Fallen in love with these two from the Canadian show Hudson and Rex,kind of sucks that it doesnt air here in the states but sofar have been enjoying the show and the relationship thats a slow burn but feels obvious it can happen kinda feels like the slow burn that happened with Seely Booth and Temperance Brennan from Bones. Mayko and John are dpoing a great job as Charlie Hudson and Dr Sarah Truong. SO glad they have another season of 16 episodes. season 1-3 was a really great.

So for a week I can't keep up low kcal (because I'm on my period and food can trigger it easily even if its not enough even if its too much)
BUT next month we will go to a celebration and I will loose some weight until then. I kinda have to, not because I'm too fat, but because around that time I will have my period, and there's no way I will let it ruin everything. Its already really bad and honestly this is one of my reasons of developing an ed again, since last time it was so easy and I wasn't dying everytime I got it.
The main thing is to not have my period, but I'm nor sure if eating less would be enough so I should start working out. I haven't made a plan, but I have some ideas.
Since I will be working out idk if I should make my kcal limit higher, I don't necessarily want to go under 0 in my intake.
Once I did that and I lost 5 kg in a week. But it seems son unbelievable that it may have been 3, anyways I didn't have my period in the next 2 month, but after that my Ed kinda disappeared and now its back.
Any recommendations of how to know how many kcals burned in a workout? Maybe some apps or idk?

Next month we will have to go back to school, and I don't want it but I want it. School makes starving yourself a little easier. You just don't eat breakfast, don't bring snack/lunch and don't bring money. Like this there would be days where I don't eat until 5, ofc it's going to be harder but I'll make sure to bring tea or some 0 kcal drinks and maybe cucumber.
Although going back to school is a big "maybe" they said we were going back this month, and before thay said it like 7 times but we never went back.
When school started we went back and then in like 3 months later the number of people who actively had covid was higher than ever.
Now they started giving vaccines. In the first round the old people got it, than the teachers and now they want us to go back.
A lot of the student are scared and angry since we are not protected and we can still bring it home and get someone else sick or be sick. I don't think it's okay either, just because the teachers are not at risk we and our family members are.
And I know kids go through it more easily, but not everyone is healthy and have a strong immune system. Even if every student was a lot of them has not elder but sick family members who didn't get the vaccine either.
