Some people already asked ones I was curious about hahaha but one that caught my eye was Bell the Cat - what's that one about?

This one's my Ladyblanc Knight AU that I've been working with on and off for a while now.

Ladybug is the champion and sworn protector of the kingdom and has defended its people from the tyrant Hawk Moth and his akumas. That is until Hawk Moth is apparently slain by his own knight captain and champion, Chat Blanc. But even with Hawk Moth gone and Chat Blanc captured and on death's row, akumas are still running rampant.

Ladybug believes that someone has taken Hawk Moth's place, but with little to go on she needs help to end this reign of terror once and for all. So Ladybug invokes the heroic reward promised to her by the kingdom. Instead of choosing a place in the royal guard or wealth or an estate, she choses custody of Chat Blanc. As dangerous as he is, he's the only one who might be able to help her.

Ladybug looked at the murky reflection in her drink. Lies and deceit did little when one was chasing ghosts. Only the truth could put things to rest.

“So he was finally captured then,” she said, still staring into her cup. “And he’s now here in the city.”

Rena leaned back in her chair with a scoff. “‘Captured’ is an exaggeration. From what I’ve found, he gave himself up willingly. After bathing in the blood of his victims, of course. Though I think that last part might also be an exaggeration.”

“It does sound a little extreme.”

“Well, he managed to level an entire wing of Hawk Moth’s castle. Though that could be considered gentle in comparison to what he did to Hawk Moth himself.”

Ladybug set down her drink. Her eyes fixated on an uneven knot in the wooden table before her as she frowned.

She’d heard the horror story of what Raincomprix’s group had found. What had started as a scouting mission had turned to a bizarre nightmare. Almost a third of a castle reduced to cinders and its owner torn to shreds beyond recognition.

“Chat Blanc…” Ladybug murmured. “He really killed his master, didn’t he?”

Rena’s brow furrowed. “It would appear Hawk Moth’s most loyal knight wasn't all that loyal after all. If it had been under normal circumstances, his killer might have been hailed a hero.”

“Normal circumstances?”

“You know, if Chat Blanc wasn’t a merciless monster.” Ladybug hummed in agreement. Even if Hawk Moth had been a villain and a tyrant, Chat Blanc had been an extension of - no - had been the main driving force of enabling that. Of the few that survived encounters with him, everyone was in agreement. Chat Blanc wasn’t human. He was a demon.

Aizawa headcanon : cat mutations (En/Fr)

In English

His mother is heteromorphic with a cat mutation quirk, and his father is quirkless. As a result, he got dormant cat genes, and a few cat mutations as a secondary quirk.

His eyes are cats eyes, with white irises. He's very sensitive to light, so most of the time we only see a slim line of pupils. They go rounder, but still small, in artificial light, like the teacher lounge.

He keeps his hair in front of his face to protect his sensitive eyes from light. Present Mic got him shades but he keeps misplacing them... He hates fluorescent lights !

He is more flexible than most people, and has a great sense of balance.

He can purr and choses not to in public. It's loud as hell, because the purr resonate in the big man chest instead of a small cat ! Hizashi likes to scratch his head...

Now did you ever see a cat picture taken with the flash on ?

One day, back in highschool, Shouta was asleep in a dark and deserted classrom. Hizashi and Oboro went looking for him. They opened the door, Hizashi's phone serving as a flashlight. Shouta woke up. The light was reflected on his eyes and all the two students could see was 2 bright demon eyes in the dark.

Hizashi screamed and broke all the windows.

Sa mère est hétéromorphe, avec un alter de mutation de chat, et son père est sans alter. Par conséquent, il a des gènes de chats dormants, et quelques mutations félines comme alter secondaire.

Ses yeux sont des yeux de chats, avec des iris blancs. Il est très sensible à la lumière, la plupart du temps on ne voit qu'une fine ligne noire au centre. Ils s'arrondissent un peu mais restent petits dans les lumières artificielles comme la salle des profs.

Il garde ses cheveux dans la figure pour protéger ses yeux sensibles de la lumière. Present Mic lui a donné des lunettes de soleil mais il les perd tout le temps… Il déteste les néons !

Il est plus souple que la plupart des gens, et possède un grand sens de l'équilibre.

Il peut ronronner mais choisis de ne pas le faire en public. C'est super fort, car son ronronnement résonne dans la poitrine d'un homme grand au lieu de celle d'un petit chat ! Hizashi aime lui gratter la tête…

Alors… Avez vous déjà vu une photo de chat prise avec le flash ?

Un jour, au lycée, Shouta dormait dans une salle de classe abandonnée, dans le noir. Hizashi et Oboro le cherchaient. Ils ont ouvert la porte, le téléphone de Hizashi servant de lampe-torche. Shouta s'est réveillé. La lumière s'est reflétée sur ses yeux tout ce que les deux étudiants pouvaient voir furent deux yeux démoniaques brillant dans le noir.

Hizashi a crié et cassé toutes les vitres.

This one's... a bit angstier.

Marinette Dupain-Cheng was fourteen years old, and her daemon still hadn't settled. In her class, she was the last to it. Even Rose, who's daemon had always seemed particularly unwilling to pick a lane, had come to class after the summer holidays, proudly displaying the adorable little pig Daizzi had chosen. For a moment, Marinette had hoped that at least the new girl would still be unsettled - but no. Trixx was a fox, and a singularly pretty one. It was fine. It was fine! At least Alya and Trixx weren't mean about it, like Chloé and her demon. It was fine. It was so utterly fine, until Marinette tried to cross the street between the school and her parent's bakery, and a speeding car couldn't stop in time.

Marinette was fourteen years old, and her daemon still hadn't settled, and now he never, ever would.

Adrien Agreste had learned to keep his demon in a consistent shape by the time he was twelve. In his room, Sweetheart would be a monkey, racing up the climbing wall; a colorful little fish to really make use of the enormous bathtub; a cat, curling up on his lap as he watched a movie. Outside of it, she was a stately German Shepherd, always matching his steps, always behaving, and always watching everything that happened.

Adrien's daemon knew that at the events they went to on behalf of Gabriel, what Adrien needed the most was to keep it together. She knew that during Photoshoots, she would either lie still outside the frame or morph into whichever shape was needed for this advert. When they were alone, though, she knew that Adrien needed to be entertained. Which was fine. Great, even! Until she tried to help him sneak out to go to school, and not even a large eagle could stop Adrien from falling out the window and strike his head against the garden wall.

Adrien Agreste had learned to keep his daemon in a consistent shape by the time he was twelve, and when he died two years later, his last, irrational thought was that now he'd never find out what her real shape would have been.

By the time Marinette was released from the hospital and could go back to school, she was pale and grieving, and carrying a single red ladybug on the embroidered flowers on her jacket.

When Adrien woke up, wrapped in bandages, the first thing he saw were the green eyes of a cat as black as the night.

...

So yeah, the gist of it is that Kwamis and Daemons are not the same thing (I just kept everybody else's canonically assigned fursonas because it's easier - I might still change that). But the Kwamis can replace somebody's Daemon to save their lives; and when they need a host, they tend to choose young teenagers because it means they can pose as their settled daemons.

A few fun (?) facts about this AU:

Since the Kwamis merge with their heroes, Ladybug and Chat Noir don't have visible daemons. It freaks the public out a bit.

It's a bit awkward to explain why their "daemons" answer to a different name now (or in Adrien's case, a different pronoun). It isn't made easier by the fact that Adrein and Marinette are mourning half of their soul and can't tell anyone about it.

Gabriel and Emilie died on their trip to Tibet, and never quite got over the loss.

Emilie's daemon was a white cat. This means that a) Adrien feels a little connected to her through Plagg and b) Chat Blanc hits double.

Emilie used to create Sentimonster copies of her and Gabriel's daemons for public events. Gabriel hated that, but either way, she's gone now, and this is one of the reasons why he doesn't go out anymore.

Since neither of his parents had daemons by the time he was "born", Adrien's daemon was never named. He just called her "Sweetheart", because that's what his mother used to call him.

Adrien is a Sentimonster, but since he has (had) a daemon and other Sentimonsters do not, I plan on sidestepping some of the more uncomfortable questions that come with that.

Creating Adrien was a proof of concept for Emilie: she could make functional Daemons. To do it on herself, however, she has to sever her connection to Duusuu, a.k.a., kill herself and use herself as an Amok at the last possible moment.

It even almost works. There's a white cat curled up on Emilie's coffin in the basement, walking through that garden like a ghost.

Nathalie slowly killing herself to help Gabriel by using the Peacock is a lot more literal here.

ML AU - Sleepy Marinette in The Akuma Castle

Had this thought last night so now I’m going to make it today. For those following the recently released anime, Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle; this is a tale using that as the inspired setting.

The Kingdom of Miracula has had their Princess kidnapped by the Dreaded King of Akumas, Blanc.

Akumas are the mortal enemy of Mankind ever since their creation by The Ancient Conjurer known as Papillon, The Great Monarch. After his defeat, the Akumas went into hiding as the Humans Purged them from all the lands.

Blanc plans to use this as a means to motivate the Kingdoms Heroes to challenge them and have them defeated by his hands to prove to Humanity that Akumas are not to be trifled with.

The Great Hero, Noir; along with his companions Carapace, Viperion, and Ryuko journey to the Akuma Capital and to The Blanc Estate (Akuma Castle) to rescue the Princess.....unfortunately the Hero is Prone to Terrible Luck and it has made their Journey much longer then it should be. It doesn’t help that they are all technically novice adventurers.

Marinette, the Princess of Miracula; was always quite the busy Bug and would often find herself either working hard for her kingdom or sleeping. Since she is a Prisoner, she decided that she would spend most of her time resting.

Unfortunately for her, the Cell she is in isn’t the most comfortable place so she is constantly “breaking” out of Prison to find supplies to make her living conditions better. This usually creates Chaos in the Blanc Wstate for all the Akumas stationed there including The King of Akumas, Blanc.

During one of her adventures in the Estate, she discovered an ancient artifact called a Miraculous. A creature named Tikki appeared and was more then ready to help her escape the “Dreaded Akumas”, however; after trying to Lucky Charm a Cloud like Bed only to get a Hard Table, she stopped using Tikki entirely.

As time goes on, The Princess slowly begins to view this “prison” of hers as a Home and the Akumas have gradually begun to care for the Princess, including the ever-so-melancholy Blanc.

🎢 Which of your fics would you call your wildest ride?

Uhhh...wildest in the sense of angst (since that's what all my fics are)? Penumbra definitely. It has a lot fo ups and downs. Citrus and Lavender is making its own mark though I think.

🦅 Do you outline fics or fly by the seat of your pants?

I outline my fics in the barest of sense. I at least have major plotpoints, like what my beginning, middle and end points are. But stringing that all together? That done with a bunch of insomnia, ramblings and a bit of string.

🥺 Is there a certain type of moment or common interaction between your characters that never fails to put you in your feels?

A moment where characters decide to fight for the one they love/the one they believe in. No matter what's happened, when a character finds the one that makes them go "yes, for you I'll live" and just goes headlong into it, even if the odds are stacked against them.

👀 Tell me about an up and coming wip please!

Probably the one that's rolling about my brain a lot recently is a Knight AU with some reluctant allies/enemies to lovers thrown in. I've talked a little bit about it before. Here's a brief synopsis:

Ladybug is the hero of the kingdom. She was the knight that championed the defense against the tyrant Hawk Moth and his demonic army of "akumas". But the war supposedly comes to an abrupt end when Hawk Moth is slain by his own knight captain and champion, Chat Blanc. Chat Blanc is arrested and awaiting his sentence - likely death. Ladybug however has different plans for him. She's not convinced the war is over. Akumas remain restless and bloodthirsty, but their coordinated actions lead her to believe a new enemy has taken up Hawk Moth's mantle. But with nothing to go on, she's intent on taking custody of Chat Blanc for the information he might have. He might be the only one who can answer the questions she has. Not only about Hawk Moth and his successor, but about an important someone she lost.

hi i'm adding dragons in flp and i'm working on a fic as my march (yeah ik DX) event entry. i'm switching kagami from her original completely unimportant role as knight where i'm sure i mentioned her at least once somewhere. god, the original character sheets for all of these characters are still intact, i'm sure of it, but since everyone who created the original au with me jumped ship and i'm the only one here...

i know two people specifically (maybe three) that would cause chat to hide under furniture when he hears they'll be showing back up in his life. pestering chat to absolute death with their chattering, sly remarks, and the sounds of their wings, oh he's absolutely miserable.

i'm gonna have to spend some time coming up with what dragon demons look like, but i already know what their wardog form looks like (much longer, much slippier, much more breathier. i'm thinking haku from spirited away? but fog. i want them to breathe out steam from their snouts in the color of their ichor, i think that would be fun. still made out of smoke/fog like other demons, so no shiny colors. they probably wouldn't be as big as chat noir, either, because i'm pretty sure i want chat noir to be big and powerful because he's the guy? maybe? i guess that makes sense for like, not only is he the prince of hell, but he's plagg's son, and also he's chat noir. i know that chat's blanc form is even bigger, the Big Boy, but how much bigger??? ugh i gotta think about this more i wish i knew how to draw to at least keep as a reference)

Oh I am not afraid of thirsty stuff on main. Hahahaha. In the Miraculous Ladybug fandom I am infamous for having written a story called Velvet Soft. And uhhhh, let’s just say I had a lot of fun with Chat Blanc’s cat anatomy in that fic. It’s very explicit and It’s called Velvet Soft for a reason. ;3

So if I did write naughty stuff it would go right up on my main AO3 account with everything else. But while my ML audience seemed ok with my thirsty monster-fucking nonsense, I actually don’t know how the YGO fandom will react. My experience with older fandoms is that they tend to be waaay more prudish, and don’t appreciate all the kinky shit.

Here’s an excerpt from my Shadow Yami smut because I like you, (nothing explicit, just a taste):

[Back to the present, standing in the hall just at the entrance to his living room, Yugi finally wheeled on his shadow and glared. “I have kinks, okay? I’m not going to apologize for that.”

His suspiciously normal shadow remained motionless against the wall. He just knew Yami was hiding in there. He knew it. He could feel it.

And he was sick of being so closely watched, and yet avoided at the same time.

Indignantly, Yugi reached out and cupped the shadow, placing his hand right on the crotch. He wasn’t at all surprised to get a handful of wall, because Yami wasn’t corporeal at the moment.

Still, it gave him the desired effect. His whole shadow jumped four feet up the wall in surprise. Three bright golden eyes shot open in the face, fixing on Yugi with a stare so utterly bewildered.

“That got your attention,” Yugi smiled smugly up at him. Triumph. Amused at how Yami clung to the wall and ceiling now, akin to Spiderman.

It didn’t really solve anything. But it still felt like a victory.

Yugi spun on his heel and marched into the living room, that self-satisfied grin still stretching his lips. Chew on that for a bit.

Suddenly something slammed into his back. It would have sent him sprawling forward if he hadn’t been seized in the same breath. A void black arm wrapped around his middle, and a hand seized his chin.

Yugi barely got out a choked moan, before he was hauled forward and pushed into the back of the couch.
