I’m very concerned about Chihoon (former TO1) (Copied from Reddit)

I know most of you may not be familiar with who Chihoon is so here’s a little bit of background: Chihoon terminated his contract with wake one entertainment on April 30th of 2022 and fans speculated it was due to mistreatment.

Last year Chihoon was sharing concerning messages through SoundCloud. His bio translated to “I’ll die and be my own song. So that when those fragments gather, they’ll be me.” He also uploaded a song mentioning depression and death. He unfollowed everyone and removed everything.

Recently, he’s made an Instagram account and he has been going on Instagram live getting VERY drunk at 6am. He even passed out on live once. The next day he said he didn’t even remember what happened. He was talking about how he hasn’t been feeling well and having some suicidal thoughts. Today he went live and said something like “mom, I want to live”.

Whenever people would express their concerns in his comments, some of his fans would attack them by saying “he’s a grown man” or “stop babying him” We’re not babying him, we just want the best for him. He’s obviously not okay. Drinking everyday and having dark thoughts is not a good mix. He literally looks like he’s about to pass out any second.

I know I said he does that a lot but I feel like I've seen a few videos of him just constantly tickling to the others so I feel like that's just a thing he does

If you're upset with a serious reason he'll comfort you and talk you through it, holding you until you fall asleep

If it's just sad vibes day™ he's going to jokingly tickle you until you say your not sad

But he's also ticklish so you can just get him back until you're actually not sad, followed by a few kisses towards the end

Jisu

Honestly probably just shows you funny videos on his phone repeatedly

Not that they don't really work but you ended up just leaning into him

He'll get the hint and put his arm around you putting his phone down

His lips found your cheek as he starts a up a random conversation

Eventually you'll get so side tracked you won't even remember being sad, and now get to just enjoy your boyfriend and kiss him

Sweetie pie is going to do everything and anything for you to make you feel better

Might even go buy you a plushie

You'd both just sit on the bed or couch together with all the blankets you own on you, cuddling together and watching whatever you want

Feels bad that your sad and is somewhere between being serious and just making you happy or being dramatic and just trying to make you laigh

Probably a combination of both

Still sits with you and cuddles, petting your hair as you lay on his chest

He'll let you vent if there's something going on and helps talk you through it

Afterwards though, you could probably go back something together while playing music and he'll just make you laugh as he dances to various girl group songs

Chihoon-TO1...Reason Chihoon Left the Group

-I sense that there could have been some bullying going on, I think it involves one or two of the members and maybe a staff member(like a manager or choreographer) being verbally abusive

- As I was pulling I heard "You'll be nothing without me", so it could have been something he frequently was told. Chihoon was probably gaslighted as well in to thinking the abuse was to help him improve as an artist, but he saw right through it

-I believe money is low on the list of reasons why he left the group/company. I see mistreatment and favoritism. I think the company favors a very talented and popular member and that member may partake in mistreating the others as well

-Chihoon doesnt like the concept of music the group is doing as well, I sense he wants to experiment more

-Chihoon feels fucked over and played by the company

- I also wonder if the company made the TO1 idols go on dates with Sponsers(this is a common practice in that industry, of big CEOs and rich people wanting to spend time with an idol solo in exchange for brand deals and sponsorships, this especially happens to smaller companies). This feels very exploitive

-Dont be fooled, I see that their is one or two members that are snakes, involved in why he left. (Not all members) They probably stabbed him in the back, along with the company staff and ceo.

-The straw that broke the camels back for Chihoon was like an arguement he had with another member, I think the member said something really evil but truthful to chihoon in the heat of the moment of being upset. For an example:if I got in an argument with my sister about something petty and while both of us are trying to hurt each other with words, she just says "that's why your boyfriend is cheating on you". You guys get it now, like somebody revealed something really dark but honest as a way to hurt Chihoon.
