Out of all of the Mane Six, who would you say gives the best hugs? (Btw, love your art!)

For me it's a tie between two lovely women:

AJ is probably an obvious choice and she definitely gives BIG ENTHUSIASTIC AND WARM hugs. I imagine you immediately feel the energy and her love when she hugs. Also she's probably a big fan of swirling and spinning people around while hugging them.

But I think Fluttershy might be really underestimated too, with soft, comforting hugs. I think when you're feeling down she'd definitely give you the most comfort.

Finished my 911 pinset!

#911 on fox #911 #my art #i might do more characters later but for now im sticking with the fab five #chim warped a tad and some had some smudging but overall im happy with them #using only prismacolor or blending some prisma with my crayolas really helped #not sure what to seal it with tho

Made some shot glasses with the MSA Ghost skull emblem and spiky vines. Messed up a little and got kind of terrible overspray going on. Didn't mask off high enough nor was careful enough with the airstream direction while sandblasting, so there's some obvious frosting on the insides of three of them, and some less obvious but there-if-you-know-what-to-look-for on a fourth. One each of the big-skull-some-vines and small-skull-more-vines turned out fine.

Made these over a year ago, but didn't photograph them until today.

How did Wraith handle the Sheogorath situation? Did she become the god or find a different solution?

oooh thank you for the ask!! Ice Wraith sort of is the the mad god and isn’t the mad god at the same time.

I think I can explain this, but I don’t know that I can do it concisely :)))

By the time she marches into the oblivion gate leading to the Shivering Isles she’s already achieved chim. Which means she knows what she’s doing when she does it. She walks right into the Greymarch in 3E 433 knowing exactly which possibilities await her. For all this power and knowledge that she has, she’s still just the same Almsivi fanatic that she has always been.

so what does she do?

She takes to the glory of lies and metaphors like the living gods before her and the good daedra before them, and devours Sheogorath and Jyggalag both, endeavoring to change their nymic.

Think Boethiah and Trinimac, except Wraith never purges herself of them like Boethiah does. Instead she just consumes them; eats them; becomes them and remains herself because, mentally speaking, she is in a place that can’t be redefined by contradiction.

She turns Sheo and Jyggalag from madness and order to delusion and truth respectively. To mortals she is Sheogorath. To Sheogorath she is Jyggalag. The truth she tells is seen as madness. The lies she speaks are seen as truth—which she defines as a delusional truth (a truth based on conviction but not on reality).

In her mind this makes both delusion and truth things that are completely devoid of lies.

She completes the shivering isles dlc before the main quest in oblivion... so by the time she’s interacting with Martin Septim, she is convinced she cannot lie and will never be able to do so. Martin has to put up with that on top of everything else.

hiiii just wanted to say that your drawing from december of RD and Spitfire being Scoots' mums gave me nothing but joy and life and happiness and wondered if you had any headcanons about Spitfire and Scoots' relationship (stepmom bonding with the stepdaughter?)

Ok listen, LISTEN. Spitfire learning that little Scootaloo can't fly but still loves adrenaline? With her little scooter??? There is only one logical bonding activity: Motor bike rides.

I definitely think Spitty has a need to fly but even on ground she probably rides a motor bike. And she would love to take Scootaloo with her.

I hc Scoots being somewhat shy when initially meeting Spitfire. Kinda like when you meet a celebrity - it just leaves you speechless and awkward. But once Spitfire sits her the first time (when Rainbow was supposed to spend the day with her but unfortunately became way too sick) they just hit it off.

I see Spitfire as not thinking of herself as a parent and being a mom for most of her life. She's career-driven and loves her job with the Wonderbolts way too much. She can't handle being around small Children and babies too well (which is also a funny canon comic moment btw). A kid doesn't really fit into it all. But Scootaloo easily makes her change her mind. Especially because there is the added bonus of meeting Rainbow much more. Spitfire pretty quickly starts to identify as a parental guidance to Scootaloo and soon after potential, actual family.

#side note: I actually see Spitfire more as a dad with her vibe and humor lmao #she definitely embraces the 'World's Best Dad' mug she is gifted from Scootaloo #Hell yeah she'll be dad #also yes Rainbow and Spitty being Scootaloo's family is giving me life #I love to hc both Scoots and Rainbow as orphans and them finding each other #and then finding Spitfire and her family ??? #dead #I love it #mlp spitfire #spitfire #scootaloo #mlp #my art #ask chim
