The teal-furred menace crawled onto Theodora's lap and poked her cheek with a sticky candy cane. With a fire in his eyes, Nosy slowly pulled out one candy cane after another from his belly pouch, all while maintaining unbroken eye contact with the Hufflepuff.

With the insistent candy cane poke, Theo’s attention turns toward the niffler with a knowing smile. She was always happy to see her little bean of chaotic fluff.

“And what have you managed to get your sticky paws on this time?” She smiles as she gives Nosy small head pats, but the smile slowly turns into an unsure expression as the niffler’s fiery victory burns into Theo’s eyes as all the additional candy canes are presented.

Before she knows it, her lap is covered in candy canes. Her eyes dart between the growing pile of pilfered candy and the little menace’s determined gaze.

"Do I want to know why you have so many candy canes in there?! Actually. You know what. I don't need to know."

She teasingly tickles the niffler's belly before gratefully takes one of the pouch candy canes and popping it in her mouth.

"Try this one, Dr. Eggman," the bird creature said with a wink.

I had no idea what I was getting into, but I figured I had nothing to lose. I tossed the glowing bean with all my might, and to my surprise, it landed right in the center of the target. The villagers erupted in cheers, and I was declared the winner of the contest.

I later learned that the bean was a Chaos Bean, a powerful artifact that could grant the user magical powers. I was tempted to keep it for myself, but I decided to leave it with the villagers as a sign of goodwill.

All in all, it was a strange but entertaining day. Who knew that bean-throwing could be so much fun?

A very TUA Halloween - comic

This labour of love has left me frantically creating into the wee hours of Halloween morning just to get it up in time.

As my first time drawing the entirety of The Nightmare Siblings, I'm happy to have gotten a version of them down on 'paper', I want to get more confident portraying them, but a start is a start!
