So today🤔 first I’m never going back to the weight management program ever again. I felt so uncomfortable that I literally wanted to cry and walk out. Then I went to brunch with my fiancé and spent the whole afternoon with me I had so much fun. Then we came back home and picked up the kids from the bus and got them to their doctor’s appointment. Then I did some knitting and worked on more mandala drawings and worked on a couple tattoos for a friend of mine which is one of our two older kids karate instructors. After the weight management appointment I really did have a great day and it really did feel amazing to spend quality time with my fiancé. Tomorrow I get to get the kids up and spend more time with my man before I have to go to work till 10 at night. I know that I am beautiful inside and out and I am safe right where I am. Goodnight everyone I’m going to sleep. Stay warm it’s getting very cold.🥶
