the devil is a part timer ending

the ending to the light novel is disgusting but not because i ship sadao with emi but because chiho is a high school student who really doesn't know about the world she sees maou through rose colored glasses.

not only does she have zero experiences as an adult ( because she is sixteen ) but she is extremely naive to the thing sadao has done in the world Ente Isla

though this may just be my opinion but you can't say it isn't the least bit problematic

in her eyes he is a knight in shining armor someone she has put on a pedestal after having a few good encounters with them  

i wish she was someone outside of her crush that she wasn't just chiho the girl who is in love with maou even if he is a demon ( because she was not she has only seen the “good” side of him and ignores any behaviour that doesn't fit her image of him ) 

also the fact that emi and him had a kid should not have happened if he was going to end up with someone else 

ps : is it not normal to have a really big crush when you were younger but change as you grow and not idolize them anymore ? i think she would have gotten over him and personality i think she would become a even better character ( since i feel the only noticeable feature about her is that she is in love with maou )   

it is only my opinion i can't change the way you view the world so don't take it to seriously 

also don't send author any unalive threats that isn't okay

Well, my favorite for sure is the Isohaya 💕 I just love it too much

Second place is TouRin/YaHaya, which is very close to Isohaya in the "how much I like the ship" aspect, I love their friendship and the couple even more!

Now… well, don't judge me! Almost all of the ships below are either a bit of crackship (although not completely) or came about by accident!

Third place is NagiYuki/Nagikan

I don't know how this happened, but they are a serious thing for me now and have a high chance of appearing frequently on my blog

Gakushuu x Akari Yukimura (not Kaede)

I think they would meet sooner or later, and they could be good friends, and after they both mature, they could be a great couple, although I prefer it to be platonic, but I still think it's interesting to explore that dynamic.

The ship below may be considered crackship, but it has a place in my heart:

Karukano/Karmokano Karma x Okano

First of all, I will explain how it came about, because I feel obligated to justify this crackship, I have a friend who watched AssClass about 2 years ago and never watched it again. I was talking to him about my ships and he started to say that his favorite was Karma and Okano, that he liked their dynamic, I thought the ship was very different, but as it was a multishipper I liked it. At that point, the class started and we had to pay attention and because of my study situation, I had nothing to do in that class and I started thinking about their dynamic and I got attached. And the funniest thing is that during the break that day I found out that he confused Okano with Okuda.

And there are two other ships that came from other blogs that I like a lot, which are:

Chiho Saito's Illustration Collection artbook is the highest-quality visual media in the Utenaverse. Oversized, single-sided, heavy pages with extremely high quality printing. It is the first artbook I ever scanned.

In 2001, the average screen resolution was 800x600, and I delivered a 1250px wide collection that for a while, took $60 A MONTH to host, because no normal website was hosting images of this ludicrous size. It took my scanner almost an hour to capture a third of each page. I spent months piecing the scans together in Photoshop. It was one of my first true Utena labors of love, and the result is that for decades, these copies have been the definitive copies of Chiho Saito's artwork on the internet. For a very long time, even kinda now, if you see these images, they're probably my scans.

But decades have passed, and I've never been happy with these results, because they couldn't capture the fine details, the paint spills, the sketch beneath poking out, the brilliant use of gradients of dark color to pop the image but drive me insane. What I am finishing up now is a true, archival copy of the artbook. One that delivers such high resolution, that these can print posters larger than the originals, and thanks to some truly brilliant descreening tech, (Thank you Sattva) I've been able to dig up fine details in the work that the printing obscured, but undeniably included.

It's been over 20 years, and it shows. 1250px? Nah, my archive copies are 15,000px wide. I can't wait to finish this and share it with the world. <3
