Good luck with your performance today ^^ (1)
You stared at your phone, the little ‘1’ by your message still there, indicating that your boyfriend had yet to see it. It was strange that he hadn’t responded, much less read it, considering you sent it eight hours ago. You were with your band mates in the waiting room while other groups performed ahead of you.
“Where are you going?” your manager asked.
“Bathroom,” you replied.
“Okay, don’t take too long.”
The hallway was bustling with stylists, makeup artists, managers, and other idols as you maneuvered your way to the crowd. You finally made it to the bathroom but not before bumping into a familiar face.
“Jeonghan, hi.” Since the two of you debuted the same year, there was no need for formalities. Besides, everyone knew of your groups’ friendship, so an interaction like this one wasn’t likely to spark rumors.
“Huh? Oh, hi.” Your boyfriend’s voice was short. This wasn’t like him. Usually, even in public, he’d greet you with a warm smile, but today he looked… out of it.
“Are you okay?”
“Yeah, fine.” And that’s when you knew he was lying.
You looked around to make sure no one saw you before grabbing his arm and pulling him into the stairwell. “What’s wrong?” you prodded.
“Nothing, I’m fine.”
“Jeonghan, I know you better than that and you know better than to try to lie to me like this. You can trick everyone else, but not me.”
He didn’t say anything for a while, only staring out the window of the broadcasting building. Finally, he sighed. “Okay, fine. I’m upset.”
You furrowed your eyebrows at him. “At me?”
“No, not really.”
“What do you mean by ‘not really’?”
“I…It’s just…”
“Jeonghan,” you chided.
“It’s the rumors, okay? I’m mad about the rumors.”
“Rumors? What rumors—” Oh. Just last week, a tweet went viral from a netizen stating they saw two people on a date. They didn’t write your name directly, but they alluded to you and your co-star, Yoo Sangkyun, whom you were starring in a drama with. To make matters worse, the netizen even uploaded a blurry photo of the two of you, your backs to the camera. The truth was that Sangkyun was walking you out after dinner had wrapped up while your manager went to pull the van around. You didn’t think much of it because both of you were just friends. In fact, Sangkyun often told you about how much he loved his girlfriend and how he would buy her flowers every week. “Jeonghan, you know those aren’t true—”
“I know it’s not true, but why hasn’t your company said anything?”
“Maybe they’re just trying to milk it for the drama. You know, PR stuff.”
“It’s annoying. Can’t you talk to your CEO or something?”
“You know I don’t have a say in any of those things.” He did know, but that didn’t stop him from being annoyed. He didn’t hate the rumors themselves, but he hated reading the comments about how you and Sangkyun had so much chemistry and that they couldn’t imagine you with anyone else. It irked him to no end. That should be him that they’re saying that about. But of course, being idols, it’s hard to go public with your relationships—one could only imagine the sheer chaos for both sides if either of your fans found out. Besides, the industry was already grueling enough, neither of you wanted external drama. You’d gone almost a year already dating Jeonghan in secret, and things had been fine up until this point.
Your phone pinged with a message from your manager.
Where are you? It’s showtime.
“I have to go,” you told him.
“Whatever,” he replied. Your heart dropped with his cold words, doing your very best not to cry as you opened the door of the stairwell. Your stylists would not be happy having to redo your makeup again right before you had to go on stage.
———
Your performance passed by in a blur, your body and voice going through the motions but never fully present. All you could think about was your conversation with Jeonghan just moments prior. Thoughts invaded your headspace, so much so that you had completely missed it when your manager told your group you were nominated for your first win.
Now, you were standing at the front of the stage while the MCs waited for the total scores to be tallied. Across from you, Jeonghan stared blankly at the screens in front of him, stealing glances at you every once in a while. You couldn’t bring yourself to look at him, or anywhere, for that matter. Your eyes glazed over as you tried to keep them open to avoid any kind of suspicion.
Just then, confetti popped out in front of you as you heard the MCs announce your group’s name, congratulating you. The rest of the members stared at each other in disbelief, tears streaming down their faces. When you had come to your senses and realized what was happening, you too began crying. The other girls held onto you, their faithful leader, as one of the MCs handed you the trophy and a mic for your speech.
You quickly composed yourself and cleared your throat. “Thank you so much for this incredible honor. We are so thankful to our CEO, our manager, all of our staff and also our fans for making our dreams come true. We are also thankful for our friends and family who have supported us behind the scenes. Thank you so much again, we will work even harder to come back with better music!”
Jeonghan watched you from behind as he and his group made their way off stage. A part of him knew he had something to do with your tears, and even worse, now you were crying on national TV. The encore stage played, but you found yourself in the corner crying your eyes out, trying to avoid the cameras. Most people would assume you were crying out of joy and sheer happiness, but little did they know. Jeonghan watched you on the TV, his heart sinking the more his eyes lingered on your form through the screen.
“Did you do something to her?” Hoshi said jokingly, though his words hit way too close to home.
“She’s crying pretty hard,” Seungkwan noted. By now, Jeonghan got the point. He messed up and everybody, including him, knew. Both of your managers and groups all knew about your relationship before the two of you even told them. They were good troopers, knowing that neither of you would do anything to jeopardize the groups’ reputations or careers.
You piled into the waiting room as your staff cheered for you. You were holding the trophy, and though it was heavy, it certainly wasn’t heavier than the burden in your heart. You wanted to be happy, you wanted to be celebrating with the rest of your group, but it was too hard to rid your mind of Jeonghan’s face from a couple hours ago. The car ride home wasn’t any easier — your silence didn’t go unnoticed by your members, their concern building as you stared blankly out the window.
The moment you arrived at your dorm, you locked yourself in your room. A muffled pain in your chest suffocated you. After crying your heart out on public TV, there were no more tears left to cry. You curled up into a ball, trying to take deep breaths to calm yourself.
You heard a knock on your door followed by one of the girls calling your name. “We’re going out to eat to celebrate,” she said.
“I’m not hungry,” you told them.
“You should eat,” another added.
“I’m okay. You guys go. I don’t feel well.”
“Do you want us to bring back some food?”
“I’ll be okay,” you responded. “Don’t worry about me.”
“Okay…” Their footsteps faded and you heard the front door shut.
A bit later, there was another knock, this time at the front door. You figured one of the members had left something at the dorm so you mustered the strength to hoist yourself out of bed. What, or who, you saw at the door came as a complete surprise.
“Hi.”
Your knees buckled at the sight of him.
“What are you doing here?” you asked.
“Can I come in?”
You took a deep breath and stepped out of the way to allow him entry into your dorm.
“Um, these are for you,” he continued. He moved his hands from behind his back and held forth a bouquet of flowers. “Congrats on your win.”
“Thank…you…” You couldn’t help but furrow your brows in confusion as you took hold of the stems from his hands. You wandered awkwardly into the kitchen to look for a vase as Jeonghan stood in the living room mulling over what to say to you. Giving up after a while, you set the flowers on the counter by the sink and invited him to sit down at the dining table in your small apartment.
If you were being honest, you weren’t really in the best state to be talking to Jeonghan at the moment. If anything, it would have been best to sleep it off, but Jeonghan knew he had to come talk to you before the guilt ate away at him from the inside out.
“Whatever you have to say, say it fast,” you told him, avoiding his eyes. “It’s been a long day and I’m tired.”
Not exactly the words he wanted to hear from his oh-so-loving girlfriend, but considering the events leading up to this moment, maybe he deserved it. “I’m sorry.” Now he had your attention. “I’m really sorry for the way I handled everything. I was really stressed with our comeback and preparations. I couldn’t get the dance down and I stayed longer with Hoshi after practice, but it was too hard and I was too tired. Then I saw the news that you were casted in the drama with Sangkyun.”
“Jeonghan—”
He put his hand up. “No, wait. Let me finish. I know I shouldn’t have been this way, but I was just…jealous. And the rumors didn’t do anything to help, but I know that’s not an excuse for my behavior. I knew better, but I let my pride and stubbornness get in the way.”
You sat in silence for a while as you tried to process your thoughts and feelings, much to Jeonghan’s chagrin. He was nervouslly drawing shapes on the kitchen table with his finger while he awaited your answer. All he wanted was for everything to be okay again, but he also knew that it wouldn’t come so easily.
“I hope you can forgive me,” he muttered. Soon, he realized he said it without really meaning to, though it was true. “But it’s okay if you don’t. I completely understand,” he corrected himself.
“Jeonghan, I… I don’t know what to say.” You were at a loss for words, your heart being wrenched in ways it’d never been before.
He stood up abruptly. “It’s okay. You don’t have to say anything. I just wanted to let you know, but you can take all the time you need. Just know, you mean everything to me and I am so sorry for hurting you and being the biggest idiot in the world.”
You watched him turn around and move to the door slowly, slipping his shoes on with melancholy.
“Jeonghan, wait.” You stood up and followed him. He turned around and looked at you with sad eyes. Your fingers found his as you laced them together, squeezing them tight as if you wouldn’t ever let go. “You may be an idiot, but at least you’re my idiot.”
“Does this mean you forgive me?” His eyes lit up with hope.
“I’m beginning to,” you corrected him. “With something like this, it’s going to take a lot more than a couple flowers and words to make up for it.”
“I’ll do everything I can to make it up to you. I promise.” Before you knew it, you were enveloped in his embrace, his touch warm and comforting like a home you’d always return to. “I love you. So much.”
“I love you, too, Yoon Jeonghan.”

@februaryflowers thank you for the tag, mei!! i must say, your titles are far more interesting than mine are dsfkjls mine are often straight to the point ._.

okay. a lot of these have the member i’m writing about in the title because that helps me remember what the title means when i’m looking at these at a glance. i’ve chosen not to include any documents for requests nor a couple of files that literally have nothing but a title and maybe a sentence or two (most of which of the latter have been untouched for months). regardless, if anyone would like to, feel free to ask away! i’ll be sure to answer what i can ;-;

10. “Please don’t be afraid of me.”
。☆✼★ ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ★✼☆。
“I’m so glad we finally get to spend some time together,” Seungcheol said, setting a plate of breakfast in front of you, followed by a tender kiss on your cheek.
“I know, I’m so excited,” you replied. Seven months had passed since Seungcheol proposed to you, expressing his undying desire to spend the rest of his life with you. However, as luck would have it, you both became increasingly busier at your respective jobs, making it hard for you two to take in the momentous decision that would, no, already has changed your lives for the better. Today, you finally had time to truly celebrate your engagement, the two of you alternating picking activities for the day.
A sudden buzzing from your phone interrupted your breakfast. Seungcheol noticed the immediate change in your expression as you stared at your screen.
“Everything okay?” he asked.
“Yeah, it’s just…” your voice trailed off.
“Just what?”
You looked up at him with disappointment. “I think we’ll have to postpone our plans.” Seungcheol’s shoulders dropped at your announcement. “My brother-in-law’s dad slipped and they need to take him to the hospital now. My sister asked if we could watch after Hana today.”
Of course he wanted to spend today with you, but your family was important to you, and you being important to him meant that your family was also important to him by extension. “That’s a bummer,” he mumbled. You nodded in agreement, your eyes re-reading your sister’s text message in case maybe you misread it. “But maybe I can get some work done while we’re there.”
“I’m really sorry, Cheol.” You reached across the table, taking hold of his hand and squeezing it tightly. “I know how much you were looking forward to today.”
“It’s okay,” he said, returning a gentle smile. “Our time will come.”
You quickly finished up breakfast and packed your things, heading over to your sister’s with little time to spare. She greeted you at the door, embracing you both in tight hugs. “Thanks for covering for me, I owe you both big time,” she told you.
“Yeah, you do,” you nudged her playfully. You side-stepped her, sauntering over to your beautiful niece who was preoccupied with flinging her food everywhere at the kitchen table. Hana was one of the best things that came out of your family—she was bright and energetic, a true ball of fluff and sunshine who made everyone’s lives a million times better. Only six months old, she was already beginning to talk, though it mostly came out as garbled nonsense. Close enough though, right?
“Call me if you need anything, but the hubs is waiting for me downstairs in the car,” your sister told you.
“Tell him we say hi! We’ll take it from here,” you reassured her. Seungcheol saw her off before closing the door behind him. He made his way to the kitchen to join you and Hana, but to his despair, the moment she saw him, her face contorted. She began screaming, tears falling from her eyes like there was no tomorrow. Seungcheol’s eyebrows furrowed at her reaction. In all the time you had spent with her, she was always an easy-going baby, not one to ever cry this much. You took her in your arms, cradling her tiny body in your hands as you bounced her a bit to calm her down. “Hana, it’s okay, it’s just your Uncle Cheol.” Soon enough, she relaxed, allowing you to put her down on the living room floor. Seungcheol was sitting at the kitchen table watching you play with your niece; he couldn’t help but admire the way you interacted with kids, though he couldn’t blame them for being captivated by your bright energy. Whether it was kids, adults, the elderly, everyone was always drawn to you like moths to a flame. Hell, even cats and dogs loved you, and how could they not?
Perhaps he would try his luck with the baby again, abandoning his seat to join you on the floor. His attempt was all in vain because the moment Hana laid her eyes on him, the wailing began again. Seungcheol stared at you as if to ask, “Did I do something wrong?” You shook your head at him, taking the girl back into your arms to console her. You made funny faces and blubbered your lips to make her laugh and just like that, her tears stopped once more. Your fiancé decided right then that he would stop trying and leave you to play with the baby until she fell asleep.
It hadn’t even been thirty minutes since you’d arrived at your sister’s house when your phone began ringing again. Hana was distracted by the characters on the TV screen in front of her which allowed you to get up to answer the call.
Your boss’ voice echoed through the other end as he apologized profusely for calling you on your day off, but there was an emergency at the office and they desperately needed your help. Your one day off in a long time that was meant to be with your one true love had fallen through the cracks yet again. The poor man was typing away on his laptop at the kitchen table when he paused momentarily to look at you, his mouth reading, “What’s up?”
“Alright, I can be there in thirty minutes,” you told your boss. He thanked you, promising to make it up to you soon before you hung up. “Boss called.”
“Oh no.” Seungcheol’s expression immediately dropped—he could already predict what you were going to say next. “What does he want?”
“They need me at the office,” you sighed. “Guess it’s an emergency.”
“What about the baby?”
“Can you look after her? I won’t be gone for too long, maybe two-three hours max. She’s had lunch already, so she’ll probably be sleepy pretty soon.”
“Wait, but she always cries when she sees me—”
“Call me if you need anything, okay? I’ll be back in a bit!”
“Wait, what—” Before he could get another word in, you were already out the door, leaving the two of them in the apartment…alone. His eyes shifted to Hana who was still staring at the TV. Inhale, exhale, the two words repeating in his mind as he stared at the baby. Slowly, he made his way next to her, his steps careful so as not to frighten her. Hana’s head turned in slo-mo, as if the two of them were in a movie, their eyes meeting. “Oh no. Please—”
There was that frown that Seungcheol had now become very familiar with.
“Please, don’t cry.”
Now, her lips were quivering.
“Please, don’t.”
Wails came from her mouth as she burst into tears.
“Please don’t be afraid of me.” Seungcheol’s voice cracked as he pleaded with the child.
He could call you, but it had only been several minutes since you left, and you and your family were trusting him to take care of Hana. Besides, he was a prideful person — if he could manage hundreds of people at work everyday, surely a small human being wouldn’t be a problem. What was it again that you always did?
Funny faces?
Nope.
Baby talk?
He sounded like an absolute idiot.
Maybe he’d try picking her up and bouncing her around like you did.
Her wailing only increased in volume.
Seungcheol was running out of options, his sanity wearing thin with every second that passed. He placed her on the couch and sat in front of her. The infant’s cries bounced off the walls and he had no doubt the neighbors would soon be calling protective services on his ass.
“Shit…” he mumbled to himself. The situation was bad, and not just because of the crying baby, but ever since he asked you to marry him, he began doubting himself, wondering if he was even good enough for you. He’d been doing a pretty good job of suppressing the thoughts, but seeing Hana cry, the thoughts resurfaced in record time. One look at the sobbing child was all it took for everything to just come crumbling down.
“Why?” he asked the baby. “Why do you hate me?”
Of course, the only thing he got in response was her crying. If he couldn’t handle her, how did he expect to become a father? Or maybe this was a sign. Maybe this was the universe’s way of telling him to turn around, go back and undo everything before he caused anybody more pain, before he caused you pain.
Tears formed at the corner of his eyes and before he knew it, there was a steady stream on both of his cheeks. “What am I doing wrong? What if I’m a terrible father? What if we get divorced? What if the marriage doesn’t even last?”
Every catastrophic “what if” fell from his mouth like a toppling building, the weight in his heart pulling him down further into the emotional rabbit hole. “See? It’s me. I’m the problem. I can’t do this. I’m not fit for this.” Now, he was full on bawling, his sobs drowning out the baby’s.
For ten minutes, he continued sniveling in full force, snot and all. He only realized the baby had stopped her crying when he felt her minuscule hand on his wet cheek. He opened his eyes to find her leaning towards him, her eyes — that were much too big for her tiny head — full of curiosity. Leaning into her small touch, he soon realized why you loved her, why anyone loved her.
He had one last trick up his sleeve, and there was no time like now to give it a shot. Bringing both hands up to cover his face, he opened them and whispered meekly, “Peek-a-boo…?”
Hana paused, tilting her head to the side to process what just happened. It wasn’t long before she broke out into a fit of giggles, her laughter causing her to fall over (babies have horrible balance, he noted). Seungcheol, though slightly confused by the series of events, also began to laugh along with her. He could have sworn her laughter added ten years to his life. Everything was beginning to make sense now. She was adorable, truly a bundle of joy, a ball of complete, unfiltered, sunshine.
Several rounds of peek-a-boo later, he could see that she was getting sleepy as indicated by her constant yawning and failure to keep her eyes open.
Meanwhile, you had just finished dealing with the emergency at your office—as luck would have it, some old geezer at the company accidentally wiped out the company’s data from the website and the only person who knew how to fix it was you, the head site designer. When you finished up, you texted your fiancé to check on him.
Tumblr media
Now, you weren’t one to normally worry if Seungcheol didn’t text you back right away, but you felt bad about leaving him alone to take care of your niece. When the bus arrived at the stop in front of your sister’s apartment, you quickly made your way up to apartment 526.
When you opened the door, the living room and kitchen table were empty. “Seungcheol?”
No answer.
“Cheol, are you home?”
Peeking your head in the baby’s room, you found the crib empty. “Where is he?” you whispered to yourself. You decided to try your luck in the guest room. Nothing in life could have ever prepared you for the sight in front of your eyes. Hana and Seungcheol were sound asleep on the guest bed, her extremely small fingers gripping tightly onto his comparably ginormous index finger. Your heart burst into a million pieces, and honestly, you were on the brink of tears just seeing them like this. Rounding the bed to the side he was on, you knelt down by him. He had a stray hair in front of his face which you moved, sweetly tucking it behind his ear.
“Seungcheol,” you called softly so as to not wake the baby. It took a couple tries before he opened his eyes.
“You’re home?” He turned to you, not realizing Hana had claimed his finger for herself. A gentle smile crept across his face as you kissed his cheek.
“I am. Everything okay?”
“Never been better,” he touted, his smile quickly turning into a grin.
“Are you sure? Why are your eyes so puffy?”
The key to your long-lasting relationship with Seungcheol was the fact that you two were always very honest with each other, seldom keeping secrets. But this time, just this once, he was going to make an exception.
“I’m just tired.”

*the Dowager Empress is the wife of the deceased king/mother of the current king
Working in the palace was nerve-racking enough as it was, but you were determined to do your best for the sake of your family. As a palace nurse, it was your job to attend to the royals and nobles of the palace whenever they were ill. Additionally, you were to create medicines as directed by the royal physician, but the thing you were most excited about was the access to the royal archives. Hundreds of books and boundless knowledge were now a short walk away from the medicinal hall you spent your days in.
It was just another day in said hall, you were grinding herbs for the Dowager Empress’* daily tea when hushed whispers filled the air. You turned around to see your fellow nurses crowding the doorway; curious, you walked over to see what all the commotion was about. Getting on the tips of your toes, you hoisted yourself over one of their shoulders.
And there he was — the crown prince. Regal in his steps and quiet in nature, Crown Prince Wonwoo was always sure to be the talk of whoever’s path he crossed. There was no denying how handsome he was, and from what you had heard, he was as gentle as he was kind. Though he never said much, his eyes could tell you a whole story. So you heard. Suddenly the spring breeze picked up and sunlight seemed to follow his every step. Cherry blossoms fell in front of him as he walked with his hands tucked behind his back. It was unlike anything you had ever seen before.
Just then, his gaze turned to where you and the other nurses were. They bowed down to show respect, everyone but you. Your mind went blank as all you could do was stare at him, both of your eyes meeting. Before his eunuch could scold you for such blatant disrespect, you came to, dipping your head down farther than necessary. Wonwoo let out a low, quiet chuckle, his interest in you now piqued. After a few moments, you stood up again, but he was nowhere to be found. As if staring at the crown prince wasn’t enough, your heart raced at the thought of being punished for your disrespect, or worse, you’d be forced to leave.
Days passed and nobody from the royal military came to execute you or tell you your family had been killed for your insubordination, so you figured all was well. That is, until it wasn’t. You nearly dropped the mortar and pestle in your hands when you saw him standing at the doorway.
“Crown Prince, what brings you to our humble quarters?” the royal physician asked.
“I’m here to observe,” he stated, his voice deep and firm. “Don’t mind me.”
“As you wish,” the physician replied. “Get back to work, everyone.”
Your hands shook as you turned to place the mortar and pestle back on the table. Was he here to wait for another slip up? Did he want to punish you personally? You turned to see if he was still there and found him glancing at you. He couldn’t help it if he had been mesmerized by you the moment your eyes met that one spring day. His eunuch found it strange that he requested to visit the physician despite his insistence that he was feeling perfectly fine. Your image was burned into his mind and since that day, he knew he had to see you again. But of course, you didn’t know that, so you found it strange that the crown prince was “just observing.”
Once is an accident.
One day, the physician asked you to go look for some treatments for indigestion in the royal archives. You happily obliged as the archives had become your safe haven away from the chaos that could come about being in the hall all day. The smell of paper filled your nose the moment you stepped into the building. You took your time scanning the books and scrolls for treatments, but to no avail. Much of what you found were methods that had been severely outdated, but there had to be something somewhere, you thought. Finally, you set your sight on a book that might have the answers you were looking for. You reached up to grab it, only for it to be too high for you. A hand came from behind you and picked the book off the shelf with ease.
You turned to thank the stranger, but instead, your body was paralyzed. The crown prince’s chest was mere centimeters away from your nose. If it weren’t for the thick layers of his silk garments, he could probably feel your warm breaths on his torso.
“Crown Prince Wonwoo!” The eunuch’s voice carried from outside the archives. “We must go!”
Wonwoo placed the book in your hands, gave you a small grin and left without a word. The cool air inside the building did little to bring down the temperature of your burning face. You leaned against the bookshelf, clutching your chest in an attempt to still your beating heart.
Twice is a coincidence.
After that day in the archives, the only times you saw the crown prince were in passing. Despite being busy preparing for the arrival of the Chinese envoys, he just couldn’t get you out of his mind. And neither could you. More often than not, you found yourselves thinking of one another. Would he be in the archives? Were you grinding herbal leaves for his grandmother? Was he taking a stroll near the Heaven’s Pavillion? Did your feet hurt from standing all day?
Later, you came to find out that the crown prince had fallen ill as a result of overworking. After the physician finished his examination, he assigned the nurses to check on the prince on a rotating schedule every few hours. The other nurses were overjoyed, but something about this made you uneasy. Perhaps it was because you were worried for him, and the idea of seeing him in pain only made your heart hurt.
When your turn came, you approached his quarters anxiously. His ladies-in-waiting let you in and you found him lying in his bed almost lifeless. His skin was pale and beads of sweat formed at the top of his head. You didn’t have to touch him to feel the intense heat radiating from his body as a result of his fever. Dipping your hands into the pail of water, you squeezed the washcloth and patted his face slowly. Your eyes followed your hands as you started on his forehead, then to his cheeks, and finally cleaning around his (very sharp) jawline and down his neck. When you finished mixing ginseng into hot water for when he woke up, you stood up only for him to reach out and grab your hand. Despite his abnormally high body temperature, his hands were freezing. Your lungs nearly stopped.
“Stay with me.” His voice was raspy.
“I have to return,” you blurted. “If I stay any longer, the others will start to wonder why I’ve been gone so long. I could get in trouble.” Palpitations took over your chest as his grip on your hand only tightened.
“Stay with me,” he repeated. “That’s a royal command.”
Surely, disobeying a royal command would land you in hot waters, so you obliged, sitting back down.
“Lay down.” His eyes were still closed and he patted the space next to him.
“Prince Wonwoo—”
“Don’t,” he raised his voice slightly, albeit weak. “Make me repeat myself.”
You sighed and lay down next to him, resting your head on your arm uncomfortably. But it didn’t matter because all you could think about was how serene the crown prince’s face looked in front of you. His eyes slowly opened and your gazes met, causing butterflies to fill not only your stomach but your chest as well.
Three times is fate.

hi!! if the milestone prompt game is still open, can i req snowed + bed sharing + first kiss with wonwoo pls <33
asdhaks;l this was such a good combo omg!! "i will go to you like the first snow" by ailee was the song that kept playing in my head when i saw this, especially knowing that wonwoo covered that song ahhh thank you for requesting this, i hope you like it :)
this is part of my milestone prompt game!
。☆✼★ ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ★✼☆。
the perfect set up
pairing: wonwoo x reader
genre: fluff (?)
word count: 1k (I BROKE THE DRABBLE RULES but oh well, also it's always wonwoo who i end up writing a lot for and he's not even part of my bias line????)
warnings: kithing
。☆✼★ ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ★✼☆。
“Hey, it’s getting pretty bad out there,” Wonwoo said, pulling his fingers back from the blinds. You knew it was going to snow tonight, but what you didn’t know was that you would lose track of time talking to the man in front of you. But of course, that’s how it always went. When you were with Wonwoo, time always seemed to slip between your fingers no matter how hard you tried to grasp onto it. It was easy being with him — he made you feel comfortable and safe, and never did he do anything to make you feel like he was up to no good.
Shortly after you graduated university, you found a cushy job managing the finances for a small video production company. Wonwoo was recently hired on as a director and the two of you navigated the new environment together. Soon, he started asking you on casual “hangs,” as he liked to call it, but the tension was stronger than a simple “hang” could ever endure. Honestly? It was pure torture being in this grey state with him. You were sure he felt something more, too, but nothing ever came out of it. You ended your nights with simple goodbyes and that was that.
“I guess I should probably leave,” you mumbled. You stood up from the kitchen table where the two of you had been deep in conversation about how aliens definitely exist considering how big the universe was. Right as you were about to put your shoes on, Wonwoo cleared his throat.
“Do you want me to take you home?” he asked.
Oh. That was unexpected. “I’ll be okay,” you managed, but really, you would do anything to prolong your time with him.
“Are you sure? It’s snowing a lot.”
“I’m sure it’ll be fine if I hurry.”
“I,” he began. His hand rubbed the back of his neck nervously. “Do you want to stay over tonight?”
Being your clumsy self, you managed to choke on air when you heard his question. When you had regained your composure, all that came from your mouth was a meek, “What?”
“Um, I know it’s a bit sudden, but I just wouldn’t feel comfortable sending you home alone in this weather.” His skin was burning hot, but everything he said was genuine. The idea of you slipping on ice and hurting yourself or getting sick all because of him was not something he could live with. “You can sleep on the bed,” he added quickly.
Your heart palpitated with such noise it was almost impossible to hear what he was saying. “What about you? Where will you sleep?”
“Oh, um, I guess I’ll sleep on the floor.” It’s not like he’d never done it before.
“I… I don’t have any clothes.” You smacked yourself mentally because your mouth continued to find excuses to leave when here is where your heart wanted you to stay.
“You can borrow some of mine.” If only someone could feel the tension in the room grow stronger, they might suffocate if either of you kept this up.
“Are you sure, Wonwoo?” You were hesitant, and given where the two of you stood, something like this might only put a strain on your relationship.
“I’m sure.” His voice was firm and there was no way you could argue with him now. He let you borrow a sweater and sweatpants, both which were way too big for you. Wonwoo honestly loved seeing you in his clothes, amused as he watched you fumble with the drawstrings of his pants.
You settled into his bed, tucking yourself under the covers that lingered with his scent. “Wonwoo,” you muttered as he was laying down blankets and sheets on the floor. His eyes met yours and there was a gentle warmth that emanated from his gaze. “Thank you.”
His lips pressed into a tight smile and he nodded, turning back to his sheets. In truth, his heart was racing at a million miles per hour, but he did his best to hide it from you.
“Wonwoo,” you said again. Wonwoo turned to you, eyebrows raised and loving the way his name sounded coming from your mouth. If it were at all possible, he would put your voice saying his name on an infinite loop and dance to it like it were music. “Do… do you want to sleep here?”
Panic pumped into his body like blood flowing through his veins. He shook his head. “It’s okay, I can sleep on the floor.”
“The bed is big enough for the both of us,” you rebutted. You weren’t sure where this confidence was coming from — perhaps it was the adrenaline? Whatever it was, you simply could not stand the tension anymore. “This isn’t the Titanic, Wonwoo. We can both fit.”
Wonwoo just stood there staring at you in disbelief. This was everything he had wanted for a while, but he never made a move because he was unsure of how you felt. Or maybe he knew, but more often than not, he was second guessing himself. “Really?”
You laughed, patting the spot next to you. “Yes, really.”
A smile threatened to reveal his pleasure, but he was quick enough to suppress it and move as nonchalantly as possible into the spot next to you. You sat up and watched him get comfy, pulling the blanket over his legs.
“What?” he asked. You didn’t realize you had been staring at him for a while, and dear lord, that was embarrassing.
“Nothing.” You turned away quickly. A pair of hands found your shoulders, pulling you back into the arms of the man you’d had feelings for. This was the physical embodiment of how Wonwoo made you feel — comfortable, safe, and warm. It didn’t hurt that his broad shoulders and buff arms were incredibly comfortable to lean on either.
“Hey,” he whispered into your hair. You turned to look up at him, admiring his straight nose and his luscious lips. His eyes traversed your eyes, nose, and lips. “Can I kiss you?”
And before you knew it, you were sharing your first kiss with the gentle giant, his arms pulling you closer than you’ve ever been. It was perfect, really, the whole set up. Kissing Jeon Wonwoo in the middle of a snow storm, being held by Jeon Wonwoo in the middle of a snow storm, falling in love with Jeon Wonwoo in the middle of a snow storm. Just perfect.

There were few things you despised in this world, but Yoon Jeonghan had to be at the top of that list. Arrogant, manipulative, a smooth-talking charmer, and above all else, he was stupidly attractive. One sweep through his hair with his hands was enough to drive everyone insane. Everyone, including the teachers, loved him. Not you, though. You were immune to his charm. You had to be in order to fend him off and stay at the top of your game. It was tough competing with him for the top spot in the school, the two of you constantly going back and forth between #1 and #2. You would do anything in your power to destroy him.
And if there was anything you hated more than Yoon Jeonghan, it was being stuck in his body. A fucking nightmare if you’ve ever experienced one. And to make matters worse, he was stuck in your body doing lord knows what. Life could be cruel, but you had no idea it could be this cruel to throw you into the body of the man you absolutely could not stand. Besides, how the fuck did this even happen? Body swaps only ever occurred in movies, and last you checked? This was real life, not some Freaky Friday spin-off.
It had only been a week since the freak accident that caused all of this, but you yearned for the days you could be back in your body. For the most part, neither your friends nor family suspected a thing, and if they did, they didn’t say anything. Every night, the two of you would consult with each other about how to be one another — how to address each other’s families, typical mannerisms, clothing picks for the next day. It was methodical the way you two navigated this chaos, but that was expected of the top two students at your school. You hated Yoon Jeonghan, that much was true. But the more time you spent in his shoes (quite literally), the more you realized that perhaps there was a lot more to him than met your eye.
You stared at the glow-in-the-dark stars plastered on his ceiling. What is he, five years old? you laughed to yourself. A violent buzzing directed your attention to your phone on the table.
“What do you want?” you answered the call.
“I’m outside my house,” Jeonghan whispered.
“Your house or my house?” At this point you were just saying things to annoy him.
“My house, idiot. Come outside.”
“What about your parents?”
“They’re probably asleep. Besides, they’ve never cared what I did.” Hearing him say that (with your voice) pulled a heartstring. No, you shook your head. Now was not the time for you to be pitying Yoon Jeonghan of all people. You slipped your feet into his slippers and trudged downstairs, carefully opening and closing the door behind you so as to not make a sound.
“What are you doing here?” You raised your eyebrow at him.
“I found a solution.”
“For what?”
“I don’t understand how you can be the top student if you’re this fucking dense,” he muttered.
“Oh, so you admit that I’m #1?” A smirk crept across your face.
“I never said that. Anyways,” he continued. “We can go back to our bodies.”
A tension you didn’t realize you were holding in your shoulders released. “Finally,” you sighed in relief.
“But— ”
“God, there’s always a 'but.'”
“Would you let me finish?”
Never in a million years, you thought, but you nodded, indicating for him to continue on.
“We have to kiss each other.”
You could have sworn your eyes were going to pop out of your head. “Absolutely not.”
“Hey, look, if you don’t want to do it, I don’t want to do it even more.”
“Why is everything always a competition for you, Yoon Jeonghan?”
“Who’s fault do you think it is?” The neighborhood dogs started barking as a result of your very loud bickering and you both knew that was a sign for you to quiet down. “Anyways, I would never kiss you of my own free will.”
Ouch. Even if you despised the boy in front of you, it was never a nice feeling to hear that you were unwanted. “Whatever, I’m not kissing someone who still has glow-in-the-dark stars in his room,” you bit back.
“We have to unless you want to stay in my body forever.” And there was the selling point. That was the last thing you wanted was to be stuck like this. Forever. “Also, those stars help me sleep at night.”
At this point, you were bursting at the seams with laughter, riling the dogs up once more.
“Would you just shut up already?” Jeonghan’s hands found your face and pulled you in close. It was annoying how soft his lips were, how they had you craving his touch more and more and more. You hated Yoon Jeonghan, but you know what they say: the line between hate and love is thin.

When your eyes adjusted to the grey light coming through your windows, you rolled over to check the time. 8:08 AM. Since it was Saturday, you didn’t have to go to work today. Even if they wanted to call you in, it would be impossible given the rate at which snow was falling outside your house. Closing your eyes, you tried to fall asleep again. Tick, tock, tick, tock. Your attempt at sleeping was futile, so you quietly lifted the comforter and threw your legs over the side of the bed. Another futile attempt. Something, or someone rather, was holding you back.
“Where are you going?” You always loved the way his voice sounded when he woke up.
“I’m going to make tea,” you replied to your boyfriend.
“No, don’t go,” he whined, his grip on your shirt holding you back.
“I can’t sleep.”
“I’ll help you fall asleep.”
“Really?”
“Yes.” Without a moment’s notice, you were pulled into his arms, your head finding its place snug against his chest.
“Cheol, it’s snowing,” you said. He opened one eye, squinting at the bright light that reflected off the snow.
“That explains why it’s so damn cold,” he mumbled as he pulled the comforter over your two bodies. Warmth emanated from him and his breathing was slow. “Why couldn’t you sleep?”
“I don’t know. I guess I just have a lot on my mind.”
“Yeah? Like what?”
“Just the stress of work and school. It’s a lot.”
Seungcheol opened his eyes. The morning glow lit your face up and he had never found you more beautiful than in that moment. “Hey,” he whispered quietly. His finger brushed in front of your face and tucked a stray hair behind your ear. You leaned up to look at him, taking note of the small pout he had on his face. “Have I told you today how much I love you?”
“Considering we just woke up, no,” you chuckled. A small laugh left his lips as he poked your side.
“It’s too early for your sass.”
“It’s never too early.”
“Well, I love you.”
“Yeah?” Of course you knew he loved you. And you loved him just as much, if not more. But it didn’t hurt to hear him say it.
“Yeah. I love the way you’re so passionate about the things you love. I love the way your eyes light up when the food comes out at the restaurant, or how every time you eat, it’s like you’re experiencing a spiritual awakening.” Seungcheol ran his fingers mindlessly through your hair, stroking your head gently. “I love that you’re not just a nice person, but a kind person. Someone who is caring and patient to others, especially me. I love how cozy you look wearing my hoodies that are way too big for you.”
You tried to laugh, but all that came out was a huff of air. Your eyelids were becoming too heavy for you to keep open and Seungcheol petting your head only made you sleepier.
“I love that everyday I get to come home knowing that you’ll be here in my arms every night,” he continued, his breath warm against your head with every word he spoke. “I love that despite all my flaws, you accept me for who I am, that you help me grow and become a better person with each and every day. I love that the universe created a person who may not be perfect—”
“Hey,” you interrupted.
“But is perfect for me.” He poked your cheek, eliciting a giggle from you. “You’ve gotta let me finish.”
“Okay, okay, keep going.”
“I’m done.”
“Oh, really?”
“No.” That darn Seungcheol. He could be a brat sometimes. “I could go on for days with all of the reasons why I love you. But most importantly, I love you because you’re you. You’re one of a kind, talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, completely not ever been done before, unafraid to reference or not reference, put it in a blender, shit on it, vomit on it, eat it, give birth to it—”
“Seungcheol, ew!” You poked his side, causing him to flinch and laugh from how ticklish he was.
“You know how important you are to me, right?”
“I think so.”
“Yes or no answers only.”
The corners of your lips quirked up. “Yes.”
“Good. You are my everything, my one and only, my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy~”
If you weren’t so tired, you would have been laughing up a storm, but all you could manage to say was, “You’re such a silly guy.”
“Yeah,” he replied. “But I’m your silly guy.”
And with that, you drifted off to sleep with a smile on your face knowing that you were laying in the arms of the most perfect man who loved you more than anything else in the world.

Please fasten your seatbelts and prepare for takeoff. The plane rumbled as it began slowly moving on the tarmac. You squeezed your eyes shut and clutched the armrest for dear life. It wasn’t long before you felt a hand on top of yours, caressing it gently. Your eyes opened slowly and turned to your boyfriend, Soonyoung, who was sitting right next to you in the middle seat. He had given you the window seat because he thought you might like the view (spoiler: he was right). Lacing his fingers through yours, he gave your hand a gentle squeeze.
“You okay?” he asked.
“I’m nervous,” you admitted to him. That much he could tell, but there was no harm in asking. His grip on your hand only tightened and he pulled your head onto his shoulder.
“I’m right here,” he said quietly as the plane started rumbling again. He stroked your head and played with your hair knowing you found it calming whenever he did that. If only he had known earlier how nervous you would be now, he wouldn’t have suggested flying nine hours to Bangkok. Maybe a road trip to Maseok would have been better, he thought.
The plane ride ended up being much smoother than the initial takeoff to which you were grateful, but you never let go of Soonyoung’s hand (except when either of you had to get up to go use the restroom). You took a look out the window, admiring the fluffy pink clouds against the burning orange sky of the morning. When you turned back to tell Soonyoung to look, he had already fallen asleep. His head was tilted back, mouth agape and drool already starting to fall from his mouth. You stifled your laughter as you took a tissue and wiped his mouth for him. Shutting the window pane, you leaned your seat back and drifted off to sleep.
You arrived at your hotel in Bangkok safely and wasted no time getting changed into your swimsuit. Soonyoung had a friend who’s uncle knew some people, which somehow led to the two of you getting a King suite with your own personal pool. You’d never experienced such luxury before, especially not with a boyfriend. But that’s how it was with Soonyoung. He was a man of a lot of firsts for you. Your first plane ride, your first trip abroad, your first time staying in a hotel room that was probably bigger than the sad little apartment you lived in by school. Soonyoung was the first person to ever treat you like you deserved the world. The first person you truly loved unconditionally. And he loved you just as much, if not more.
“Come on!” he beckoned, having already jumped in.
“You’re so impatient.” You rolled your eyes at him, but he just smiled at you, his eyes shrinking. He looked like a puppy waiting for his owner to throw a toy. You took your time easing into the water, relishing the feeling of the coolness on your skin in the humidity of the Bangkok summer. The moment you were in, he grabbed your hand and pulled you close to his body. Your hands found purchase on his chest and you almost pulled them away had he not stopped you.
“You feel that?” he asked you, his gaze boring holes into your skin.
All I feel is your incredibly muscular boob, was what you thought. Instead, you shook your head.
He pressed your hand harder into his chest. “You really don’t feel that?”
“I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be feeling,” you confessed.
“My heart,” he said. “The way it's beating uncontrollably for you and only you.”
A tingling sensation spread throughout your body at his words and now your heart was racing just as fast as his, if not faster.
“I love you.” The words barely had time to leave his lips before you were planting yours on them. Your lips moved in tandem like two dancers in a beautifully choreographed performance. Soft and gentle movements soon turned into a fiery desire for more.
You broke away for a brief second, though Soonyoung clearly did not enjoy this, his lips pushed into a pout that you happened to find just absolutely adorable. “I love you, too,” you whispered, leaning back in to finish what you started.

my masterlist \ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ/
。☆✼★ ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ★✼☆。
Greenery passed by in a blur as you looked out the window of the train. It was your first trip outside the city, but more importantly, it was your first trip with your boyfriend. You were nearing a year since the two of you started dating, this being your first long-term relationship. Things were getting pretty serious, you could say, considering he invited you on a week-long overnight trip with him and his other friends. When you first met them, you thought they might not like you because you tended to keep to yourself. You weren’t exactly a social butterfly, and your whole life had been quiet and uneventful. They were a rowdy bunch, the boys, full of energy and chaos — the exact opposite of who you were.Up until this point, no one really bothered you or asked you what you were doing, but you didn’t mind. In fact, you preferred it that way. But these boys gave you a reason to try new things and branch out of your comfort zone. Sure, sometimes it was awkward and uncomfortable, but that was the fun of it.
“Hey,” Chan’s voice filled the small cabin you were in. “Sorry that took so long, the guys kept bugging me to get them stuff. Something about how I’m the youngest and I need to practice taking care of them for when they’re old or whatever.”
You giggled and shook your head. He sat down across from you and pulled out some snacks.
“Hungry?”
“Maybe just a little,” you replied. Grabbing some fruit snacks from his hand, you plopped them into your mouth, smiling at him happily.
“How are you feeling?”
“Not too bad.”
“You’re not motion sick are you?” His face wrinkled with concern at the sudden realization.
“You’re lucky I’m not,” you laughed.
“Oh, thank goodness,” he responded, placing his hand over his heart. “I’d have to take care of you if you were.”
For some reason, hearing these words come from his mouth made your body burn like a thousand suns. To top it all off, he winked at you like the cheeky boy he was. You weren’t used to this at all; prior to Chan, few people bothered to look at you, much less wink at you. It made you melt internally, though you weren’t sure if it was a good kind of melt, or a please-don't-ever-perceive-me-ever-again kind of melt. But he found it funny. In fact, he loved messing with you. There was something endearing about the way you scrunched your nose whenever he said something to make you feel shy. Whatever it was, he absolutely loved it.
“Stop,” you whined in a hushed tone.
“Never,” he proclaimed. He leaned forward so your faces were mere centimeters apart. “I do it because I think you’re cute.”
Fire raged through your body and you wanted to hide, but being inside a moving train, there was no place you could go. You pushed him away from you, opting to stare out the window instead. Chan just chuckled with satisfaction, taking your hand to squeeze it before leaning back against the upholstered seat. You chatted with your boyfriend for a while; he told you about how Soonyoung had gone overboard and ordered champagne for a three hour trip and now Seungkwan was probably dealing with the mess since Jeonghan and Seungcheol were too lazy to.
“One bottle isn’t too bad, right?” you asked.
“He gets drunk after a couple of sips of makgeolli,” Chan replied.
“Is he sharing it with the others?”
“Oh, did I not mention that he already drank half of it by himself?”
You both buckled over with laughter at the idea of Soonyoung wreaking havoc and Seungkwan panicking about what to do, but trying to come off cool, calm, and collected about it all.
Before you knew it, a comfortable silence fell over you. You decided to read a book, though with all the movement of the car on the rails, it was hard for you to keep your eyes focused. You looked up from your book to see your boyfriend fast asleep. His head bobbed with the train, failing to find support. It was hard to contain your giggles as you watched him, his mouth agape with drool dribbling down the side.
This was your chance. You pulled out your phone and opened the camera. When your hands were steady enough, your finger pressed down on the shutter button. To your horror, you didn’t realize the flash was on until the light on the backside of your phone was shining brightly on Chan’s face. His eyes burst open, though he was discombobulated from his nap. You opened the camera roll and looked at the photo, laughter pouring out of your mouth as Chan came to his senses. It was better than anything you could have ever imagined — the light perfectly emphasized the glistening drool on his face, and the lighting made his skin look horrifically pale in the most amusing way. It was perfect.
“Did you take a photo of me?” he asked, though he knew the answer the moment you began to giggle.
“No,” you lied.
“You did. Let me see.”
“I didn’t!”
Chan quickly shifted to the other seat so he was next to you. “Let me see!”
He tried to snatch it, but you were faster. “You look cute! I promise.”
“Delete it,” he whined. His ears turned red from embarrassment. He always had a chic demeanor, and you found him incredibly attractive for it, but this side of him was something new, something you would cherish for the rest of your days.
“No, it’s cute!”
Another attempt to grab your phone from you ended when he slipped and somehow your back found the seat. You could feel his small breaths as he hovered over you, your noses barely touching.
A voice boomed from the door. “Chan, can I borrow your—”
“Oh,” said a second voice.
“What’s going on… oh. Oh!” added a third.
You looked to the door to find Joshua, Jeonghan, and Jun staring at the two of you in your provocative position.
“I didn’t realize you guys were into this kind of stuff,” Jeonghan said with a smirk.
“Very bold of you,” Joshua added.
“Wait, guys. It’s not—” Chan tried to interject.
“What it looks like?” Jun put the words right in his mouth.
Never had you wanted to crawl into a hole and never be seen again. It was hard to miss the mischievous glint in all three boys’ eyes as their gaze went back and forth between you and Chan.
“Sorry, we didn’t mean to interrupt you guys,” Joshua continued.
“Wait, it’s really not what it looks like,” you tried to tell them, but your voice proved to be too timid because Jun was already running down the hall of the train and telling Seungkwan and Seungcheol what happened.
“Well, we better give you your privacy,” Jeonghan said. He put his arm around Joshua, guiding him out of your cabin to give you that privacy.
“They’re never going to let us live that down, are they?” you asked.
“No,” Chan responded, immediately bursting into small fits of giggles. “But we can worry about that when the time comes.”

my masterlist \ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ/
。☆✼★ ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ★✼☆。
“Leave.”
“No.”
“I said, leave.”
“I’m not leaving.”
It wasn’t always this way. There was a point in time when seeing Mingyu’s face didn’t make you see red. And maybe it wasn’t exactly his fault, but who else was there to blame? You didn’t believe in fate, destiny, or the universe. You didn’t believe in anything — not even love.
Perhaps a more accurate explanation of what happened between you and Mingyu was more a case of missed timing. If there was an omniscient, all-powerful being out there, why didn’t they let you be with the man you loved most? The answer was simple: you weren’t meant to be together. Tensions built, frustrations mounted, and your once perfect friendship with Mingyu ended in ashes, burnt to the ground in scalding flames.
Yet neither of you ever meant for it to be this way. It’s not like you asked for things to end the way they did. And it was the same for Mingyu. In fact, he would never admit this out loud, but a part of him died inside losing you. You both were young and stupid, but that didn’t excuse the hurtful things you had said to one another.
Years later, there he was, standing in the doorway to your hospital room. You’d thought that time had healed all your wounds, but the minute you saw him, an entire lifetime of pain came flooding back. Not even the painkillers that flowed from the IV to your veins could ease the aching in your heart.
“I don’t want you here.” You did your best to keep your voice firm and steady, but you couldn’t bring yourself to look him in the eyes.
“Wonwoo asked me to stay with you while he attended to a personal emergency,” Mingyu replied.
“I’m an adult, I don’t need a babysitter.”
“Wonwoo said—”
Your blood was boiling now. “I don’t care what Wonwoo said!”
A deafening silence fell upon the room. All he could do was stare at you as you looked out the window, the city lights twinkling like the stars you used to gaze at with him.
Mingyu sighed. “You should get some rest.”
“Fuck you.”
All you heard in response was the opening and closing of the door. He was nowhere to be seen . You slumped down in the hospital bed, shoving your face in the pillow to stifle your sobs.
———
Sunlight trickled through the blinds, hitting you perfectly when you opened your eyes, the skin under them still puffy from your tears the night before. When you turned around, you felt something blocking your legs. Your gaze shifted to the head that was laying on the edge of your bed.
After he had left, he went to grab a drink from the vending machine, but his legs couldn’t take him any further. He found support on the bench right outside your room and leaned his head against the wall. The hospital was eerily quiet, making it easy to hear your crying despite your best attempts to stay quiet. What was he thinking, coming to see you after all these years? Did he expect you to welcome him with tears and open arms? That you’d be overjoyed to see him? Of course he regretted what he had said to you, beating himself up everyday for letting his stupid pride get in the way of his love for you.
Maybe if the two of you had just taken responsibility, you wouldn’t be hurting this way now.
But life has a funny way of giving second chances.
And maybe this was yours.

so you wanna request smth? o.O
great! first and foremost, please make sure that my requests are OPEN — you can find the status on my masterlist
please:
♡ feel free to send a request for any member of svt
♡ angst, fluff, and crack are all a-ok!
♡ you are welcome to send any scenario you’d like
♡ specify the reader's gender, otherwise i will default to fem! (this is so that i know what pronouns to use if necessary)
♡ be patient with me! i want to ensure that the work i put out is well-written and thought out -- i'd rather i take time on a request than rush it and put smth out that neither of us like!
please don't:
❌ request smut: some of my works are/will be suggestive, but i will only write that of my own will and i'd like to keep my blog accessible to readers of all ages!
❌ spam my inbox with the same requests; rest assured i will get to it when the inspiration strikes me
hope to see you in my inbox soon! <3

hello! just a general reminder that i will only accept requests when my requests are OPEN, meaning, if you send an ask w a request when they are CLOSED, i will delete it. you can always check the status of my requests on my navigation post (pinned) or my masterlist. also, plz follow the guidelines when making requests!
i'm currently working thru my first batch of requests rn which is why my newer fics may have "hi, i saw that your requests were open" but as of today (6/15/2021), they are currently closed!
