much for accepting the request. It means a lot to me, Mr. Kim," you approached Mingyu after putting Jihan, your daughter's name, down.
Mingyu bowed, "No, it's an honor. Thank you so much for trusting me. And you can call me Mingyu, please be casual with me. No formality needed," he said to you and gave you a reassuring smile. Deep inside, he was the one who needed reassurance here, as his heart pounded like crazy.
"We're here today to shoot a beautiful portrait and video for our release. Be careful not to hurt yourself, let's work together for us," the director gave a brief direction before the photoshoot started.
Mingyu took beautiful pictures of you and Jihan. He stood behind the camera as they shot a video of you talking about Jihan, clearing up the misunderstandings.
"Jihan was almost three years old when I adopted her. I used to volunteer at the foster home when I met her, and she was so little. I found out that she's suffering from a physical disability due to harmful substances during her pregnancy."
"There's a long process in adopting her. I had to run a few tests to make sure I was an appropriate adopter, and I was so grateful that it didn't take longer time for me to finally have her."
"I actually didn't want to break this news, but the news broke itself, right? I just want to say that there's nothing wrong with having a kid, whether you're married or not. Everyone has a reason. Doing this interview is also hard for me, but I want to encourage all parents, single parents out there, that having a kid is not a sin but a blessing. And I'm very blessed to have Jihan."
Mingyu smiled as he saw Jihan, who was sitting behind you, playing with Legos. She now approached you to show you her Lego creation. "That's amazing, baby." His heart melted once he heard you compliment your daughter, completely distracted from the shoot and focusing on Jihan, which spoke volumes about your personality.
Maybe Mingyu's weaknesses boil down to three things: witty women, graceful women, and you.
He'll start by making a move toward Jihan. She mentioned his height earlier, expressing a desire to be held by him. He's all in! If Jihan wants to call him "dad" immediately, he's a goner.
He's definitely going to ask you out after this.

The flashing lights appeared before the car had even come to a full stop, and Jungkook was bored already. Sat fiddling with his styled outfit and brand-gifted jewelry, as he began to hear distant yells of his name, he wondered how soon he could leave the event. It wasn’t personal, just another tedious event.
“It’s good you decided to come here,” his manager, Do-yun, says beside him as if reading his thoughts. “It’s been a while since you made a public appearance, you’re contracted to show off your brand ambassadorship and promote the jewelry, and most of all, your album is coming up. This’ll be good.”
“Mhmm,” Jungkook murmurs, ready to disassociate for the next couple of hours while putting on his best smile. All he wanted at that moment was samgyeopsal, karaoke, and beers with Mingyu and Eunwoo… but duty calls. “Is Mingyu going to be here?”
“The PLEDIS team hasn’t answered my text,” Do-yun says. “You’re up.”
The van’s jet-black door slides open and Jungkook is almost immediately blinded by the lights of the cameras going off right in front of him. He’d forgotten just how bright they could be, but thankfully remembered his failsafe sensory-overload tactic: covering up his face with his hands. It was the only way Jungkook could cope, and for once, he thanked his youthful appearance and reputation for making him seem adorable above all else. He adjusts soon enough, as always, strutting down the carpet and showing off his charm, outfit, and accessories. He was able to pick up on one or two of the paparazzi and press’ requests, showing off a finger-heart pose and playfully touching his abs over his outfit, but in an instant, their loud voices fade, and time slows. He can’t hear anything. He can’t see anything… but the beautiful smile he's started to dream of, right behind the clear double doors of the event. Was that really….
“Jungkook!”
He hears that - a call right beside his ears coming from the familiar, booming voice of his own manager, now grabbing his elbow. “Snap out of it. You’re supposed to be in by now.”
Looking around, Jungkook realizes he’d been holding up a line, with a dozen other celebrities waiting for his moment to be over, while the paparazzi continued to cheer, capture, and fawn over him, eating up his ‘adorable spacing out moment.’
“I apologize!” Jungkook smiles, bowing to the celebrities beside him as well as the hundreds of photographers ahead of him, his heart racing as Do-yun and his security team lead him to the double doors. When they’re pulled open, his bubbling anticipation subsides, for rather than the heavenly hallucination he must've had, he sees Mingyu standing before him.
“Gyu!” Jungkook yelps, hugging his best friend, who greets him with the same enthusiasm. “Samgyeopsal and karaoke afterwards?”
“Please, sunbaenim,” Mingyu giggles quietly. “I’m bored out of my fucking mind. I’ve been here for an hour already.”
Unable to wait even a minute, Jungkook brings in both his manager and his best friend into a huddle. “Hey, am I dreaming, or was that _____ I saw in here?”
“She is here, simp,” Mingyu smiles, wiggling his eyebrows suggestively before sticking out his tongue between his teeth.
“Do-yun, you didn’t tell me she would be here tonight,” Jungkook says in a panic.
“I didn’t know. Seems she decided at the last minute, just like you did.”
“Soulmates,” Jungkook whispers under his breath, ignoring the two men rolling their eyes before him. “This is fate. We keep missing each other at these things…. I have to meet her.”
“I’ll make it happen, Kook-ah,” Mingyu smirks, expecting the light shove Jungkook gives him afterward. “For you, I promise. You know we don’t have the same taste in girls. Do-yun, do you know that I never even crushed on IU?”
“You fucking idiot - you know you’re the only idol who hasn’t, right?” Jungkook says. “Anyways, IU was a boyhood crush. This…. she… she’s even better.”
“Oh, shit. Do-yun-nim. This is serious. We need to do something.”
“I don’t know where your team is, Kim Mingyu, but I’m dragging the both of you to meet everyone you actually have to meet here. Then, sit in a corner and chat about pork or singalongs, or mingle with safe people. Men - or female staff only. You know the drill,” Do-yun says sternly. “Best to stay safe even though you don’t really have to worry about sneaky photos - security is tight, and they took all our phones. The only people with their phones are idols and brand ambassadors such as yourselves. Got it?”
The boys nod reluctantly. “Now we know why he keeps missing her at these things,” Mingyu scoffs, and at that, Do-yun quickly places a hand on Jungkook’s shoulder.
“I’ll make it happen, Jungkook-ssi.”
+
It’d been close to an hour since Do-yun scurried away and mere minutes since Mingyu silently left Jungkook to fend for himself and wish his other members had been invited. He was so used to being glued to his hyungs at the hip, and now he found himself scanning the crowded room for a familiar face.
“Jungkook!” Mingyu’s familiar voice boomed, and Jungkook finds his best friend farther than he’d expected, close to the other side of the room with a wide smirk on his face. Knowing his friend was just as menacing as he was sweet, Jungkook made his way there without any thoughts…
"For your own benefit, I took a page from your book and stopped waiting around for the company’s approval... You're my bad influence, so you are my first bad idea. Thank me or scold me later."
One can never be sure when it comes to Mingyu, so Jungkook nods and allows his friend to grab him by the hand…. silently leading him through the crowded room... to you.
"Do-yun-nim was taking too long. Found her much hotter friend first, and ta-da,” Mingyu quickly whispers into his ear.
In a moment of panic, Jungkook’s idol-wired brain took over, quickly scanning the room for any warning signs - untrustworthy staff or sketchy fellow idols, hidden cameras. It seemed… safe. It was just an innocent meeting, tucked away in a corner of the room… No biggie.
“BTS Jungkook…”
Jungkook couldn’t believe it. Your voice was as sweet as it was in your interviews… But you were far, far more beautiful in real life.
“____!” he cheers. “It’s really nice to meet you.”
“Me? Coming from BTS’ Jeon Jungkook, wah, I guess I’ve made it then.”
Holy shit, how do you blush so adorably?
“You have made it,” Jungkook says, “And with your own blood, sweat, and tears, too. It’s insanely admirable.”
“You flatter me too much. You paved the way! I hope to one day get to the level where I can quote my own songs too.”
“That… was unintentional,” Jungkook blushes, regretting his choice of words. “But your lyrics are… some of the most beautiful I’ve come across in all my years as an idol. Your latest single brought me to tears.”
“It’s true. It was embarrassing,” Mingyu confirms, ignoring Jungkook’s glare.
“Oh, no, that touches my heart. It makes me feel like an honest artist and a bit proud, actually - not that I made you cry! But that my experience translated into the song like that… I cried every second I worked on the song, actually.”
“Oh no. I hope you never cry a day in your life, _____,” Jungkook blurts. “Don’t get hurt, please.”
“Thank you, Jungkook,” you say with a heartwarming giggle. “I have to, though, don’t I? I’ll take care of my health, but I have to live. To live is to cry every now and then.”
“That’s true. Namjoon-hyung says that too - you know he’s the main songwriter in our group, right?”
“Of course.”
“Beautiful lyrics can only come from beautiful people.”
In a failed attempt to hide his scoff, Mingyu scurries off. “Simp," he quickly mutters under his breath. "I’ll go find your friend, ____.”
“Kim Mingyu, treat her well!” you call out with a ferocity that ignites another fire in Jungkook’s heart.
“Jungkook-ssi…. Maybe we can write together sometime?”
“I’m not really a writer,” Jungkook says, not knowing the reason why. A failed display of honesty, perhaps? He has written in the past, of course, for both his own discography as well as BTS’…. A surge of regret floods his system in a second.
“You’re a beautiful person, Jungkook, so by your logic, you must be able to write some beautiful lyrics as well.”
Stunned, Jungkook is unable to respond. Did you just call him beautiful?
“You really are as cute as they say… as cute as I imagined,” you smile. “What do you say?”
Jungkook nods, happily giving you his phone when you ask for it before typing in his number in yours.
“So I can call you?” Jungkook asks, brushing his hair away from his face.
“I hope you do.”
You turn your back, ready to make your way back into the event and probably find your friend, but the moment you’d turned your back, Jungkook realizes he hadn’t said enough.
“____?” It takes another moment for Jungkook to muster up the courage to go on once he sees your face again, so he spills out his words the moment they come to him. “I just want to tell you that I… I really respect you as an artist. I always have, and I always will. I can’t say the same for so many of our peers these days, unfortunately, so I felt like I needed to say that.”
“I...... I needed to hear that more than anything else, Jungkook-ssi... Thank you,” you say quietly.
“Thank you," you repeat in a whisper. “I’m also thanking whatever force or higher power made you say that just now.”
“I mean it myself, though,” Jungkook reiterates.
“I know, but it feels like fate that you’d told me that tonight. I’ll tell you the story one day - why I so badly needed to hear that tonight.”
Jungkook nods, exhaling in an effort to hide his astonishment as you walk away in a rush, hiding whatever emotion you were feeling too.
One day.
He’ll hold you - and fate - up to that.

Jaehyun sprang into action, swiftly manoeuvring to catch the basketball tossed by his teammates. Just as he prepared to take a shot, the coach's whistle pierced through the air, signalling the end of today's training session.
"Aish," he muttered to himself, releasing a disappointed sigh before dropping the ball to the ground.
Fist-bumps were exchanged, mutual words of encouragement were shared, and the team dispersed towards the changing room. Jaehyun situated himself between Mingyu and Eunwoo, the sound of lockers being opened filling the air.
"Let's grab dinner at that restaurant we hit up yesterday. You know, the one that always hooks us up with extra side dishes. I'm starving," Mingyu suggested, casting a glance at Jaehyun.
"Yeah, sure. Eunwoo, you in?" Jaehyun inquired, turning to his teammate.
Eunwoo merely turned his head, offering Jaehyun a cold stare before wordlessly heading to the showers, brushing past Mingyu and Jaehyun without a word. The two boys exchanged resigned sighs, accustomed to Eunwoo's distant demeanor.
"Guess he's content living life solo. Seems to be his M.O.," Jaehyun remarked sarcastically, throwing an arm around one of his teammates as they made their way to the showers together.
Despite being the team captain, Eunwoo rarely joined his teammates for post-training meals. While he was undeniably popular and academically successful, Eunwoo's reserved nature and occasional self-centeredness set him apart from the rest, particularly Jaehyun.
As the boys finished showering and left the basketball court, Eunwoo diverged from the group, his footsteps leading him in the opposite direction. With a heavy sigh, he checked his phone, reading a message from his friend.
"Eunwoo, I just finished studying for tonight. How's your day?" you texted.
Replying as he walked, Eunwoo continued his solitary journey.
--
The bustling atmosphere of the restaurant was a stark contrast to the quiet camaraderie of the basketball court. Laughter and chatter filled the air as the team settled into their seats, the restaurant staff familiar with their boisterous antics.
"Hey, Captain, what's your game plan post-graduation? We're hitting 18, right?" Mingyu queried, glancing around at his teammates.
"Why are you never thinking about the future?" he prodded, leaning in towards Jaehyun.
"Stop with the 'Captain' nonsense. Eunwoo's the real deal," Jaehyun retorted with a smirk.
"I know that. We're just curious. Cha Eunwoo seems to have his future all mapped out. So, what's your play?" Mingyu persisted.
While Jaehyun wasn't averse to discussing his future, he couldn't provide a definitive answer. Unlike Eunwoo, who had clear goals, Jaehyun was still uncertain about his path forward. Focused more on sports than academics, Jaehyun's family's financial struggles added an additional layer of complexity to his situation.
"The future?" Jaehyun mused, pouring water into his friend's empty glass before resting his arms on the table, his gaze fixed on the surface.
"That's a strong word," he continued, meeting his friend's gaze with a serious expression.
"Eunwoo has powerful backers," Jaehyun remarked. "His destiny's practically written for him. He knows exactly where he's headed."
His friend nodded in agreement, acknowledging the truth in Jaehyun's words.
"Anyway, let's call it a night. They're closing up shop," Jaehyun suggested, signalling for the bill.
The memory of that fateful night lingered in Jaehyun's mind as he walked home from practice. Stopping by a nearby convenience store, he purchased a pack of instant noodles before stepping outside. There, he encountered a man in his late forties seated on a bench—an encounter that would change everything.
"Evening, Mr. Jung," the man greeted, extending a hand for a shake, though Jaehyun's hands were full.
"Sorry, my hands are occupied," Jaehyun replied curtly, his guard up.
"My apologies. Let me introduce myself. I'm Mr. Lee, from the national basketball team," the man said, offering Jaehyun his business card.
Taking the card reluctantly, Jaehyun listened as Mr. Lee outlined an enticing offer—an offer that came with a condition: Jaehyun must become the team captain by the end of the semester's final game.
With a sense of foreboding settling in his gut, Jaehyun watched as Mr. Lee bid him farewell, leaving him to contemplate the weight of his decision.
--
The following day dawned with crystalline clarity, the school gradually filling with students as the morning sunlight streamed into Classroom 3-5, where Jaehyun found his seat. Despite sharing a class with Eunwoo, Jaehyun didn't pay much mind to him.
Entering the classroom with his bag slung over one shoulder, Jaehyun observed the usual morning bustle: some students gossiping, others hastily applying makeup in a bid to look their best. Meanwhile, Jaehyun quietly settled at his desk near the window, resting his head upon it in a familiar ritual, his hands cradling his head as he sought solace in a few moments of reprieve.
Uninterested in classroom chatter, Jaehyun often used these moments to steal a brief respite from his classmates. However, just as he teetered on the brink of sleep, the sliding of the classroom door disrupted his tranquility.
"Hey y/n, you're later than Jaehyun today," one of the girls remarked.
Y/N, another classmate, was an outsider known for your intellect and rumoured connection to Eunwoo. Speculation swirled that you might be engaged to Eunwoo in the future, inheriting both of your families' companies together. Nexus Architecture and Evergreen Designs & Associates. However, the gossip surrounding you led to disdainful treatment from your peers.
"Oh, really? We must have taken the same bus again," you replied with a smile, unaware of the snickers and whispered comments circulating around you.
Exasperated, Jaehyun heard the thinly veiled mockery directed at you, prompting a silent shake of his head before he sank further into his thoughts.
--
The shrill ringing of the lunch bell marked the midday break, prompting a rush of students streaming towards the dining hall. Among them stood you, patiently waiting in line for her meal.
"Oh, y/n, joining the lunch queue today?" a group of girls approached her, their tone laced with derision.
"Yeah, I forgot my lunchbox today," offering a friendly smile despite the thinly veiled contempt in their gaze.
The girls exchanged glances, stifling laughter before one of them jeered, "Aren't lunchboxes for eight-year-olds?"
Feeling the sting of embarrassment, you averted her gaze, your cheeks flushing with shame as tears threatened to well up.
Jaehyun observed the scene unfold with a mix of empathy and frustration. While he sympathized with your plight, he couldn't help but feel exasperated by the petty antics of their classmates. It was a reminder of the shallow nature of high school society, where appearances and rumours held more weight than genuine kindness.
Eunwoo's departure from the lunch table didn't go unnoticed, his actions stirring a silent curiosity among his friends, including Jaehyun. As Eunwoo made his way to the vending machine, Jaehyun's gaze trailed after him, silently observing the unfolding scenario.
"Hey, where are you going?" Mingyu's voice cut through the ambient chatter, but Eunwoo remained unresponsive, his focus fixed on his destination.
Undeterred by Eunwoo's lack of response, Mingyu exchanged a puzzled glance with the others at the table, his curiosity piqued by his friend's sudden departure.
Meanwhile, Eunwoo deftly navigated the vending machine, his movements smooth and purposeful. Yet, his concentration was interrupted by the unexpected arrival of a girl, her presence laced with a hint of mischief.
As she leaned against the vending machine, a smirk playing on her lips, Eunwoo's demeanor shifted slightly, his eyes widening in mild surprise at her boldness.
"Taking care of your girl again, huh?" she taunted, her words laden with implication.
Eunwoo's response was measured, his expression unreadable as he absorbed her words. Though inwardly unsettled by her assumption, he chose to remain silent, his thoughts swirling with unspoken complexities.
"What do you mean 'my girl?"
"Isn't she yours? For you to take care of her that much?"
She moved towards facing the machine and continued to make her purchase. Eunwoo moved aside slightly, he just stayed quiet at her question. Are you his? He just never thought of sorting those feelings out.
"Choi Ye Won, next to meet you" the girl continued and held her hand out to Eunwoo.
He hesitated momentarily, his gaze flickering between her outstretched hand and her expectant expression.
"Not for now," he replied cryptically, his tone tinged with uncertainty as he sidestepped her invitation.
Returning to the dining hall, Eunwoo's attention was drawn to you, his presence a comforting sight amidst the chaos of the lunchtime crowd. With a small gesture of kindness, he offered you the bread he had purchased, a simple yet meaningful gesture that spoke volumes.
"Hey I heard you forgot your lunch box today so I bought this for you. Though you might get hungry waiting in line"
Meanwhile, Mingyu's teasing remarks drew a knowing smirk from Eunwoo, his response veiled in playful ambiguity. Though his feelings for you remained a mystery even to himself, Eunwoo's actions spoke volumes about the depth of his care for you.
As the conversation flowed around him, Jaehyun stayed quiet, watching everything unfold. Little did he know, these events would soon draw him into a tangle of feelings and drama, making him question his place in their high school social circle.
--
"Jung Jaehyun, Mrs. Jeon is waiting for you in her office," a classmate's urgent voice broke through the classroom's murmurs, startling Jaehyun from the brink of sleep. He blinked, his eyes slowly focusing on the speaker.
"Now? Why?" Jaehyun's voice was groggy with confusion.
"Yeah, she's been asking for you. You better go," the classmate insisted.
As Jaehyun made his way to the teacher's office, the atmosphere felt charged with tension. Mrs. Jeon's voice reverberated through the corridor, sharp and unforgiving, as she berated a student for not meeting her expectations. Mr. Kim attempted to intervene, but Mrs. Jeon's frustration only seemed to intensify, her words lashing out like whips.
"How can I be expected to calm down when I'm surrounded by students who don't take their studies seriously?" Mrs. Jeon's voice echoed with exasperation as she gestured emphatically at the papers strewn across her desk.
"But Mrs Jeon, Jaehyun here has been making an effort. He's submitted his homework on time," Mr Kim interjected, trying to diffuse the situation.
Mrs. Jeon's eyes narrowed in Jaehyun's direction, her gaze piercing through him like daggers.
"Is that true, Jaehyun? Or are you just another slacker like the rest of them?"
Jaehyun felt the weight of her scrutiny bearing down on him, but before he could respond, there was a soft knock on the door.
"Excuse me, Mrs. Jeon," came the timid voice of yours, Jaehyun's classmate, peeking into the room.
It had been several days since Jaehyun last encountered you in the dining hall. As you now stood beside him, you respectfully bowed to both of your teachers. Mrs Jeon let out an audible sigh. Though the purpose of your presence was to meet Mrs. Jeon, it was Mr. Kim who took the initiative to greet her first, his warm smile providing a momentary reprieve from the tension in the room.
"Y/n, you're here early in the morning," Mr. Kim remarked, a hint of amusement evident in his voice as he continued, "Again."
Mrs. Jeon turned her attention towards you, preparing to deliver yet another admonishment.
"Y/n, you can't come in here every morning to ask about your exam marks. You need to socialize more with your friends," Mrs. Jeon began, her tone tinged with frustration.
"But school is for studying," you voice firm and unwavering.
The others fell into a stunned silence, captivated by your bold response. Mrs. Jeon, feeling the weight of her students' challenges, massaged her temples in an attempt to alleviate the emerging headache. Jaehyun, observing the unfolding scene couldn't help but murmur softly to himself.
"Interesting," Jaehyun whispered, his gaze fixed intently on you.
A few moments later, the school bell chimed, signaling the start of classes. Mrs. Jeon fixed them with a stern gaze before dismissing them with a curt nod.
"You, focus more," Mrs. Jeon's stern voice pierced the air, her finger pointed squarely at Jaehyun.
"And you," she turned her gaze to you, "go socialize more," her tone softened slightly.
As you both made your way through the bustling corridors filled with students rushing to their classrooms, you swung the door open, stepping out of the office with Jaehyun in tow. Just as you were about to dart off, Jaehyun quickened his pace and leaned in to whisper in your ear.
"If you want to socialize more, come eat lunch with me," he teased, a mischievous smirk playing on his lips, catching you off guard.
With a stunned expression, you froze in your tracks as Jaehyun chuckled at your reaction before darting off to their classroom, leaving you standing there, bemused by his playful antics.
--
The day passed in its usual blur of lectures and scribbled notes until the lunch bell brought a welcome reprieve. Jaehyun, struggling to keep his heavy eyelids from closing, finally stirred from his desk as his classmates filtered out of the room and towards the cafeteria.
As he made his way towards the door, a sudden blockade halted his progress. It was you, your innocent smile belying your obliviousness to the social norms.
"Jaehyun, let's have lunch," you said, holding your lunchbox.
Jaehyun stood there stunned, unsure how to respond. His mind went blank. He wasn't expecting you to be this ignorant but he wasn't that mean either.
"You just need to finish your lunch right? Let's eat somewhere else," said Jaehyun worriedly.
Gently redirecting you, Jaehyun guided you out of the classroom and away from prying eyes to a secluded spot beneath a sprawling tree in the schoolyard.
They decided to eat their lunch on the bench beneath a large tree in the school field, where you began to eat. It was a secluded spot, rarely frequented during lunchtime, ensuring they wouldn't be spotted. Jaehyun sat beside you, his hands crossed and feet tapping nervously on the ground. He hoped you would finish your lunch quickly, along with your lunchbox, to avoid drawing attention to their presence together.
"Are you okay?" you inquired, noticing Jaehyun's restless feet.
"Yeah, I'm fine, hurry up and finish your lunch," he replied, quickly grabbing your hand and pushing your chopsticks back into the lunchbox. You, being as innocent as ever, nodded and resumed eating your lunch.
"But—" you began, setting down your chopsticks. Jaehyun's concern grew as he turned to face you, waiting for you to continue.
"Why aren't you eating?" you asked, your gaze fixed on Jaehyun, realizing he hadn't brought anything with him.
"Did you forget your lunchbox?" you asked with a smile.
He simply nodded in agreement. Knowing that nobody brings a lunchbox anymore, he didn't want to waste any more time. You happily finished your lunch, grateful to have Jaehyun's company since you didn't have any friends to eat with at school. Having Jaehyun there made your day.
As you reached for the last gimbap from your lunchbox, Jaehyun breathed a sigh of relief. It was finally over; you had finished your lunch.
"Okay, finished. I'll get going," Jaehyun said, quickly standing up and walking away from you as fast as possible.
"Wait!"
Jaehyun forced himself to look back, a frown forming on his face. "What now?" he asked, glancing at you.
"Do you want to go to the basketball court together after class?"
"No," Jaehyun said sternly as he left.
--
Another school day dawned for Jaehyun. Stretching his legs off the bed and onto the floor, he raised his arms high, grazing the ceiling as he yawned. Glancing at the time, he realized it was still early, so he decided to walk to school that day.
Plugging in his earphones and selecting a song from his playlist, he enjoyed the peaceful walk. Lost in thought about his plans for the day, he reminded himself of his role as the basketball team captain—a responsibility he took seriously as a means to support his family and secure a better future.
Arriving at the school gates, he muttered to himself, "Basketball captain, no more problems."
Suddenly, he heard a commotion behind him and turned to see you on the ground, surrounded by scattered books. A girl who had walked past you was rolling her eyes and walking away.
"Hey, you pushed me!" you shouted after her, but the girl ignored your accusation and continued on her way.
Seeing you struggling, Jaehyun hesitated for a moment, torn between helping you and avoiding involvement with an outsider. He then ignores his inner conflict, he decided to lend a hand. Quickly gathering your books, he approached you and handed them over.
"Oh, Jaehyun!" you exclaimed in amazement. "Thank you for helping."
"Whatever," Jaehyun replied tersely, handing over the books before swiftly walking away. Though he wanted to advise you to be more careful, he found it awkward and opted for a brief response. Helping you was enough for one day.
Tumblr media
You walked silently behind Jaehyun, heading to the same classroom as usual. Surprisingly, he didn't walk away or leave you alone. Given the possibility of being pushed or bullied on your way to class, you stick close to him. Jaehyun noticed you following him but didn't mind, although he hadn't realized he wasn't walking away until he reached the stairs. Your eyes met briefly, both quickly looking away.
Jaehyun cleared his throat nervously before speaking up, offering a warning. "You should be more careful," he said.
"I should, I'm sorry. I'll be more careful to not slip on my feet again."
"Not your feet, them," he corrected you. "You should be careful of people around you."
Jaehyun noticed you freeze on the landing step, just standing there. Wondering if he had said too much or if you simply didn't understand, he debated whether to approach you. Before he could decide, a group of boys approached, prompting Jaehyun to continue up the stairs, leaving you behind.
--
During class, Jaehyun found himself lost in thought, gazing out the window toward the school entrance. He was barely paying attention until the lunch bell rang, snapping him back to reality.
As students started leaving the classroom for lunch, Jaehyun noticed his teammates, including Mingyu, heading toward his classroom. A smile formed on his lips at the sight of friends who remembered him. Just then, you approached his desk, and he knew he was in for an awkward encounter.
"Jaehyun, let's have lunch," you said, holding her lunchbox.
Internally, Jaehyun sighed, wishing to avoid this situation. Before he could respond, Mingyu's face appeared at the door, witnessing them together. Sensing the awkwardness, Mingyu quickly shut the door again. Jaehyun seized the opportunity, grabbing your wrist and leading her to the field.
"Eat it now, hurry," he urged.
"Are you not comfortable with me?" she asked, sensing his discomfort.
The question caught Jaehyun off guard, while he was crossing his arms, tapping his feet nervously.
"What?"
"Are you not comfortable with me, Jaehyun?" you repeated.
Jaehyun blinked, realizing his behaviour. He glanced at you, who seemed saddened.
"If you're not comfortable, you don't have to eat lunch with me," you offered.
Sighing, Jaehyun realised he was treating you out of pity. He forced himself to buy some snacks from a vending machine and returned to the bench.
"Satisfied? I'm having lunch too," he said, opening his soda.
"Okay," you replied, beginning to eat.
They ate in silence, and when lunch hour ended, Jaehyun made you promise to let him go to class first. As they parted ways, Jaehyun couldn't shake off the feeling of discomfort and guilt.
A week passed, and Jaehyun found himself still having lunch with you at the field bench. His training and mood hadn't improved, and the basketball match loomed ahead. During the game, he drank the usual soda and ate a chocolate bar, feeling stuck in a rut. As the match concluded, Eunwoo's skill earned him praise and adoration from the crowd.
He threw your bag onto the floor as soon as he entered the house, frustration weighing heavily on him. Memories of the game replayed in his mind, each missed opportunity and fumbled play haunting him. Despite the team's victory, he felt like he had let everyone down, especially with Mr. Lee there to evaluate his skills. Exhausted, Jaehyun collapsed onto the bed, trying to accept the day's events before drifting off into a troubled sleep.
--
You sat alone at your desk, observing the bustling activity of your classmates as they rushed out for lunch. It caught your eye at Jaehyun's motionless figure, his head resting on the table. Probably lost in his thoughts. You could hear concerned whispers from his teammates filling the air.
"Let's give him some space," Eunwoo intervened, urging the others to leave him alone.
You approached Jaehyun's desk, hoping to share lunch with him and lighten him up a bit. But Jaehyun's response was cold and dismissive, hurting you.
"Y/n, can't you tell I don't want to have lunch with you?" he snapped.
His words cutting deep to you, as the feeling of shame and rejection washed over as you struggled to hold back tears as Jaehyun continued, criticizing you for being weird and clingy. With a heavy heart, you watched him leave you alone in the classroom.
As the door closed behind him, your emotions overflowed with tears streaming down your cheeks. You gathered your belongings and made your way to the field bench, seeking comfort in the familiar routine of her lunch break.
You walked to the field bench and made yourself comfortable. You could feel your small fingers trembling over the situation that had happened but forced them by opening the lid of your lunchbox without hesitating for a second. Everything stayed the same for you, except when the tears rolled down your cheeks.
The world has been harsh on you.
--
"And that is all for today," said the teacher, closing the book in front of him to indicate the end of the last period. You left the class with your other classmates, joining the students in the corridor. After spending your lunch crying, you feel drained.
"Y/N!", someone calls you from behind.
You recognised the voice immediately, as you turned towards Eunwoo running toward you.
"Going to art class again?"
"Yes, how about you?"
"Y/N, are you okay?" Eunwoo sensed something was wrong with your response. He gently pulled your arm.
"I'm okay, Eunwoo. Thanks for asking,"
"Do you want me to walk you there? I can tell the coach I'll be running a bit late for today's training."
How you wished you could nod. After everything that had happened today, the idea of someone accompanying you to the art centre would comfort you. But Jaehyun's words had shaken your trust in people's kindness.
"No, Eunwoo, thank you, but I'll walk myself today. You should go to practice," you declined.
"Okay then," Eunwoo hesitated before continuing. "I'll text you later."
You gave him a light smile and walked away from him. Glancing around at the surroundings on the route to the art centre, you were torn between going to art class or taking a day off. Your head and heart were at odds with each other, and with each step, your legs felt heavier.
Unable to bear it any longer, you found yourself walking back home, seeking emotional refuge with Haein, the caretaker. As you entered the house and found Haein arranging cushions in the living room, you felt a sense of relief wash over you, knowing you had someone to turn to in time of need.
Tumblr media
A few weeks had passed, and neither Jaehyun nor you had been to the teacher's office since their last encounter. You took Jaehyun's warning about lunch seriously, perhaps too seriously. You found yourself overthinking your interactions with others and making efforts to connect with peers. Amidst all your progress, there was one thing you hadn't changed: her lunchbox. Meanwhile, Jaehyun had resumed having lunch with his teammates as usual.
"Eat up, captain!" Mingyu exclaimed with laughter.
Jaehyun smiled widely as he placed his tray on the desk and joined the rest of the team. It felt good to be back with them. Just as he was settling into his seat, he noticed Eunwoo with Choi Yewon. Jaehyun nudged Mingyu's arm and leaned in to whisper.
"What's going on with Ye Won and Eunwoo?"
"Her? You know, his new target," Mingyu shook his head.
"What? Behind y/n?"
"We all know about his schemes with y/n," Mingyu interjected. "He's just brazen enough to do it openly at school."
They glanced over at Eunwoo and Ye Won, who were clearly intertwined as they conversed. Jaehyun felt uncomfortable, he didn't the thought of you being betrayed like this. They decided to leave them alone and continue their lunch. Jaehyun then began eating ravenously.
"Hey, are you that hungry?" one of his teammates asked, but Jaehyun ignored them completely.
As soon as he finished his lunch, Jaehyun slammed his chopsticks down on the table and hastily announced, before rushing out of the dining hall, leaving his bewildered team behind.
"I'll get going, see you later"
Mingyu surveyed his teammates with frustration. The team was in disarray, with neither the captain nor the potential captain able to focus before their match. Mingyu clenched his chopsticks tightly, feeling the need to intervene.
"Someone needs to stop this," Mingyu declared fiercely.
--
"The weather is too great to have a bad day," you remarked to yourself as you sat down for lunch.
You had grown accustomed to eating alone in this spot, finding comfort in the gentle breeze and open space. It was a solace space for you only. Suddenly, you were interrupted by a familiar voice.
"What are you doing?" Jaehyun's voice came from beside the bench.
You looked up in surprise. "Jaehyun, why are you here?"
"Just... for nothing," he replied, taking a seat next to you with his hands in his jacket pockets.
"It's okay if you don't want to have lunch—"
Jaehyun turned to her, smirking. "Just eat your lunch," he said, cutting you off.
You returned his smirk and began eating, while Jaehyun couldn't help but smile softly at the action. He could sense that you had become more attentive and considerate toward others, and it felt reassuring.
After a few moments of silence, you glanced at Jaehyun, who seemed lost in thought. He looked distracted and anxious, you offered him your favourite juice.
"If you're going to space out for that long, you might as well enjoy a juice," she suggested.
Jaehyun sighed and accepted the juice. As both of you sat together, Jaehyun couldn't help but notice the tranquillity of their surroundings.
"Is this why you always have lunch here?" he asked, curious.
"Yeah, I find it hard to socialize at school, even during recess. So I come here to gather myself before continuing with the day."
"Jaehyun, are you okay?" you asked suddenly, breaking the silence.
He was taken aback by the question, feeling a surge of emotions. He was so close to telling you the truth of Ye Won and Eunwoo. How he wanted to save you from the betrayal.
"No, actually, I have something to tell you,"
Before he could continue, a few people approached the bench. It was Jaehyun's teammates. He quickly stood up, intending to explain the situation, while you were confused, not understanding what was happening as you looked on innocently at them.
"It's not what it looks like-" Jaehyun explained to them.
"So it was you all along," Mingyu pointed at you, ignoring Jaehyun before he continued.
"You were the one messing up with him"
"I'm sorry, who are-",
"You think you can hang out with one of us just because Eunwoo is your friend, right?!"
"This is not what it seems-"
"You getting bolder now. You think people like you now. Can you see people using you just especially Eunwoo? You no special, y/n"
They hurled insults at you, and Jaehyun's attempts to defend her fell on deaf ears. You could sense your eyes got teary, it wasn't even you who approached them in the first place. But Jaehyun was quick to realise your expression, he knew where this was heading. He immediately dragged his teammates away from you and brought them back to the class. They all left you alone on the bench.
Jaehyun was fierce, he walked in front of them in the dash.
"Jaehyun, I did a great job, didn't I? Don't worry, she's not gonna disturb you anymore", his teammate said as he smiled thinking he saved Jaehyun.
Jaehyun turned around to face him, looking at him in the eyes.
"I told you. It's not what it looks like!"
They were all startled at his action, he was really mad this time. People around them were starting to talk and gather around them. It seems like they were getting into a fight any moment now. Jaehyun looked around and gave out a sigh, putting his head down.
"Let's just go to class," he said as he entered his classroom door and closed it shut.
--
Your steps echoed through the empty corridor as you hastened towards the sanctuary of the girls' bathroom. Your heart heavy turns into tears threatening to spill, hiding within the confines of one of the stalls, where you allow yourself to finally release the torrent of emotions that had been building up inside.
As your sobs filled the quiet space, the sound was soon accompanied by the soft murmur of voices outside your stall. Startled, your tears momentarily paused as you strained to listen. Four concerned voices floated through the air, their words a mix of worry and compassion.
"Hey, what's going on in there? Are you okay?", one of the girls asked gently, her voice tinged with genuine concern.
"Maybe she needs a tissue," another voice suggested, practical and helpful.
A third voice chimed in, "I think she might need a pad instead. It sounds like she's crying because of that."
The girls deliberated amongst themselves, each offering suggestions on how best to help you in your time of need. Their voices blended into a comforting chorus of support, reaching your ears and offering a glimmer of hope amidst your despair.
Finally, summoning your courage, you slowly opened the door of the stall, revealing your tear-streaked face to the concerned girls outside. Without hesitation, you begin telling them what had happened over lunch. They enveloped you in a warm embrace, offering comfort and understanding without judgment.
Meanwhile, in the classroom, Jaehyun's anxiety mounted with each passing minute as he anxiously watched the clock. His worry for you gnawed at him, the weight of guilt and regret heavy on his shoulders.
Five minutes have passed.
Ten minutes have passed.
Fifteen minutes have passed.
His eyes peek around the class again as it stops at your desk. You're still not there. Jaehyun begins tapping his feet, his mind too begins to imagine every possibility that could happen to you.
'Is it possible you went back home already?', thought to himself.
Suddenly the front door of the classroom slides open. The whole classroom sways their heads facing away from the blackboard, even the teacher paused his lesson for a moment.
'Shit'
When you finally entered the classroom, your eyes red-rimmed and downcast, Jaehyun's heart sank. He could feel the weight of the whispers and stares directed at you, a tangible manifestation of the repercussions of your actions.
"I'm sorry, teacher. The toilet was really full, and I had to go number two," you explained as you bowed and made your way back to your seat.
--
Throughout the day, the atmosphere crackled with tension, rumors spreading like wildfire and casting a shadow over the basketball team's reputation. Jaehyun's stomach churned with guilt as he grappled with the knowledge that their actions had contributed to your pain.
Later, Coach Lee's voice boomed with disappointment and anger as he addressed the team. Eunwoo, in particular, felt the weight of the coach's words bearing down on him, the burden of leadership heavier than ever before.
As they endured their punishment of running laps under the scorching sun, Eunwoo's eyes caught sight of something on the bench where you usually sat. It was your forgotten lunchbox.
"It's okay Eunwoo, it's not your fault. We respect you as a captain", said his teammates.
Eunwoo looked at them, turning his head towards the back of him.
"He's right. I'm sorry, Eunwoo, everyone", Mingyu apologise.
'If only you held your anger on y/n, things would have been better", replied Ten, another member of the team.
"But I really can't hold it in-"
The teammates started bickering while they carried on with their laps. Eunwoo just shook his head at them, he took a glance again at Jaehyun. He was at the back of all of them. His eyes started to wander around, it stopped at something that caught his eye and made him a bit. It was the bench you sat at during lunch. There was a silver box on top of the sits. Apparently, you had left her lunchbox on the bench. Eunwoo notices it as he quickly looks back at Jaehyun to see if he notices it too. He quickly snaps out to distract him.
"Focus. Run faster! 30 laps to go!", Eunwoo shouted.
--
The next morning, you decide to arrive early at school. You realize you forgot your lunchbox in the classroom the day before and want to retrieve it before the school fills up. After all, the thought of leftover food sitting in your lunchbox is less than appealing.
As you push open the wooden door of the classroom, you notice Jaehyun, Eunwoo, and a few others who have already arrived. Ignoring their presence, you swiftly place your pastel brown bag on a nearby chair and hurry towards the bench on the field, seeming to cope peacefully with the aftermath of the previous day's incident.
"Is it gone already?" you exclaim, noticing the empty bench.
Kneeling down, you begin to search beneath the bench when suddenly, Eunwoo appears.
"Here's your lunchbox. I've already washed it," he says, gesturing towards the lunchbox in front of him.
"Thanks, Eunwoo," you reply gratefully, reaching out to take it.
"How did you know I left it here?"
Eunwoo hesitates, running a hand through his hair before responding, "We happened to train at the field yesterday."
"Well, that makes sense. Thank you, Eunwoo," you say with a smile, returning his gesture.
"I knew you were going to look for it. Let's go back to class," Eunwoo suggests, and you nod in agreement.
--
"Are you feeling better? Yesterday was rough for you," Eunwoo asks as you climb up the stairs together.
You don't react much as he expected, just humming at his question, signaling to him that you're okay now. Eunwoo begins to worry when he sees your response, his expression immediately changing as he steps on another riser above you.
"Y/n, don't take it to heart about what they said yesterday. Some people never think before they speak, they were just not in the right mind when they confronted you."
"It's alright Eunwoo. After all, what they say about me was right anyway. I saw that coming already."
As you reassure him with a soft smile, you demonstrate your adeptness at handling the situation. Growing up with both of your parents working as architects, you have become accustomed to direct and straightforward criticism, albeit often delivered in a gentler manner. You have learned to detach your emotions from such feedback and simply accept it for what it is. Even if some of the statements hold partial truth, you see little point in trying to argue or convince otherwise.
"That's not what I mean. You know I'm here for you because I really want to be, I'm not using you," Eunwoo says, offering a white lie.
"I know, that's why I said it's about me. It's true I depend on you a lot because I have no friends here, and it's harder now that you can't always be there to solve all of my problems," you pause before continuing.
"So just let me think it through for now."
Eunwoo doesn't say anything as he stands still in his position, knowing it's best for you to have some time. Deep down inside, Eunwoo understands that it's not about you needing him to solve everything, but rather his own fear of losing you. You have been there for him, even when he resorted to dirty tricks, and now that you are starting to grow apart from him, he fears being left with nothing.
Just as you are both lost in your thoughts, Jaehyun steps in, approaching the staircase. He immediately makes eye contact with you, filled with regret and the desire to apologize, but his actions speak otherwise.
-- This morning, Jaehyun's feet moved in a dash as he exited the bus, the cold breeze hitting him as he sped up. It was early, Jaehyun had already arrived at school. Without bothering to set down his backpack, he made his way to the school field. Jaehyun knew he had to retrieve the lunchbox before anyone else did. It was the only reason he could use to meet up with you again and apologize. However, to his dismay, the lunchbox was nowhere to be found.
His eyes widened in a fluster as he realised the lunchbox was missing. Without hesitation, he began searching for it. Pulling down the sleeves of his sweater, he warmed his hand with a breath before Eunwoo appeared, holding the lunchbox.
"Once again, you're second, Jaehyun," Eunwoo remarked, lifting the lunchbox with one hand while the other remained in his pocket.
"I never come in second. You're the one always taking what's not yours," Jaehyun retorted.
"Like what? The scholarship?" Eunwoo's words struck a nerve with Jaehyun.
"What do you mean?" Jaehyun asked, caught off guard.
"I know about it, Jaehyun. I'm just surprised you're doing this behind the team," Eunwoo continued, receiving a glare from Jaehyun.
The mention of the scholarship ignited anger within Jaehyun, but he restrained himself before it escalated into a physical confrontation.
"Keep it," Jaehyun said sharply, pushing the lunchbox back towards Eunwoo, causing him to sway his hand.
"I don't need those things to come in first," Jaehyun declared firmly.
He watched Eunwoo laugh at his words as he walked away, leaving him alone on the bench. At that moment, Jaehyun made a decision. He wasn't solely aiming for the scholarship anymore; he was determined to prove that he could surpass Eunwoo in every aspect.
--
During that lunch break, Jaehyun headed off to the library after finishing his meal. If he ever hoped to surpass Eunwoo, he knew it had to start with his mind. As he solemnly made his way to the library, everything felt unfamiliar to him. Awkwardly navigating between the shelves, he eventually found himself in the architecture section. Knowing that Eunwoo's family owned a renowned architecture firm in Seoul, with Eunwoo destined to inherit it, Jaehyun couldn't help but feel the weight of the challenge ahead.
Jaehyun let his gaze wander as he roamed the shelves, unsure of what to do next. Eventually, he selected a book that caught his eye:
"The Architecture of Happiness".
Finding a secluded spot hidden between the shelves, Jaehyun settled down on the floor with eager anticipation, immersing himself in the book.
As he delved deeper into the world of architecture, Jaehyun's passion and understanding grew. He began devouring more architecture books and design compilations, expanding his knowledge. Simultaneously, his dedication to basketball training intensified, with Jaehyun pushing himself harder late into the evening.
One night, after wrapping up the extra training alone, Jaehyun was startled to see you entering the court, still in your school uniform, your fingers fidgeting nervously as you glanced around.
"Y/n?" Jaehyun called out, bending his head slightly to confirm your identity.
"Why are you here?" he inquired as you approached.
"I- is- is Eunwoo still here?"
"Eunwoo left an hour ago. You should leave too," Jaehyun advised.
"I see. I'll head out then," you replied, making your way towards the nearest bus stop. Jaehyun didn't stop you, accompanying you silently to the bus stop. As you both boarded the bus, Jaehyun took a seat behind you.
"You could have just texted him instead of coming here yourself," Jaehyun remarked, leaning forward slightly. You flinched at his words, turning your head to look at him.
"He hasn't been returning my calls or messages lately," you admitted.
Jaehyun stared at you, his expression unreadable. It was clear to him that Eunwoo was spending more time with Ye Won, neglecting you in the process.
"You already knew, didn't you?" Jaehyun asked, subtly referring to Eunwoo's relationship with Ye Won.
You simply nodded in response.
The rest of the bus ride passed in silence. You immediately put on your earphones after your conversation, and Jaehyun followed suit, leaning back in his seat. Glancing at your reflection in the window, Jaehyun tried to gauge your emotions, but your stoic expression gave nothing away.
As the night grew darker outside, you stared blankly into the distance, your mind wrestling with conflicting emotions. Despite the calmness of the night, you found no comfort. Just as you rested your head against the window, Jaehyun pressed the stop button behind you with determination.
"Ahjussi, this is our stop!" he called out.
Tumblr media
Your confusion only deepened as Jaehyun guided you off the bus before your intended stop. You followed him, your brow furrowing as both of you walked down a street adorned with cherry blossom flowers and trees.
"Why are you bringing me here?" you asked, turning your head to look at him.
"No reason," he lied casually. "You might like it here."
Jaehyun spotted a bench nearby, and you surveyed your surroundings. The windy night had transformed the streets into a scene straight out of a dream, with nearly pure white cherry blossoms tinged with the palest pink fluttering gently in the breeze. They seemed like confetti in the air, descending around both of you. You stood still, lifting a hand in front of you as if to catch the falling blossoms. Jaehyun watched you intently from his seat on the bench. Just then, a cherry blossom flower drifted down and landed delicately in your open palm.
"Jaehyun! Did you see that?" you exclaimed excitedly, your eyes sparkling with childlike wonder as you skipped over to him, the flower cradled in your hand.
A warm, tender smile spread across Jaehyun's face, his dimples forming as he watched you.
"Hurry, make a wish," he urged gently.
You immediately placed your other palm next to the first, closing your eyes tightly and bowing your head toward the flower. You made a silent wish in your heart before opening your eyes with a happy sigh, taking a seat next to Jaehyun. He couldn't help but smile softly at your infectious happiness.
"What did you wish for?" he inquired.
"That your life will be as happy as I was when the flower landed in my palm," you replied earnestly.
"You should wish for Eunwoo to reply to you. Why wish for someone else?" Jaehyun teased gently.
"Because the best kind of wish is the one made for others," you grinned back at him before continuing.
"It was tough when things weren't going well at my father's firm. But when Eunwoo's family firm and ours did a project together, we wished for their success, and it happened. It felt like a miracle, Jaehyun," you added, meeting his gaze.
He listened intently, feeling a connection to you as you shared your story. Your vulnerability opened up a new understanding between you both.
"Here," you said, passing the flower to Jaehyun. "Maybe one day, you can make a wish for me."
With that, you stood up from the bench and began to walk away after adjusting your skirt. Jaehyun watched you go, then turned his gaze back to the cherry blossom. The beautiful night filled with cherry blossoms remained warm in your memories as you both returned home, leaving behind a quiet night filled with delightful memories.
--
"Oppa, the school festival is coming up. Are you going to perform again?" a junior asked Jaehyun nervously in the corridor of the school.
"What?" he replied, staring at her blankly, trying to understand what she was talking about.
"Well, you always perform during the school festival. I was wondering if you're going to perform again this year."
"Oh," Jaehyun hesitated. With his father no longer around to practice with, he wasn't considering performing this year.
"I'm sorry, but I don't think I am," he finally answered.
Jaehyun's performances during the school festival always attracted a lot of attention from girls, which made him feel a bit awkward. However, he only paid attention to his friends and basketball team, and now to Eunwoo, whom he aimed to beat.
He entered the classroom after stopping by the library as usual. Closing the door behind him, Jaehyun made his way back to his desk.
"What? You said you went where?" you asked as your classmate who sat in front of her repeated her story.
Jaehyun smirked slightly. He was sure you didn't know about the mall the other girl mentioned.
Tumblr media
Jaehyun went through the architecture section in the library like always, wandering his eyes around the shelves. As his eyes went from one book to another, none of the books caught his attention this afternoon.
He let out a groan as he made his way to a seat. He took out a small drawing pen he held in his pocket, letting his fingers sketch on a sketchbook he had bought. Just then, he heard your and Eunwoo's voices conversing on the shelf next to his table. Making his attention on you both, he turned his head before deciding to ignore you as he went back to sketching.
"Y/n," Jaehyun could hear a voice calling it across the library as it broke the silence.
He lifted his head from the sketchbook, just as he saw you approached by a student council at a shelf next to his table. Immediately hiding his face with his hand by laying his head on his stretched arms across the table, facing the opposite of you both. Making sure he did not get caught but he continued to eavesdrop.
"Hi Jihyo," you said to the student council.
"Oh, hi Eunwoo. Didn't see you there," she said to Eunwoo.
"Do you think you can perform during the school festival? We need someone to start the dance during the evening dance event," she continued.
"I'm sorry-? What dance?"
"The principal is finally allowing us to do a dance event as the closing of the school festival," she explained before she continued.
"We would like to have you and Eunwoo perform as the opening for the dance event. Both of you can perform a slow dance, you guys used to go to the same art elementary school," she convinced you.
Jaehyun on the other side wasn't liking what he heard, he was hoping you to turn down the offer as there was a long pause after the conversation. He gathered his strength to his legs, feeling restless over the eavesdrop. He was ready to leave the library before you could answer. Eunwoo noticed Jaehyun at the table as he stood when he decided to leave the room but your voice stops his actions.
"Okay, I'll do it if Eunwoo is okay with it," you said.
Eunwoo immediately made eye contact with Jaehyun across the shelf.
"Sure, I'll do it," Eunwoo answered, still eyeing Jaehyun.
"For you," turned back his head to face you who has on his shoulder level, looking up at him.
Your lips curved upwards at Eunwoo's actions. You're glad Eunwoo is trying to amend your relationship but your guts are telling you otherwise. You were already drifting apart from each other with Eunwoo sneaking around behind your back with Ye Won. As much as you're hesitating, your actions never did anything to avoid him yet you feel it's hard to push him away.
"Jaehyun," said you as soon you lifted your head, making eye contact with him.
By your tone and your face that brightens up when you see Jaehyun, he can tell you're more interest in him eavesdropping on the conversation than being selected for the dance. But your happiness drops in a split of seconds when Jaehyun just passes by you, ignoring you both and making his way out of the library.
Your heart sank.
It wasn't the first time you received cold shoulders from him so you faced the floor, brushing away the feelings.
"So you wanna start to practise tonight?" Eunwoo asked immediately after he noticed you, you must have felt small.
"Yeah, that sounds great."
"I'll meet you at the court then after training, the court should be big enough for us."
You nodded as you gave a soft smile at him before both of you made your way to the classroom.
--
Jaehyun takes a quick look over at the audience on the benches. Usually, there are a few of their teammates' girlfriends, but today you are sitting casually as you sketch in your sketchbook. He shakes off his wandering thoughts and brings them back to the training. Not long after that, the training ended and the team headed to the changing room. Jaehyun stayed at the court for some personal practicing.
At first, he was just minding his own business when suddenly Eunwoo came to court again. He could see from the corner of his eyes that Eunwoo went to you as you too walked yourself down the court from the bench.
"Are you done yet?" you asked.
"Yeah, let's start practicing."
You nodded.
Jaehyun went back to his training after hearing that and you too started your practice. From time to time, Jaehyun took a glimpse of you both. He was confused by his actions. His eyes couldn't help but lay on you and Eunwoo dancing.
"Just making sure everything okay," he clarifies himself.
He looked at how gracefully you were dancing. Surely it proves a lot that both of you were from a performing arts school. He left a smile as he romanticized the view of you both dancing.
Looking at both of you dancing reminisces back his memories with his grandmother. He used to learn some dances with his grandmother, as she was a dancer. He adores graceful movements when she dances, it softens a part of him. It could make the world around him shut for a moment, the only thing that was bright and warm was the dances.
--
"Mr. Jeong, please have a seat," said a man opening the door for Jaehyun, the sight of Mr. Lee and his couch filled his eyes in the room.
He's been here every now and then, just the sight of Mr. Lee and a few men in suits seems new to him. His guts are telling him something was off but for now, all he could do is casually takes a seat next to the empty beside Mr. Lee at the desk.
"Jaehyun," his couch speaks as Jaehyun sits down and continues his words that leaving a shock on Jaehyun's face, he lifts his face to the couch. It was hard to believe what he heard.
"How about giving the scholarship spot to your teammate Eunwoo?"

Someone who gives me the same asshole vibe as Cha Eun Woo and Song Kang is Eunwoo's friend Kim Young Kwang (the actor) I really liked his drama and he is quite handsome but he looks like a sadist and super manipulative to me I'm not gonna lie? No matter how much I try I can't seem to get into him? He was also caught before whilst he was a model (when he was much much younger) talking about what he finds distasteful in women and he said really weird/sexist shit but it was childish af too, like he really didn't think before speaking but I like to give benefit of the doubt to the "youth" LMFAO (not really) but you know he's also Korean so I wasn't shocked, I said oh another one bites the dust 👏🏾☺️😋 Anyway there's something sweet about him (I'm probably reaching and trying to give him a compliment) but he really totally makes the hairs on back stand idk he gives me torturous type vibes? Maybe it's past life between me and him vibes LMFAO but I see evil, I know I'm not tripping, like the dark triad evil? Am I wrong? What energy do you feel from him, please let me know!! Like he looks like if he wasn't told right he'd hold people captivate or be that weird kid that's cruel to bugs? I wouldn't be surprised if he was a bully or humiliated people, especially women. Like you know the energy of a closeted man that hates on women? He looks like the type to say mean things in a joking manner and not even consider people "beneath" him? I feel he can be sweet but it is selective, like he may want something? Idk he feels fucking cold, like his eyes and his smile, no emotion etc I wouldn't be surprised if he has a disorder or something that makes him unemotional etc He's a major homebody too and he always acts uncomfortable in social situations etc, he probably is but maybe he really does has some disorder or something because he expresses that he wants to go home etc. Like I could see him being condescending like Song Kang and Cha Eun Woo too?
CEW always gives me the energy of misguided energy? Like if he were to be surrounded by good people who humbled him he could be okay? I always see some sentiment in him? He looks like people don't check him and out of all 3 he looks to me the most reflective, like if something happened it could give him a spiritual awakening etc and change his life. Like the type of guy that heals if he was loved right. CEW gives me I am a "twin" vibes, like he has a counterpart in this lifetime who's gonna have a profound effect on his life? He always looked like a redeemable soul to me? I don't know but the more he gets deeper into the industry and this cold, cruel, money driven environment he just gonna end up being unredeemable as well, in the deep end? Like he'll end up the worst out of the bunch? I hope he don't start doing drugs but he looks smart to me lol, I'll give him that much. The more I see actors/celebs the more coldness I see lol, some of them have really scary eyes.
It's hilarious to me that people found Song Kang cute, the mf gave me I'm bland and incompetent but have the audacity to be disgusted by you vibes. He generally looks like the type to sanitise his hands if he accidentally brushed past somebody he don't respect, he looks hella coddled too and a mamas boy. He literally admitted himself that he wore the same socks for months straight. He's probably the type that doesn't do the dishes or wash his clothes etc, like he young forever? I was shocked he was feeling Han So Hee LOL but she grown woman vibes and I think it's opposites attract. Her rough girl image, idgaf demeanour probably intrigued him. A part of him also looked like he was pretending, so people could talk about them, like he used her for a come up? He shot a show with that young pretty actress and the interviews (my demon) were a pain to watch. I could tell he found her stupid and you were RIGHT, he cannot hide his dissatisfaction well!! Like it was second hand embarrassment. He was also on another show with BP Jennie and he literally iced her lmfao, he didn't even look at her, he also pushed past another woman and was heavily disgusted by another older woman complimenting him, like how dare you compliment me when you not on my level? Like the type that wants people to ask for permission before they greet him? He called another woman by another name and said "that woman" and she was like "I am that woman, it's my name", as in he didn't even bother learning their names and she said to him don't you think it's too soon to speak casually (banmal/drop honorifics) and refer to me as "that" and that you should learn people's names etc. It baffles me how people give a pass to "handsome/pretty" people in the world and especially Korea? But more so handsome men because of sexism right? Like he was not careful of his behaviour at all but people thought he was "clueless" and cute. It's obvious when he thinks people aren't on his level etc and I think he's at a point where he generally believes he's made it, so he dgaf like yasss I don't need to kiss ass anymore, when he was simply just expected to be polite LOL 😂 I think it's a chore for him to treat people well, like he might think about the beneficial reason why he should give charity and help people? Like they broke, they can get up, I'm not, I work hard. Like simple minded? He's cut the nice act now and he said so himself, that he hates being perceived as cute and a little adorable boy but he masked himself as such and then complains? Probably because he finds his fans disgusting. I'm ngl he feels like that. I don't know lol! Don't mind me, I be popping out here and there and giving the lip and the tea LMFAO 🤣 I'll stop here! 💀
— Lip Service Girl 💄
Me and you must just be on the same wavelength. I think it's too much to say Kim Young Kwang has a disorder, but everything else, I agree.
Cha Eunwoo has the best energy out of the three. But he has his own bs that comes with him. He's not a bad guy, though, the other two .....🤷‍♀️
What sticks in my mind the most is Kim Young Kwangs' weird comments about women as well. Like it's okay to have preferences, but like damn....

“I love you.”
You winced back as Jungkook slung a heavy arm over your shoulder. His head lolled around loosely like that of a broken doll as he leaned his body weight onto your form. Your feet stuttered, trying your best to hold up his body. With how heavy he was with all the weights he was lifting these days, however, your efforts were to no avail.
“Jungkook,” you groaned, gripping onto his forearm to prevent him from landing in the punch bowl. Taking care of your best friend’s roommate was the last thing you were expecting to do tonight.
“Seriously, Y/N,” Jungkook slurred, “I know we don’t talk much, b-but, you’re such a good friend to Jimin.” He slapped his chest dramatically, clenching a fist over his sternum, “It warms my heart so much to know Jimin has such good people around him.”
“You know what would warm my heart?” you grunted, pushing him lightly towards the kitchen, so the man would walk and help you a little, “If you don’t throw up on me while we go get you some water.”
“See?” Jungkook exclaimed, squirming out of your hold and facing you. “You even take care of me!”
You watched him nervously as he began to sway even more, his fingers slipping from your shoulders. When he started to teeter on his heels, your eyes widened. You weren’t sure if you could save him at this rate, but it was worth a shot.
“Whoa! Holy fuck, Jungkook!” you lunged forward, two hands latched onto his bicep.
You squeezed your eyes, bracing yourself to be taken down with him, but the tumble never came. Slowly, you peeled your eyes open, one and a time.
You could’ve sworn you stopped breathing, despite your heart racing.
Straight up, it was a scene out of one of those fucking K-dramas you told Jeonghan about – corny-ass situations where they spend five minutes of different angles of the main couple staring at one another. You could only imagine this would ever happen to you.
Standing  a few feet away from you was Cha Eunwoo, dressed in a soft baby blue suit and white t-shirt underneath the jacket. There was a pink stain streaking the front of his shirt, however, probably from dropping his drink when catching Jungkook on the way down. Though his arms were full of Jungkook, Eunwoo’s sharp eyes were trained on you.
Everything and everyone surrounding the two of you had stopped too. The soft chatter had ceased, only soft music played over the speakers from various corners of the apartment. The people around you as well had moved to the side to make room for you, Eunwoo, and Jungkook.
“C’mon, Jeon,” Eunwoo broke the silence. His eyes tore away from you. He heaved the other man into a standing position. “Let’s get some water and then go to bed.”
“I wanna hang with Y/N,” Jungkook whined.
Eunwoo cocked a curious eyebrow at you, as if to ask if there was anything going on between you and Jungkook. You immediately stood up, waving him off.
“I think you’ve given her enough trouble,” Eunwoo chuckled, his voice trailed off. He slung one of Jungkook’s arms around his neck. You heard Jungkook complain about Jimin hogging you as they hobbled down the hall to the drunk man’s bedroom.
Stupidly, you stayed in place, watching them walk off, letting out the breath you’d been holding. Out of all the ways to greet Eunwoo tonight, it had to be in a situation like this – just your fucking luck. Maybe you should just leave and call Jeonghan to come pick you up, right now?
Just as you were about to turn around and make a run for the door, the birthday boy sped walk past you, shoving a couple of paper towels and a water bottle in your arms. His hand on the small of your back, he shoved you into the hallway after them.
“It’s now or never, Y/N,” Jimin whispered into your ear.
“Park Jimin –”
“Oh,” Eunwoo’s melodic voice drifted from in front of you, surprised to still see you around. He came to a stop a few feet away, in the middle of rolling up his sleeves.
You whipped your head around to face him. Either Eunwoo was really fast or you were just incredibly slow. You stared at owlishly, but somehow earned one of his stunning smiles from doing the bare minimum.
"Hey," he greeted you softly.
When you didn't reply, Eunwoo pointed at the items in your arms. “Uh . . .”
“Oh!” you thrusted the water bottle and paper towels at him, “I-it’s for you – I mean, J-Jungkook. I think,” you said quickly. You blinked a few times, eyes trained on the blue and white label of the water bottle. “Jimin . . . just . . . gave them . . . to me.”
He nodded. “I’ll be back in a bit,” he told you simply, making his way back to Jungkook. He stopped briefly a few strides later and looked over his shoulder. “Please don’t go anywhere?”
“‘Course,” you managed to choke out. You ran your sweaty hands down the front of your dress, clasping them behind your back.
Eunwoo suppressed the grin growing on his face, the corner of his eyes crinkling up into crescents. The image of the shy girl in high school in the library flickered through his mind. Some things never changed and he was glad it was you.
“I’m . . . really happy to see you again, Y/N.”
You watched walk into Jungkook's room, not without letting the grin he'd been trying to hide show before entering. A tingling sensation filled your body, from your toes to tip of your ears. Your cheeks were warm and your ears rang, the music suddenly falling deaf on your ears. The secrets and emotions for him you kept locked away in the deepest crevice in your heart threatened to spill through the keyhole and manifest itself.
Maybe just this once, it'll work out for you.
You could feel it in your bones.

I don’t think she actually likes his music that much because she has said she doesn’t like ballads and he does a lot of them, but also I’ve never seen her talk about any of his music either it’s just about his visuals. she likes to interrupt the songs lines sexually for the most part. I mean I think we all have in a way but she got at the girl who translates the songs, she’s on here too. She made a tweet saying that not everything that sounds sexual in English is that way in korean and her and some others made tweets saying that they should be allowed to sexualise the lyrics as much as they want because he’s 32 and even vixx are known for innuendo and sexual lyrics. She tried to say that she understands if the fan is underage they don’t want to see their idol sexualised. What starlights are underrate at this point???? She’s totally missing the point. when her and her “minions” are quoting the translation girls lyric translations with sexual stuff more than anything else I think it’s a bit much. she can’t even not over sexualise any male interaction he has. like I’m looking forward to seeing his drama but not purely for the reasons she really wants to see it 🤦‍♀️
wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww 😭 yes to be rude but what is the point of obsessing over one of thee few soloists serving consistent good music nd vocals when u don't fuck with any of it. go stan someone who gives nothing but face like that cha eunwoo guy!!!! or like half of nct don't stink up the leo tag for the rest of us omg.
and ofc she's a horny lyric person. ofc. and its like obvious that leo is nasty on some level we saw the artistic cum shot of touch and sketch but its like once you're over the age of 19 you should not be that obsessed with people talking abt sex in songs. esp on someone elses content where they can see it 😭😭😭😭 like screenshot and make your own post
and i know when happy tree comes out im gonna have to mute that heaux bc she's already obsessed with leo's costars for literally no reason (theyre not even super fine so its like...........................why) and i can only imagine the rampant sexualized infantilization will only get worse. and im not a prude like i believe in the power of talking abt gobbling, swallowing, dripping down the side of m but when that's all you do and you can't let a man make eye contact with someone without talking abt them fucking him in a baby bonnet. its just..............................a lot

When The Other Boys Find You Cuddled Up Together ~ Astro Reaction
MJ:
A soft smile formed on Dongmin’s face as he walked out of his room, quietening down straight away as he looked to the sofa in the middle of the dorm. It had been a while since he’d seen you, but at last you were back.
“They’ve not moved for ages,” Minhyuk remarked as he too walked out of his room and noticed Dongmin looking at you.
Dongmin’s smile turned up even more as he listened, “poor Y/N must be knackered from travelling.”
Minhyuk nodded in agreement with Dongmin as they both sat on the sofa opposite to the two of you. “Usually I want to do something to annoy them, but they look too settled for me to want to do that today.”
“You just feel sorry for Y/N’s jetlag, that’s all.”
“If it was just Myungjun asleep right now I’d have a cold glass of water over him in a flash,” Minhyuk proudly admitted, bringing another laugh out of Dongmin. “But, seeing as it’s Y/N the water can save for another day.”
“Shall we give the two of them some space?”
“They’ve got the space of a whole sofa,” Minhyuk scoffed, “as much as I love Y/N, she’s still a guest in our dorm Dongmin.”
“Don’t let Myungjun hear you say that.”
JinJin:
A groan came from Sanha as he walked off the set, greeted straight away by the sight of Jinwoo sat in one of the chairs, you positioned in his lap with your eyes tightly shut, Jinwoo snoring lightly just beside you.
“What’s that grumble for?” Moonbin quizzed as he caught up with Sanha to see what the problem was for him to sigh.
Sanha pointed to his left straight away, “these two…again…he only walked off set seconds ago.”
A sympathetic laugh came from Moonbin as he studied the tight hold that Jinwoo had around you. “You know what the two of them are like, once they start cuddling it’s inevitable that they’ll just fall asleep.”
“Can’t they just save it for the dorm?”
“It seems not,” Moonbin couldn’t help but laugh, throwing his hand against Sanha’s shoulder. “If it means that he performs better on set then that’s all that we’ve got to worry about, and it’s keeping him quiet.”
“But it’s making me want to be sick, Bin.”
“Don’t be dramatic,” Moonbin jokingly scolded, “this could be you one day if you eventually get yourself a girlfriend.”
“I’d never be as bad as these two.”
Cha Eunwoo:
A loud laugh escaped from Minhyuk as he answered his phone, quickly calling the rest of the boys over. He zoomed in on the photo that he had been sent so that everyone could see what it was that he had found.
“Is that Dongmin? And Y/N?” Jinwoo laughed as he peered over Dongmin’s shoulder, “how did you get your hands on that?”
A shrug of the shoulders came from Dongmin, “I got sent it by a friend who’s working on his drama.”
The boys broke out into a fit of chuckles as they all made sure to get a good look at the photo. “Make sure that you keep a hold of that Min, you never quite know when we might be able to use that against him.”
“Are you blackmailing him with it?”
“Perhaps,” Moonbin proudly smiled in response to Jinwoo’s question, “just imagine his face when we ask him to do something and one day show him that photo of their cuddle when he tells us he’s not doing it.”
“That does sound like something fun for us.”
“See, it’s perfect,” Moonbin chuckled to himself. “Minhyuk, make sure you keep that photo, we’ll get some good use from that.”
“It’s already there in my camera roll.”
Moonbin:
An appreciative smile formed on Myungjun’s face as he was handed the keycard for your hotel room. He called out your names only to be met by silence, finally walking into the room to find you both on the bed.
“Did you find them? Are they alive?” Sanha joked as he caught up to Myungjun, only to find you both fast asleep too.
Myungjun nodded as he pointed in your direction, “I think jetlag caught up with some people.”
A roll of the eyes came from Sanha as Dongmin appeared just behind his shoulder. “They’ll kill us if we wake them up now, maybe we could save them something for dinner or bring some bits up to the room for them.”
“Moonbin does love his food.”
“He loves Y/N much more than food though,” Myungjun reminded Sanha as he spoke, “I think he’d be much angrier if we woke him up from a cuddle with Y/N, we all know just how much he loves one of those.”
“Do you think he’ll mind eating a cold dinner?”
“If he gets a cuddle from Y/N out of it, I think he’ll be alright,” Dongmin chuckled as once again Sanha asked the question.
“Let’s not let our dinner get cold too then.”
Rocky:
A snigger came from Jinwoo as he came back out from the dressing room, holding his hand up and stopping the rest of the boys from walking in. They were far from impressed as they searched for rest after their rehearsal.
“We’re not allowed in here,” Jinwoo tried his best to tell them all, “it looks like Y/N and Minhyuk are fast asleep.”
Moonbin stepped forwards, only to be pushed back again. “I said we can’t go in and disturb them.”
Sanha stepped forwards too just beside Moonbin, “where are we supposed to sit if we can’t even go in our own dressing room? We have to sit out in the corridor because those two might look slightly cute.
“Take a look for yourself.”
“I’ll do just that,” Moonbin retorted, nudging past Jinwoo to be able to look at the two of you, only to stop as he found you both. “Oh,” he stuttered as he looked at you both, “I guess they do look pretty cute after all.”
“See, let’s just give them a few minutes to rest.”
“A few minutes is all they’re getting,” Moonbin told the rest of the boys, “they might be cute but they’re not that cute just yet.”
“I knew we’d be able to convince you.”
Sanha:
The boys were quickly shushed by Dongmin as they made their way into the dorm, only to find you and Sanha laid out across the sofa with his arms holding onto you, making sure that you didn’t roll and fall.
“That’s our sofa,” Myungjun complained in a hushed whisper, “we go for ten minutes and they steal out spots.”
Several shakes of the head came from the boys, “we can’t move them, they look so comfortable.”
Moonbin was the first to step towards you both, leaning over the sofa as he spotted the faint smiles that were on both of your faces. “Look at how adorable they are, it’s like they purposely try to make us jealous.”
“They don’t do that.”
“I bet they planned this,” Myungjun agreed, trying his best to control the volume of his voice. “They probably wanted us to find them so that we’d all be reminded of how single we are compared to the two of them.”
“Or, they could just be really tired right now.”
“Don’t excuse this,” Myungjun warned Minhyuk as he offered a more reasonable possibility, “we can’t let them get away with this.”
“They’re not even doing anything wrong.”

Tumblr media
You and I were standing the pyramids, with the sun shining, but all I could see was you in that dress.
You were behind the camera, waiting ever so patiently for me to look away. I obeyed you, and hoped for a treat later. ;)
[I'll be posting once daily as a reward for studying, so hopefully I keep up and the quality of my writing improves! Also, I would love one shot inspo requests too 😍]

NAME. Haeil Ahn AGE & BIRTH DATE. 22 & June 3rd, 20000 GENDER & PRONOUNS. Male & He/Him SPECIES. Halfblooded OCCUPATION. Baker at Canal Cakes FACE CLAIM.  Cha Eunwoo
BIOGRAPHY
( tw child abuse, violence ) Haeil can’t remember a time he didn’t need to fight.
He’s sure there was one, long ago, when he was just a baby. When the priest’s hands were warm and safe, when he was protected and cared for by people other than just himself.
Unfortunately, if such a time did exist, it was so short-lived that Haeil only has memories half made of his own imagination to remember them.
No, instead, all Haeil knows for sure is fighting.
As a child, it was biting and scratching through tears when the older kids decided to make him a target. Breaking the nose of the boy who brought a knife to a fistfight, though not before he got a good gash into Haeil’s arm. He remembers the priest, the kids, and himself, watching in shock as the gash healed right before their eyes, as if it had just been a trick of the light.
With that, the essence of his fights changed entirely.
When the priest grew angry, no matter at who or what, he would take Haeil aside and beat him. At first, Haeil bore them, believing he had done something wrong and so deserved them. He soon realized that wasn’t the case— it was simply that, as evidence of the abuse disappeared within moments, the priest was using him. As a punching bag. As a way to relieve stress. As a reassurance, a reminder to himself, that Haeil was not human, and did not deserve to be treated as such.
“Disgusting. Devil spawn. You are a rotten monster, Haeil.”
Truth be told, Haeil had no idea what he was on about. But he understood one thing: the only person he could rely on now was himself. Haeil pulled his arm back and punched the priest straight in the throat.
The priest stumbled backwards with a choke and Haeil jumped into his space, fists flying. The pain never faded with the bruises, but somehow, this feeling covered the pain up. This feeling of power, control, the rush of adrenaline like a shot of ecstasy. He had him on the ground gasping for air and forgiveness within seconds. Haeil left him there, curled up on the floor, still breathing.
That night was his last at the church. His first thought when the townspeople broke the door of his room down was, I should’ve killed him. I should’ve killed him when I had the chance.
“Demon! Demon!” They cried, circling him, guns and knives and a variety of blunt objects at the ready. Haeil clenched his little fists and stood. He carefully pulled off his makeshift necklace, a thin piece of rope threaded through a silver ring, his only memento of the parents he had never known. He tucked it into his pocket.
Then he fought.
The first crack of a skull under Haeil’s hands made him stop in surprise. Blood flowed out from the back of their head, their eyes still wide open and staring right at him. Haeil shuddered and dropped the body like he’d been burned. Ultimately, that was the memory of that night that followed him the closest. The unseeing eyes that somehow still saw right through him, that somehow saw exactly who he was.
“Am I… am I really a monster, then?”
Haeil travelled. By foot, by stealing bikes, by stowing away on trains and climbing onto the tops of buses. He made his way around, looking for… something. Money, entertainment, things to keep him occupied, yes, but under all that, he was vaguely aware that he was looking for something else. Something that he couldn’t put his finger on.
“So you’re the demon, huh.”
Haeil, who had been trying to juggle a handful of oranges through telekinesis, paused mid-juggle with a frown. He lost his grip on an orange, and it bounced off his head and rolled to the floor. “Who the fuck are you?”
The woman in front of him smiled. “I have a job for you.”
And so began, officially, Haeil’s work as a mercenary. He never learned the woman’s name, but she gave him a leg up in the field. “Akma,” she called him, “for the demon you are,” and threw him into assassination after heist after bodyguarding stint.
It was almost fun, being kept on his toes. He never had a break, never had a moment to think, but he was good at this, and that almost made it worth it. No matter the job, he got it done. It was the first thing he felt so confident in, the first line of business he’d done where he wasn’t just competent, but proud of his work. But the woman, who he called sajangnim, or boss, took all the credit for his work. If he weren’t certain that she could destroy him with barely a snap of her fingers, he would consider killing her. It was fine, though. The adrenaline and his meagre cut of the profits were enough to keep him satisfied for now, he didn’t need the accolades or the fear.
It got old after a while, though.
“Yo, sajangnim.” She looked up. “I’m going to Rome.”
She smiled serenely and gave him her blessing.
“But remember this, Haeil-ah. You will never be able to erase your ties to me. So don’t even bother trying.”
In Rome, he could go down a new path. He could build a name for himself, somehow. Maybe, he’d even find that something else he’d always been looking for.

2:33 A.M. - CHA EUNWOO.
After saying goodnight to you he just say in his bed silently. You guys lived a bit away from one another but he always went and visited you when he had the chance. Right now you guys have the best friend title. But, tonight is the night he wonders if that's all he wants. Tonight he is lost in his own thoughts. Wanting to be more then just friends with you. Wanting to be able to call you his.
Getting jealous at the thought of you with someone else. He laughed to himself. I think he is starting to agree that he is falling in love with you. What is he to do? Does he test if he wants to be more? He doesn't want to ruin the friendship you have built together.
He sighed softly to himself in bed before laying down. Maybe he is just overthinking and it's just night thoughts. He should get to bed before he does something he shouldn't.
Little does he know is on the other side, you're thinking the same thing. Wondering how things would be if you dated. Getting butterflies at the thought of him kissing you. But, he doesn't feel the same way...right? You sigh to yourself and lay down, you should get some sleep.

Misunderstanding
Cha Eunwoo x Reader
Tumblr media
Prompt: You go out with friends on a weekend and come home to find your boyfriend, Eunwoo, came to visit you.
Genre: Angst, a little suggestive at the end
-Harmony
It had been a long day and an even longer week at school. Right now what you needed most was to get back to your dorm and just relax, not worry about any homework for the time being, just lay down and take a nap. You looked at your clock and saw that it was 4:05 p.m. right now. You were planning to get dinner with your friends at 5:30 so you could nap for a little over an hour. You climbed up into your bed and began drifting off to sleep...until you heard your phone going off.
A small groan escaped your lips as you reached over and grabbed your phone from the bedside table. The screen was lit up with a picture of your boyfriend, Eunwoo, that you had taken not too long ago. You hit the accept the button and a second later you were seeing his smiling face looking back at you.
“Hi jagiya.” He said with a happy tone in his voice.
“Hey you.” You greeted back, letting out a small yawn after.
“Did I wake you up Y/N?” Eunwoo asked, his face dropping at the idea of having woken you up.
“No, I wasn’t asleep yet. I was just about to take a nap.” You replied, not wanting to make him feel bad.
“Oh...well I’ll let you get to sleep then jagi.” He says, a small smile returning to his handsome features.
“Thanks babe.” You answered and you both said your goodbyes and ‘Loves you’s’.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------*2 Days Later*
“Thank god it’s finally Friday.” your friend says to you as you both make it back to your residence hall together.
“Yea, I need this weekend after the week I have had.” You complain, flopping down on one of the couches in the lounge downstairs. Your friend sits down next to you, and you are both soon joined by a few more of your friends.
“We’re going out tonight right?” One of your friends asks. A chorus of ‘Yes’ is what comes next and you’re stuck sitting there unsure.
“C’mon Y/N, come out with us for once? Please?” Another friend begged, giving you puppy dog eyes. You rolled your eyes at them and let out a sigh,
“Fine. I’ll go, but only because I know none of you are going to stay sober and you need someone there to make sure you don’t die.” You respond. Your friends all smiled, nodding their heads at your answer. The group decided to meet down in the lobby around 10 and then you’d all head out from there.
A few hours had passed and your closest friend was in your dorm getting ready and helping you to pick out an outfit.
“Aha! Perfect.” Your friend smiled as she pulled out a maroon shirt that had a decent v-neck and long sleeves that bellowed out at the end. “Wear this, your dark skinny jeans and that one pair of black heels you have.” She suggested
.“How about I wear all of what you suggested, but instead of heels my converse?” You say and your friend just sighed.
“Fine, as long as you wear this shirt.” She said, throwing the top at you.
You took the shirt and grabbed your dark skinny jeans and got changed. The shirt wasn’t normally what you would wear, but now that you looked at yourself in the mirror, you felt pretty confident in it. After you were done getting changed you started to do your make-up. Nothing too extreme, just some eyeliner and mascara. You didn’t do anything with your hair, deciding to keep it natural. When your friend saw you her eyes widened,
“Oh my gosh Y/N. You look so hot, you’ll have all the guys on you tonight.” She said, which made you a little uncomfortable when you thought about it.
“I don’t think I want all the guys on me tonight, especially since I have a boyfriend remember?” You replied to your friend as you began putting on your shoes.
Your friend didn’t really say anything more as she finished getting ready and the two of you went downstairs to meet the rest of your friends. Once the whole group was ready you headed out to the party. Tonight you were the ‘Mom’ of the group and made sure to keep an eye on your friends all night. Eventually your one friend, Kyle, found you and you two began talking. He was the ‘Dad’ of his friends tonight so you helped each other in making sure neither of your friends got into trouble.
Around 1:30 in the morning word began being spread saying that the police were coming to break up the party and you and your friends all decided to leave as soon as possible. However, in the rush of getting through the crowd you got seperated from your friends with Kyle.
You had a small freak out, but eventually Kyle calmed you down enough and you called your friends and learned that they were all okay and headed back to their dorms. Once you knew your friends were safe Kyle walked you back to your dorm, making sure you got home safely.
“Thank you for walking me home.” You said, giving Kyle a smile as you put your key into the lock.“It was no problem.” He replied, smiling back at you.
“Hey Y/n...I have a question for you.”
“Yea. What is it?” You asked, unlocking your door.
“I..I was wondering if you maybe wanted to go out sometime?” Kyle asked, you could hear the nervousness in his voice.
“Oh...Uhm, I’m sorry Kyle but I have a boyfriend.” You respond, feeling bad. Kyle was silent for a few moments before letting out a sigh,
“To be expected. I mean you’re an amazing person. Can we not let this affect our friendship please?” He asked, biting his lip.
“Of course. I’m not going to stop being friends with you because you asked me out.” You replied.
“Thanks.” He said before pulling you in for a quick hug.The hug wasn’t quick enough though because a few moments after Kyle pulled you in your dorm room door opened behind you.
“What the hell?” You heard a familiar voice say. You pulled away from Kyle and turned around to see Eunwoo standing there in your doorway. Your eyes widened at seeing your boyfriend standing in front of you and you couldn’t produce any words while Kyle was standing there.
“I’m gonna go. See you later Y/N.” Kyle bids farewell as he turns to walk away.
“Eunwoo, what are you doing here?” You are finally able to ask as you take a step inside your dorm, closing the door behind you.
“I thought I would surprise my girlfriend...but I guess that was a mistake seeing as she has someone else.” Eunwoo replies, his voice dripping with anger. You knew Eunwoo struggled sometimes with anger issues, but you had never seen him this angry before.
“Baby I wasn’t out on a date with Kyle. Let me explain.” You begged him, trying to reach out to grab his hand. Eunwoo wouldn’t let you touch him though as he backed away from you as far as he could.
“I don’t want to hear it Y/N. God..I was so stressed and so I thought coming to surprise you and see you would help calm me down...but no, it only worsened things.” He fired at you, his eyes throwing daggers at you.
“Eunwoo let me explain before you overreact to something that didn’t even happen.” You reply and step closer and closer to him, Eunwoo eventually being pressed against the wall with you right in front of him. “I went out tonight, I was taking care of my friends and Kyle was doing the same. We talked while our friends had fun and eventually the party got broken up and we all got separated. Kyle wanted to make sure I got home okay so he walked me back.” You explain.
“What about the hug?” Eunwoo asked, his voice not as angry as before. You let out a sigh before answering,
“He asked me out and I turned him down. Kyle didn’t want that to affect our friendship though and I agreed so he hugged me.” Your boyfriend stayed silent a few moments longer.
You looked up to meet Eunwoo’s gaze and a second later he was pulling you in, crashing his lips on yours. A smile came to your face at feeling Eunwoo being so close to you after such a long time.
“I’m so sorry Y/N...I shouldn’t have accused you like that.” He says once pulling away from the kiss.
“You can make it up to me in the time that you’ll be here.” You reply, giving him a small smile. A small chuckle escaped Eunwoo,
“I promise that I will.”
“Good. Now how about we cuddle up and watch a movie?” You suggested which Eunwoo replied with,
“I do like that idea...but now that I’m noticing how good you look right now I have something else in mind.”

Astro reaction to their S/O being fancied by another K-POP idol
Tumblr media
Specification: In this, you’re an idol too, and you’ve been secretly dating for some time. I will say which idol fancies you. You can choose whoever would fancy you if my proposition doesn’t suet you I don’t thing it changes their reaction that much. Just do as you like
If you have any idea for a reaction, feel free to request !
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
MJ - Rowoon (SF9)
This little sunshine would spend his life teasing you about it, preferring to turn it into a joke rather than cry about it. However, I kinda feel like he would still be affected by it. He just won’t show it unless Rowoon actually makes a move towards you. The happy virus might turn into the mad virus if he meets him.
Tumblr media
Jinjin -  Mingyu (SEVENTEEN)
He wouldn’t really care about it, he might say one or two things on the situation like: “this guy likes you ? I mean, come on, who wouldn’t have a crush on my amazing girlfriend ?” I can see Jinjin say that kind of things. He’s just confident, he knows his worth and knows how much you love him so there’s nothing to worry about. (It’ll probably be a new way to brag about you for him tbh)
Tumblr media
Eunwoo - Lucas (NCT)
One word, PISSED. He would be so mad. It would take him all of his self control to not go and have a talk with Lucas. He just overthinks everything and think of the worst thing that could happen. And by the worst I mean: losing you. Since your relationship is a secret. He can’t stop imagining him flirting with you. The idea of another guy having his eyes on you makes him crazy really. Baby might need a little (a lot) of reassurance from you to calm down.
Tumblr media
Moonbin - Jin (BTS)
Binnie wouldn’t really know how to react. “Should I be mad ?” Like it would affect him a little bit but not that much at the same time. He would probably be extra cuddly and clingy for a short period of time just to make sure you still love him.
Tumblr media
Rocky - Chanyeol (EXO)
Same reaction as Jinjin. He would act all confident and proud but...is actually as mad as Eunwoo. 😅
Tumblr media
Sanha - Soobin (TXT)
A panicked boy man ! He would get extra insecure and ask you 24/7 if he’s cuter than Soobin and if you still love him no matter what. He wouldn’t be mad or anything, just scared while he as to endure the other members’s teasing, which, doesn’t help.
