What's the lawful punishment if someone eated your chicky nuggies
Since the writing of the Magna Carta, the punishment for eating the chicken nuggets of another has been liquefaction and condensation into mechanically separated criminal, which is then used to make more "chicken" nuggets. Many still believe that such nuggets are really literal chicken, but this has not been true since the year 1215, when the term for "criminal" was "chicmanelle" which has since evolved to "chicken." Nugget still meant "nugget," as it always has, and always shall.

Tetris...on a McDonald's Nugget | Things of Interest
New video: What do Chicken McNuggets and Tetris have in common?
...actually I have no idea either, but I guess McDonald's is finally answering that question. This is the China-exclusive Tetris McNugget. Yes this exists.

I have something to say about the Mcnugget lawsuit:
Good for them.
A series of events has to occur for a nugget to get to you hot enough to cause a second degree burn. Whether it's willful negligence or a mistake, you still burned a hole in a child. Pay up.
Also:
-- Meat is safe to serve when it comes to a temp of 160 degrees according to food safety guidelines. Food RAPIDLY cools the second it's taken off the heat/out of the fryer, even when put into a warming tray...which is why typically meats are stored hot for 30 minutes or less. Out in the open air, even if the offending nugget was fresh, unless it was cooked to OVER 160, it should not have been able to cause such a burn.
-- Second degree burns are sustained at 130 or higher.
-- Children have fragile skin and are more susceptible to burns. You're a dick and/grossly negligent if you hand food off to anyone, but especially a meal intended for a child, and don't warn that it's fresh right out of the fryer. Every chain I've ever worked for where the training was sufficient has made note of this. It's as simple as "these are fresh, be careful." Maybe they don't listen to you but you covered your ass.
-- Even small diameter burns past first degree can be very serious. I've gotten gnarly skin infections from splashing hot oil on myself and getting second degree burns. Plus, it fucking hurts. All my burns have been my own fault though...if I got a second degree burn that was someone else's fault? I'm suing for medical expenses...which the mom tried to do and was essentially told to fuck off. So now she gets way more and I'm glad.
-- If people were paid more and treated fairly by their employers, this wouldn't happen. Your Big Mac isn't $15 bucks because of "frivolous" lawsuits or because the fry guy needs to buy his second yacht this year. It's because corporations are greedy blood sucking leech ass vultures and grind their workers into the dirt until they don't have the capacity to do their jobs correctly...and they should pay out for that alone but they don't.
That's all I had, okay thanks.
