La clase se divide en 2 partes:

Prepáramos los músculos para una correcta alineación, (reeducación muscular), aumentamos la temperatura corporal con ejercicios de flexibilidad dinámica , trabajando fuerza y resistencia en diferentes posiciones.

2. Siendo Seductora, la silla es nuestra arma de seducción en dónde contarás miles de historias. Deja volar tu creatividad y deja a un lado los tabúes..suavidad, plasticidad, sexualidad, posesión del cuerpo.

1 silla compacta, tener la zona superior redondeada , la puedes encontrar en Walmart (tiene que ser resistente, asegúrate de que sea estable)

Hi! I was thinking about names and how people tend to either misspell or mispronounce mine, and through a convoluted string of thoughts (including giving a different (more common/harder to mishear) name at restaurants, and how a starbucks cup with CLINT written on it might be called out as CUNT) remembered a winterhawk fic. I'm guessing it's one of yours, since I don't really read much winterhawk by anyone else, and also what I can remember of it has your vibe, and I'm hoping you can help me find it again.

Clint was a doctor, I think, and he usually didn't wear his hearing aids during checkups because they interfered with his stethoscope. So he tells all his patients on the first visit that he's deaf and if he's not looking at them, he can't hear them. Only, Bucky was too distracted by Cute Doctor or something to hear that, so he doesn't realize Clint can't hear him when he tries to flirt and stuff. And also tries to tell him to call him Bucky instead of James, cause he always does it while Clint's not looking at him.

So Bucky thinks Clint's just keeping it professional and stuff.

I think the realization happens when Bucky calls Clint out for staring at his lips a lot, like, do you wanna kiss me or something, and Clint says he's lip reading cause he's deaf, but also yes, he would like to kiss him.

It is not mine! I think I told you that at the time? I am SO SORRY if I did not. Can anyone else help @nonbinary-octopus out with this?

Pulled up Spotify to try and write for a bit but left my Diego playlist going from where it left off trying to wake myself up last night

This has proven a mistake as I have now wasted 9 minutes furiously chairdancing to Jesus of Suburbia and a further 15 or so reenvisioning existing TUA vid ideas with new footage up to 3x08

#if after i finish this season i immediately start work on the diego vid to #'you are a runner and i am my father's son' #and/or just make a series of vids for umbrellas and sparrwos to the same band #... i don't know how i was originally going to end this thought but i would not be surprised #m: we didn't choose this life #c: i was a hero early in the morning
