Working on some video for my online courses in #qigong and #bagua. I am finishing up filing a series of ten hours of information about #qi #jing #shen and the methodology of how qigong and #baguazhang are deep listening skills for connecting with the body. This is the first step in building my online library for the arts I practice namely #Bagua #Xinyiluihequan and #chentaijiquan. A lot of my knowledge comes from direct experience and putting the time in - tasting the bitter many times before tasting the sweet of understanding.
