Tongue Tied!
In a cruel form of 'Jinx', Fae children from the Isle of Fae, South of the Mindset's primary continent, will invoke 'Tongue Tied'. This game is done similarly to how humans will play 'Jinx' on one another to cease speech from the jinxed individual. This is all fun and games for humans, but 'Tongue Tying' for Fae children results in no verbal motions that may be made by the victim until the person that tied their tongue speaks their name. This of course can be a source of bullying if done correctly by children and is used chiefly to taunt and ridicule children who fall prey to it. If this is done by and to adults, it is seen as immature and usually met with violence by the victim as they lash out at their tyer.
In situations where a child has tongue-tied an adult, it is met with frustration and anger, followed by approaching the child's parent to force the child to undo the tying.
This is a popular curse done by children to practice their magic, for knowing another's name can be just as helpful as it can be harmful when it comes to Fae magic. Just ask our current Lady of the Isle of Fae, Lady Fauster.

Smart Cycle (Plug N Play, Fisher Price, 2006?)
Thought I'd look at another childrens Plug N Play. This time, I've decided to dig into the original Fisher Price Smart Cycle. There have been several versions of the Smart Cycle released over the years: an "extreme" version, a race version, and a popular newer model that comes in mainly red instead of green. However, since the original model is the kind I had as a child, that's the version I'm most interested in.
The cycle comes packaged with a single full "game" wherein the player races down an infinite road and collects different numbers and letters while avoiding obstacles. Taking a detour will allow you to play a minigame, and you can also enter a race. There were several other games created for the cycle. Some of which completely recycled* the basic concept of the first game, and some of which were more unique. Loading another game involved switching the cartriges (bizarrely referred to as "keys" in advertising) out through a port on the side of the cycle. The seperate games were popular childrens IP tie-ins, of course.
Quite possibly the best demonstration of the Smart Cycle games I could find online is a live stream done by Yellow Cute Flo 64 on YouTube in 2021, although the cycle itsself is the racer version. The niche but seemingly infinite online community revolving around any and all childrens media will never not be fascinating to me. I don't see many people bring it up. This livestream is also the only significant footage I could find of the Fairytopia game online.
I'm truthfully very interested in getting my hands on one of these some day. I'm not sure how I'd play it, seeing as the cycle is designed for very small children, a demographic of person I decidedly do not belong to, but I'd love to have it for the sake of expanding my personal archives. Part of me also wonders what it would take to have the original games dumped online? The originals go for around $200 and up with very few listings at a lower cost and the cheapest all being nonfunctional. As per usual with obscurities, its a purchase for tax return season.
Advertisements for the Smart Cycle are here: 1, 2, and I'd also like to point out two more interesting videos. The first being of an in-store interactive display of the cycle, and the second being a video of cartrige tilt corruptions (!!!!!)
Unfortunately, my old Smart Cycle was left outside during spring cleaning and never brought back in, where the poor thing was then subjected to sun damage and rain. There were slugs inside of it when we finally came to its rescue. Hopefully the next one won't meet the same fate.
*I'm sorry.

large zionist blocklist below
i've compiled a list of all the blogs positively interacting with the @/israel-palestine-bingo blog
there's more info about how the names were complied under the read more, but just to get an idea of how vile the blog is, i just want to quickly mention that the first prize offered in their pinned post, "eight hours of memi mamtera," is the song used in the viral israeli tiktok trend of kidnapping, humiliating, and torturing palestinians in the west bank.
and the "grand prize," which needs no explanation, is "all of palestine! for free!"
some quick info: all the names here have either approvingly replied to, reblogged from, or liked one or more of @/israel-palestine-bingo's posts. for likes, i've only gathered names that appear under their original posts; mostly ones that have not been reblogged, and some with 2-3 reblogs that have not left the immediate sphere of zionists. i've also made sure that these are blogs who have either liked more than one posts from them, or who frequently reblogs from other zionists.
you can also quickly look through the blog yourself (it doesn't have that many posts), or check out any of the names on the list with a quick 'israel' or 'palestine' in the search bar or their blogs.
there are more screenshots at the end of the posts, including ones showing who made the blog (ani-lo-daredevil / katenotbishop), and the bingo board itself (ashenpumpkin).
blocking tip: fastest way to mass block users (on desktop) is to go to settings -> the blog your blocking them from -> scroll all the way down to 'blocked tumblrs,' and then copy-paste the name your blocking

Let's-give-Bruce-a-heart-attack plan, in which all the Bats team up to get their identities "exposed"
As in, they go out in civvies with suits underneath their clothes, Clark Kent-style, except all of the suits are obviously wrong.
Tim gets exposed as Spoiler. Jason is spotted changing into Black Bat's uniform. Cass blinks innocently when someone points out the Robin top peeking out from underneath her clothes. Damian gets recorded, voice deadpan in a Batman suit size 14 yo like, "It's hard work being the Protector of Gotham, especially for as long as I've been doing it, but someone has to be there for the people."
Bruce is in Hell.
And he doesn't know what he's done to deserve this, but thankfully, he has an idea to get them to stop.
...Turns out Wonder Woman's skirt and boots make his calves look fantastic.

I will never stop thinking about the fact that the Hunger Games was canonically a drunk hypothetical. It wasn’t some great government scheme.
So many bad dystopian novels that have some crazy world building premise make it seem like some great creation from powerful minds. Some great construction. Think of City of Ember with its box or Divergent with its weird scientists(??) or The Selection with its bachelor premise, they are always “grandly designed.” Even in Catching Fire with the Quarter Quells the Games give off an air of grand planning.
But the hunger games were a HYPOTHETICAL. A crazy, extreme, what if. They were never supposed to exist. They were never supposed to be real.
Who wouldn’t drink themselves to death knowing they thought of the idea in the first place?
