Happy second anniversary to Centaurworld! \(-^.^-)/ 

I first watched it about a month before season 2 released, just after the start of a string of difficult patches and often watched the show or listened to the songs to calm down (I have no idea how many times I’ve listened to “Breathe in a bag” and “Fragile Things, reprise”). Because of the series I’ve not only met some new friends, but also ventured into new types of projects, including a couple that are still in progress.

The quote actually comes from a convention panel I attended several years ago, to describe the dynamic of two characters, I don’t remember which series, but the quote has stayed with me all this time and feels like the perfect fit for the herd’s dynamic.

The lettering was especially fun to do and I loved figuring out ones that fit to each character, my favourites are probably Glendale’s looking like she got them from several sources (including the logo), and how Horse, Rider, and Stabby’s gradually go from angular with cold colours to softer and warmer.

Happy Anniversary Centaurworld, thank you for the memories I’ve made with you and will make in the future.

When it comes to Centaurworld everyone just wants to talk about the Nowhere King yea well what about Ched my friend Ched this is Ched. He knows every swear word in the human language and speaks in all caps. He has daddy issues due to his father leaving at a young age after his mother had an affair with his dentist or at least we think that's what happened it's not quite clear. He canonically eats hair and gave birth to an egg after getting impregnated by a skeleton named Gary. Part of his traumatic backstory is that he was tormented by the ghost of a bourgeoise centaur's adolescent child (that may actually just be a hologram- not super clear on that one either). He's a finchtaur and flies by flapping his arms. His full name is Chederick Chedward Chedlington Chedison Chedboy. He's even gay

Unfortunately this will never be finished BC I suffer with project halting depressive episodes. But whatever, here is what I had so far and I had fun making it. That's what counts. Some art is LOL, some I love. I wanted it to feel like a musical number more or less for ched to try to actually admit his feelings but in a more of less ched man bro kinda way. I still do have lovely lil thoughts about these two ending up together, even if it's not canon lol. I just want lil cheddy boy to have his dreams come true haha. I am a sucker for giving my faves what they wanted and were denied I guess 🤣
