for her hometown i took inspiration from the grocery store trader joe's hehe (trader joe's was founded in monrovia!!)

i loved the glasses in that one outfit and i wish she was able to wear them all the time, so i edited them onto her sprite for this

she grew up with just her mom and grandmother, and she spent most of her childhood cooking filipino food in the kitchen with them! she didn't meet her half siblings until they were in high school but she eventually became close with them.
