I was thinking about Choo Choo Charles and how much I absolutely love the design of the titular character, and having lil headcanon-y thoughts about like, what If he had more spider-like behavior- I mean, he’s more like a tarantula than a spider in terms of canonical behavior, since we never see him spin webs, and he manually hunts his prey like a tarantula- and thinking about other ideas, like molting, hissing, purring, the eggs, ect. Anyone else here an autistic spider enthusiast? Lol

Bonus random idea. Imagine alternate versions of train-bug monsters. I recently had the idea of centipede-type variant inhabiting one of those long black steam engines. One of these:

Try to envision it, with the many many legs beneath it, carrying it across the land at a horrifying speed. It’s armored iron exoskeleton making it very hard to damage, as it’s spine chilling screeching (coming from its steam whistle) echoes through the open space.

Expensive. Cause grandpa left us O gauge which is the bigger version #as opposed to more common and cheaper HO #and none of the british model companies make O gauge so there's less to choose from in that regard too #at least I'm a fcking normie and the locomotives I like are the basic bitch ones so it shouldn't be too hard to find models for them #no wonder the whole model club was old retired dudes who can blow their life savings on little choo choos
