chocolate chip cookies are too yummy to have to wait for a specific meal time haha, though most likely as a snack or dessert

| ingredients

• 2 tbsp salted butter softened [204] OR 2 tbsp dairy free butter [140 approx]

• 2 tsp veggie oil [83]

• 0.5 cup dark brown sugar [415]

• 1 tsp vanilla extract [12]

• 1 large egg white [17] OR powdered egg replacer according to instructions [9]

• 0.75 cup flour [341]

• 0.25 tsp baking soda [0]

• 0.5 cup milk chocolate chips [402] OR 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips [240]

| method

1. cream butter, oil, and sugar

2. add vanilla and egg white / egg replacer

3. add flour and baking soda

4. add chocolate chips

5. bake 4 - 6 mins

6. enjoy!

*calories per vegan cookie, using dairy free butter [i’m using vitalite as an example], egg replacer, and dark chocolate chips = 25.83 cals*

Buon lunedì, eccomi qui dopo la pausa social del fine settimana. Venerdi pomeriggio sono stata presa dalla voglia di pasticciare ho preparato 4 dosi di impasto per questi biscotti che ho poi cotto sabato pomeriggio per la merenda. L'idea di prepare l'impasto e conservarlo mi è venuta riguardando una vecchia rivista dove c'era la pubblicità della "pillsbury dough". Praticamente nei supermercati trovi l'impasto dei biscotti con le gocce di cioccolato già pronta, non devi fare altro che tagliare e infornare. Vi è mai capitato di vederla in qualche film o telefilm americano? Magari avete anche visto che qualcuno lo mangia anche crudo e onestamente come dargli torto? io un micro pezzetto, di più non potrei; lo rubo sempre 😀. . Ingredienti 510 g di farina 00 340 g di burro morbido 200 g di zucchero semolato 330 g di zucchero di canna 2 uovo grandi 3 cucchiaini di aroma vaniglia 10 g di bicarbonato di sodio o lievito per dolci 5 g di sale 400 g di gocce di cioccolato . ¡Buenos días! ¿Nos hemos levantado ya o seguimos en la cama? Aquí mi amigo #triki no sólo se ha levantado, si no que nos ha dejado sin #cookies. Por si os apetece, os dejo la receta. 𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶ó𝗻: 𝟰𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝟭𝟴 𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗮𝘀. 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀: 🍪 350 gr de harina de repostería 🍪 200 gr de mantequilla vegetal. 🍪 200 gr de panela. 🍪 200 gr de pepitas de chocolate negro 🍪 2 huevos 🍪 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla 🍪 1 cucharadita de levadura 🍪 1/4 cucharadita de sal 𝗖ó𝗺𝗼 𝗹𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗴𝗼: 1.- Ponemos en el recipiente de la amasadora los huevos y la mantequilla. Batimos. 2.- Añadimos la panela, la vainilla y la sal y mezclamos bien. 3.- Añadimos las pepitas de chocolate y mezclamos bien. 4.- Añadimos poco a poco el harina con la levadura. 5.- Precalentamos el horno a 180°C, calor arriba y abajo. 6.- En la bandeja del horno ponemos papel de hornear y vamos poniendo las galletas. Yo lo hago con la ayuda de un dispensador de helado, pongo una bola y la aplasto ligeramente con la palma de la mano.
