Headcanons the Chocobros + Luna at the beach?

-Noct promised himself to play it cool, but he can’t help but snap at Prompto and Gladio when they compliment Luna’s bathing suit (Iggy is wiser. Or kinder. Take your pick lol). At least that only happens the first time the first time she wears a bikini. It’s not even so much the bathing suit itself, as it’s not skimpy, even if it is a two-piece. It’s just that it’s the first time since they’ve opened up about their feelings, and she’s wearing it for him dammit (and then he admonishes himself for thinking that but it’s true and she makes that nice and clear for him that night y/y?)

-Competitive games of volleyball. NL v Chocobros. Noct can warp, this is why they get the smaller team. Not that he’s needed, cause Luna is a beast. It’s that trident training. And that sweet face that no one wants to risk hurting, or at least they may claim that later. (Nah, they have good solid matches and end up tied for won games)

-Luna likes finding clams and her idea of a prank is getting one to spit on someone lmao Noct is wise to her so he lets the bros find out the hard way

-For that matter, Luna just likes finding all kinds of beach critters. She is not shy of snatching up a crab to show off or trapping minnows in puddles (Noct loves when she does that, free bait!)

-Sandcastle sculptures. Luna is not particularly skilled with this artform, but she tries. Until Noct and Prom start going to war from their castles, then she joins in, and eventually the thing that Gladio was assisting Ignis in building becomes a casualty and there’s a lot of running and swimming and attempts at escape or regicide lmao

@johanirae hELL YEAH Prompto's the first to make the joke, to defuse the tensions after a particularly stilted conversation about the incoming wedding (Noctis feels really bad about having to marry Luna and banging his bros, even though they all knew he would have to face this kind of obligations one day. Mostly because he hasn't faced Luna in twelve years and has always felt guilty and even though she adores his boyfriends he still lowkey believes she deserves better than this weird arrangement. So one day Prompto just goes "well she was going to marry a guy and she found a harem instead what's the big deal") (If we were in a perfect world this is where I'd elaborate some theory about where harems might be or have been common in Eos and what kind of reality Prompto references here but we are not in a perfect world so I'll just shut the fuck up) So everyone reacts the way they react when Prompto attempts a joke, right? But Luna really digs the idea actually and does bring it up a few times on the right circumstances. Again, as jokes - they'd be offering their help after a long day, Gladio massaging her feet while Ignis puts a blanket on her shoulders and she laughs "damn that's what my harem really is for", or she'd hand them heavy items like "Why do I have a harem if no one carries this for me?" And whenever she wants cuddles she's like "I want my harem" and they all hurry to her side Prompto is delighted that Luna!!!! Validated him!!!!!! So they have this thing going strong between them. Gladio mostly goes along because he def has an authority kink when it comes to Noctis and Luna so it comes very easily to him. Ignis finds it a bit distasteful but he can't win against the shared enthusiasm of three of them So little by little the joke makes its way and then it's not even a joke anymore On long days we spoil Luna and she has the right to request cuddles from any member of her harem that's an unspoken rule now

More cuddle piles, this time with the chocobros and luna that I wrote after talking to @ham-for-ham-sandwich + a... thing I wanted to write bc I have a terrible sense of humour.

That tent started being a little small for five people but they did not have enough money for two bedrooms these days, nor the energy to sit back into the car. Prompto was the first to scramble inside and let himself fall on his back in the middle of the tent, immediately followed by Luna, who crashed upon him and sighed of contentment into his neck.

“Dude,” he whined, “you shouldn’t do that, I stink so much...”

“Don’t care,” Luna mumbled, “I’m so tired… how does Gladio fight with a greatsword every day… my arms are going to fall off...”

“He gives good massages,” Ignis informed, entering the tent after them but sitting in a corner while he took off his vest and shirt.

“I called dibs on that already,” Noctis answered, sliding himself next to Prompto. “Sorry babe.”

“I hate you a little bit,” Luna answered, but she held her arm for him to grab her hand and gently rub her skin, and she smiled.

“Who asked for massages?” Gladio entered the tent last, sat next to Ignis and grabbed Noctis by the waist to settle him on his legs. “Everyone’s getting massages, but I’m getting paid in kisses.”

Tongue on fire, Luna downed the plastic cup of water before her and immediately let out a small burp. Prompto laughed as she covered her mouth in embarrassment.

“Oh gods,” she whispered. “I'm so sorry. I drank too fast.”

Ignis offered an amused smile.

“Too spicy for you?” He handed her a slice of bread. “Eat this, it'll calm you better than drinking.”

“Thank you. I’m truly sorry, I…”

As she was taking it, Noctis let out a burp of his own and Ignis immediately turned to him, brows furrowed.

“Noct!”

“What? Solidarity,” he said with a shrug and a smirk.

“This is not…”

Ignis got cut out by Gladio, who burped so loud they all let out disgusted noises.

“Dude!” Noctis complained. “That was just too much.”

“Yeah, now our charming princess can stop feeling bad,” Gladio said, looking rather proud of himself.

“I am so sorry,” Ignis said, shaking his head. “They usually behave much better than…”

Again, he was interrupted mid-sentence but by Prompto this time, who put them all to shame with a sound so loud even the chocobos turned their head in curiosity.

“Nope,” Ignis said. “I lied. They’re terrible and can’t be helped.”
