Chewing and spitting? I never see anyone talk about it here. It’s something I’ve done for years off and on but I don’t know how effective it truly is. When I’m on a binge or I almost break a fast I’ll take a few bites, chew them up, and spit them out to get the taste/feel of eating. It feels a bit shameful since I never see anyone else talk about doing this...

hello gamers we’re out here trying to break my c&s addiction! if anyone here reads this, plea s e hold me accountable. so far I’ve gone 9 hours-ish without c&s (I know, sad) and I wanna stop relying on it. I think it made me gain 20 pounds. I didn’t swallow any of it. Egh.

Chew and spitting is the move if you do it right.
We know that a lot of the calories that you do absorb while c/s is from the tiny bits of food left behind and the calories that got absorbed into your saliva.
Biggest rule: Don't swallow your spit.
This is how I do it: Get 2 seperate things to spit in, and have a bottle of water by your side. Chew the food like you normally would and spit it, after you spit out every piece of disgusting food in your mouth, dont swallow. Take your water bottle, take some water in your mouth and HOLD IT. Begin swishing the water around your mouth, every crevice, and spit the water out. Repeat this until you feel that you have done as much damage to the calories left in your mouth as possible. Then take another bite, do it all over again. As long as you remember
Don't swallow your spit.

Hi guys! I know I've been doing this a lot lately. I fasted for almost two days, although I binged today. This was taken before I ate, though. So, I feel like my stomach has gone down a bit since I last checked in? Or maybe it's just my imagination? I haven't weighed myself in a while, but I think I'll fast tomorrow or the next day for as long as I can and see if that helps. If anyone could give me their opinion on my weight or appearance, that would be very helpful. I hope you guys are doing well! And please don't do what I'm doing. Try to eat healthy and enough if you can. And if you have an eating disorder, please get help! Ok all, I’ve been starving myself since the end of January, throwing up after everything I eat, and recently been chewing and spitting, my weight loss has gone pretty good with losing 1 pound everyday, however I’ve literally eaten nothing the past 3 days and still remained the same? Why is this happening and how do I get it to stop?? I don’t want this plateau to prevent me from losing weight. I feel so fustrated

i destroyed my body over the years b!ng3 eating. i ate thousands of calories a day. now if i feel the need to eat that much again, i ch3w it and spit it out. it gets flushed when im done or i put it in our compost lol.
my only regret is not starting that earlier. it gives the illusion that you’re full but you don’t have that many calories. i can’t believe i was so stupid and actually ate all that shit years ago.

day 6 of a liquid fast
Basically, I'm only consuming monster ultra/ Pepsi max and also vodka when I need to sing for my band. Welp I only drank 35cl and have woken up incredibly nauseous with heart palpitations :(
I'm only just starting to properly lose weight on this fast bc somehow I was MAINTAINING but physically I've no energy - does anyone know any tricks to aid in not feeling like I'm about to have a heart attack? 😭 I'm tempted to eat a nub of extra mature cheddar rn 😭 but I gotta stay strong so I can wear my fleabag (S2E1) jumpsuit on stage on Tuesday.
P.S I came home yesterday and found that my friends cleaned my room for me 😭😭 so lovely of them esp. bc idk if I passed the uni room inspection, I guess I've been too open about being constantly stoned and struggling with food. If they'd done this a week or so ago, there could've still been sick in the sink from a b/p 💀
I hope you're all well, you deserve to get better, Ana has me balls deep rn, clutched in her bony claws. I also just wanna say: do not do this, it doesn't work - please stick to a sustainable caloric deficit bc once you've been fooled by water weight, you're begging to get crushed.
