Well, sis is not eating at home so mum took all the leftovers including the rice to come up with tonight’s Dinner. The other two dishes just involved reheating while she turned the white rice into fried rice with the addition of egg, char siu and some seasonings.

Just delivered a few boxes of eggs to two of my neighbours who don't have their own chickens and got a bundle of lemongrass (for tea) and some tamales in exhange gjdjhfs, I'm predicting our neighbourhood aunties' bartering system might start to pull a bit more weight if the supermarkets continue being empty 😭

Direct from the small hole in the wall stall in Chong Pang Food Centre is this pack of Economy Rice (菜饭) that is big in flavours. I love everything in this takeaway brunch from the big crispy chicken drumstick, omelette to the mutton rendang and stewed mushrooms.
