idk what this means i’ve been a busy gal today

but if this is what i think it is:

sexual harassment is the issue here, let’s not forget that. corruption is the issue here. i don’t give a flying fuck about what anyone says, this is not the time to start slamming drivers you don’t like when the topic is so serious, it’s not appropriate and it should not be used as an excuse. this is about the victim and the people trying to silence her. it’s extremely careless of the media to frame what she went through as tabloid drama that is a talking point for a bunch of racing drivers. this should be dealt with professionally and, perhaps, we should focus our attention on the fucker who was accused of sexual misconduct. what checo and ricciardo have said is utterly, blatantly disgusting and obviously shows their support for CH and their dismissal of the victim. idk what’s been said today by other drivers, but ultimately, it’s so icky for journos to keep harping on at people who, simply, are not involved, and the outlets that are trying to create a fucking teen drama over such serious allegations need investigating by their HR depts. every single driver that’s been asked has fumbled their answer - according to twitter - (aside from lewis but we all know he’s not allowed to make a mistake and why that is) so maybe, concern yourself over why that is, why have they all regurgitated the same weak ass statement, rather than hone in on one of them. not one single answer was perfect. but you know what’s worse than not having a perfect answer to a twisted question? sexual harassment!

oh and just in case i get the usual “you always let lando get away with whatever wah wah wah.” NO. i genuinely have not followed the media today bc i was in class, but i think the entire grid needs a PR seminar. urgently. i’m so sick of this sport, but more importantly, i’m sick of people that use serious matters to justify their own delulu agenda. i can be disappointed in lando, i don’t blindly support him regardless of his faults, but ultimately, i’m disappointed in how the sport and the people in power within it continue to let these victims down.
