not like it hasn’t already been 10 years since its publication, but i’m satisfied to report that the scott and bailey book "dead to me” by cath staincliffe seems to be just as delightful as the show. i literally just started it, but i got excited to read how rachel met gill for the first time and ‘godzilla‘ already came up. ;)

Reflecting a more democratic force. You weren’t supposed to say force any more either – too many connotations of police brutality and deaths in custody, riot gear. Ok, I'm gonna rant about something other than assassins creed (shocking, I know), and that is going to be Marvel, more specifically, the Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

So we all know that Walker was not fit for the role of Captain America. However, there are a lot of little details on his uniform that foreshadow this

But one little detail that always sticks out to me is the fact that the red on his uniform is the same shade of red as the red skull.

The reason this sticks out to me is because the red skull was not fit for the serum, and Walker was not fit to be captain america.

Now, some may call it a coincidence, but if you look on Walkers helmet, you can see it's different from Steve's

The lower part of his helmet sits on his cheekbone, almost bringing it out more. Also, the texture on the helmet makes it look more like exposed muscle.

YOU WANNA KNOW WHO ELSE HAS THE MUCLE ON THEIR CHEECKBONE EXPOSED THE FUCKING RED SKULL.

Walker is meant to be a parallel of both Steve and the Red Skull.

I don't think you guys give Walker enough credit. He is such a complex character that I need to put him in a room and study him.
