Here’s a bentheuphausia ambylops! The most primitive krill of them all! These guys are not bioluminescent unlike all other krills, but they are still pretty nice, and can be found in the depths of many of the worlds oceans, below 1000 meters!

Post dedicated to "classic" Seaward! (from last spring-early summer)

He looks very different now (tbh, every time I draw him he's never the same). I'm very inconsistent with his design in part because I just love experimenting with little elements. Character concept! She’s a striped marlin who works as a coral conservationist. She appears quite gloomy and unfriendly but in truth she’s just shy! She hopes to selectively breed more and more resilient corals and beneficial algae to then introduce in the wild. She’s been worried for the ocean’s well-being since she witnessed a catastrophic reef bleaching as a child.
