Chris let out a sigh of relief as he stepped into his mother’s house from the back door, the cool air of the home giving him and Scott a reprieve from the heatwave outside. They found their Ma in her kitchen, putting away some groceries with a smile on her face as she saw her sons.
“I certainly didn’t expect to see you here today,” Lisa greeted, coming over to hug them both. She hugged Scott before hugging Chris, holding her oldest son's arms as she pulled away and told him, “I figured it would take at least another day for you to recover from the press tour.”
Chris laughed, the sound echoing through the otherwise quiet home. “Oh I’ll be going to bed early tonight, that’s for sure,” he assured her with a nod.
Scott smirked at the words, moving to grab a cup from a cabinet and fill it with water. “I’m honestly surprised that you didn’t just fly straight to San Francisco to see Nat,” he drawled, his voice booming.
“Yeah, it’s been what? A month since you’ve seen her?” Lisa asked, raising a brow as she dropped her hands from Chris’ arms and headed back into the kitchen, pulling groceries from the bags resting on the island counter.
“I was with her over the fourth so almost a month,” he corrected, leaning down to pet his Ma’s dogs as they danced at his feet. But then he thought back to his visit earlier in the month, at the fleeting moments they’d had together, but otherwise… he’d been alone. Nat’s schedule was busier than ever, if it was even possible, and she spent so much time glued to her laptop that he missed her even when he was there. “I miss Nat so fuckin’ much but I’m almost thinking about staying here.”
Lisa raised a brow suspiciously as she closed the fridge, tucking the reusable grocery bags into each other. “Oh really?” She asked him while she looked at him curiously.
“I’m just so exhausted. Going from filming earlier this year to the Lightyear press and right into The Gray Man press, I’m just so tired,” he murmured with a shake of his head as he leaned his hip against the island. “And now that I’ll be going to Atlanta soon for Pain Hustlers, I feel like I just need a break away from everything.”
“Maybe Nat could come out here instead?”
“Yeah I think I might ask her if she could,” Chris nodded his head. It wasn’t that he didn’t want to see her, in fact, the opposite was true but after being dragged from one interview to another then put on a plane to make another appearance and do the whole routine again, he was craving his safe space more than ever. He just wanted to be home and sleep in his own bed, have home cooked meals, and decompress in the place he felt the most himself. Chris ran a hand through his hair while he mused, “I want to see her so bad, but when I’m there during the week, she’s at work anyway so it’s not like we get to spend much time together.”
He watched as Lisa pursed her lips while she listened to his words. “Well maybe once you rest up a little more, you could go out for a weekend,” she suggested, her eyebrows raising hopefully as she looked at her oldest son. He shrugged his shoulders at that as he heard Scott’s small noise of agreement and sighed.
“I don’t have many more weekends before I start filming again,” he began as he stared down at the marble countertop. He’d gotten the official schedules for both shoots a few weeks ago, and there was virtually no spare time once he started the first project, but what little time he had left before was quickly getting filled up in Massachusetts. He hadn’t been home for a long stretch of time since the previous year, and even then he spent most of 2021 in Los Angeles, growing his relationship with Nat. He’d missed home, missed seeing his family, the kids, getting to just live without constantly looking over his shoulder. And the growing list of responsibilities from ASP that he’d been ignoring while working were piling up, and his schedule was full of tasks between now and the middle of August. By then, he’d jump right into the shoots around Florida and Georgia with the cast of Pain Hustlers to then be in Atlanta working for months on end for Red One, having no real opportunities to visit Nat in California. “I just hate to disappoint Nattie.”
“Honey, you know Nat will understand,” Lisa placated her son, looking at him seriously as she listened to his words. “She won’t want you to kill yourself just to come see her.”
Chris shook his head, explaining, “Oh I know she’ll understand, Nat always does.”
“I know a certain dog who will be happy that you’ll be around here for a while,” she pointed out with a small chuckle, shaking her head in amusement.
“You should have seen how I woke up this morning. Dodger was laying right on top of me,” Chris laughed, thankful for the shift in conversation away from him changing his and Nat’s plans.
Scott’s dry laugh cut through the room as he told their mother, “He’s been right on Chris’ heels all day.”
Lisa smiled at the comment, before her eyes turned curious and she looked at Chris as he finally sat down in a barstool next to Chris. “What were you guys up to today?” She asked them both, looking between them.
“Well…” Chris started as Scott bit his lip, turning to look at him as well. With both his Ma’s and Scott’s eyes on him, a smile crossed his lips.  “That’s actually part of the reason we came over…”
“Why’s that?”
A warm smile crossed his lips as his brain was able to switch from the exhaustion his whole body was clouded in, to instead thinking about the purchase he made hours earlier and the meaning that came with it as he told his mother, “I bought something for Nat today that I wanted to show you…”
He could feel Lisa’s eyes on him as he pulled the velvet box out of the plain white bag and handed it over to her. He watched as she flipped it open and saw the shining diamond ring inside as she gasped, “Chris, you got her a ring? You’re going to ask her to marry you?”
“Yeah Ma, I am,” a warmth spread throughout him as he said those words out loud.
Chris could see the tears glossing her eyes as she gasped, “Oh honey, I couldn’t be happier.”
“Me neither,” he shook his head almost in disbelief that this was really happening. His own tears started gathering in his blue eyes, making him blink furiously before he swallowed the emotional lump in his throat, “I think I’ve known for a while now that Nat was the one for me but when I was with her in San Francisco for our anniversary earlier this year I just… knew. I just don’t want anyone but her.”
“I knew from that first time I met her that you two would be together,” Lisa stated firmly before going over to hug her eldest son tightly.
“I think we all knew that one,” Scott chimed in with a chuckle from where he had sat down at the counter, knowing that Chris and Nat being together was something they all saw coming a mile away.
Chris had to wipe a hand along his cheeks, swiping away the tears as he admitted, “I just love her so much. I never even knew it could feel like this,”
“I’m so happy for you Chris. I can honestly say this is the best decision you’ve ever made,” his mother encouraged him with a hand rubbing up and down his back but then wanted to know, “When are you going to ask her?”
The question was one he’d been thinking about a lot but still hadn’t figured out an answer to, letting her in, “I’m not sure yet. I don’t really have a specific time so I’m just going to ask her when the moment feels right.”
Lisa couldn’t help but give him another hug, squeezing him tightly as she once again told him just how happy she was before the conversation shifted toward dinner and the brothers decided to stay and help get things ready. As Chris was pulling out the plates, his gaze drifted down to the ring box that was sitting open on the counter and felt the conversation happening around him seem to drift away. He picked up the box and looked at that sparkling ring, imagining what it would look like on Nat’s hand and almost finding it unbelievable that at the beginning of the previous year he hadn’t even met her, but now here he was ready to place this on her hand with the promise of forever.
He loved her so much it almost hurt and even as insecure and indecisive as he could be, this was one decision that didn’t leave any doubts in his mind other than the timing. With his schedule being full with two more movies and Nat being in San Francisco for her job, he didn’t know the next time that they’d get any extended amount of time together and although it left him at a loss on how to fully support her while he wasn’t there, he had come to see through their breakup that none of it mattered. Sure, it was a hurdle they’d need to figure out how to cross, but all that mattered is that he had Nat in his life and he wanted her forever. Chris knew that this was the best thing that could ever happen to him, but what he didn’t know is that while he stood here full of joy and peace, the woman he loved was across the country feeling desperately trapped in the new job and life she had chosen and felt more stuck that she ever had in her life.

Nat shut the creaking door behind her and locked the deadbolt, closing her eyes and leaning her head against the door as she felt her muscles tense. She looked around her dark apartment, feeling… indifferent to everything. Coming home had always been something sacred to her, her escape, her happy place, where she hosted friends, family, game nights, and movie nights. But here… she’d hole up for days over a weekend without having anyone here who would reach out to say, “Hey! Haven’t seen you this weekend, want to grab brunch tomorrow?”, only to hear a ping alerting her to new emails. It was no longer a place of refuge to her, instead, it felt like a place where she couldn’t take a deep breath, where she could never relax, where no one would come looking, or even stop by. She was completely alone here in this silent apartment, but the one bright spot that had gotten her through so many days was knowing that in one day, her apartment would be occupied by the heart-of-gold man that she loved so dearly. His laughter would fill the tiny space, his hands would rub her aching back, and his presence would fill the void in her heart that had been hurting so badly.
When her phone started ringing, she pulled it out and saw his name on her screen, bringing out the first genuine smile in a long time as she held it up to her ear and greeted him with a hello that sounded a lot less enthusiastic than she intended but just couldn’t seem to muster anything more.
“Hi honey, is this a good time?” He asked her, his voice filling her ear.
She nodded, suppressing the sigh that caught in her throat. “Yeah I’m just walking through my door,” she told him, hanging her bag on the hook by the door as she kicked her shoes off.
Nat heard him huff out a breath, his voice quiet as he pointed out, “Nattie, it’s almost eight there.”
She shook her head, frowning at his concern. She knew it was well placed, it always was. They cared about each other to be making those jabs at the other, but it didn’t mean her shoulders relaxed a little at every concerned comment he made. If anything, it made her feel a little worse. “I know, it just was a busy day,” she explained, her voice quiet as she turned on the lights and stepped further into the apartment.
“Will you promise me that you’ll have some dinner?”
“I promise I will,” she told him, glancing towards the shoebox of a kitchen before she headed into the living room, sitting down on the couch with a sigh. “I actually am a little surprised to hear from you. I figured you’d be asleep with you flying out here tomorrow.”
“That’s actually what I wanted to call you about,” he began, pausing as he sighed. Nat froze, listening as he finally asked, “Nattie, would it disappoint you if I didn’t come out to San Francisco?”
Her brows furrowed and her hand reached, plucking a few threads from the worn blanket on the couch as she fidgeted anxiously. “Is everything okay?” She asked worriedly, unsure if something had happened
“Yeah, yeah it’s fine, I’m just so exhausted,” he admitted and Nat could have been able to know that without his admission. The weariness in his voice was evident even if she hadn’t known how packed his schedule had been but kept listening as he sighed, “I feel like I’ve just been going non-stop for the past couple months and then with heading into doing two more movies this year, I just feel really overwhelmed. I just want some time to decompress.”
“Of course I’m sad not to see you but that’s fine Chris, I want you to take care of yourself,” Nat told him truthfully. In reality, hearing those words felt like a punch in the gut or as if all the air from her lungs had just been taken away. Having him come out to see her had been the one saving grace through all of this. She knew that if she could just make it to when she’d get to have his arms around her again, then maybe she could do this. Maybe that would help center her again, but in an instant that had been stolen away.
But she couldn’t tell him that. She couldn’t burden him with the knowledge of how much she was struggling while he was so burnt out and had to recharge before being thrown into filming again. Besides, he had warned her. He was the one who told her that this job wasn't for her and that it didn’t seem like the right move for her and he had been right. Nat just couldn’t let anyone, especially herself, know how much this job was taking a toll on her. It was just a job and the fact that she couldn’t seem to handle it only made her feel like even more of a failure than ever.
“I hope you know how much I want to see you and it has nothing to do with that,” Chris went on to assure her, but it brought little healing to her heart because all she could feel was that she was alone yet again. “I also figured that when I’m there during the week I don’t get to see you much anyway and thought that maybe you could come out for a weekend if you have time or I could come out there before Atlanta.”
“I’m not sure yet what my schedule is but we’ll figure something out. I want you to just decompress,” she rushed to tell him, trying hard to cover up the tears and heavy emotion in her voice.
“Are you sure, Nat?”
Nat just took a deep breath, trying to steady her voice before responding with, “I am, I want you to rest. I know how important it is to you to be able to be away from everything in Boston.”
“Thanks for understanding, baby. I love you so much and I’ll call you tomorrow, okay?”
Nat pushed out a quick “I love you too” before hearing the line hang up. She couldn’t even pull the phone away from her ear before silent tears started spilling out of her eyes. With a shaky finger she clicked the red button before trudging over to the couch where she laid down and grabbed a pillow, clutching it to her chest as the tears just wouldn’t stop pouring down her face.
Nat was so proud of Chris. She was so proud of all he’d done this year, pushing himself with the films he was doing and going through the press tours he hated so much while traveling the world in a whirlwind. She was so happy that he could recognize when he needed a break, and just decompress. She was so glad that he had a place to do that, where he had a home to just be himself and relax but right now she just hated it so much that the home wasn’t with her.
Using the sleeve of her sweatshirt, she furiously wiped at her eyes and sat up. Nat tried so hard to just pull it together, but the moment her eyes glanced out the window of her apartment and she saw the almost tauntingly beautiful view of San Francisco, heavy sobs started pouring out of hers as those tears that she had just wiped away were quickly replaced. Just one look at that view reminded her that she was here in the city by the bay, completely and utterly alone.
She had always loved her job, working as an animator was truly a dream come true. Nat was just a normal girl who had been given an incredible gift by having a father who believed in her, sending her to art school to follow her dreams but it felt like somehow her real dream, the real longing of her heart had slipped through her fingers. Nat had been so happy working at Disney, settling into a life in California over the past decade and having an incredible group of friends, including Mark and Jamie who had become more like family to her.
But COVID had changed everything for her. In that time frame, her engagement to Shane had ended, Nat had become so much more self assured and knew who she was, but after being able to spend months at home with her family, she had moved back to California with a loneliness in her heart and a longing for something more. For the first time in her life she had seen how much she wanted more than her job. She wanted her own family and to be able to love someone and have them love her in return.
And then Chris came into her life.
So much had changed since he’d made his unexpected entrance in her life and Nat had found out so many more things about herself and what she wanted. He helped her to rest in who she was and embrace what it was that made her… well, her. He was her best friend and gave her peace in a way that she couldn’t quite explain. But there was still a part of her that let those little voices into the back of her head, remembering the looks she’d gotten from people when she was younger and said her dream was to be an artist. She remembered the jokes so many made when they asked what she was going to do for a ‘real job’ and the sting of that in her formative years still was underneath the surface.
Nat’s fingers were clutching tight on that pillow as she thought back to her dad dropping her off at art school as he hugged her tightly and told her how proud of her he was and that he knew she’d do great things. Ever since then all she had wanted to do was prove him right, to show everyone she wasn’t just the overemotional chaotic artist little sister behind two intelligent successful older sisters who seemed to be able to do all the things she viewed herself incapable of.
So here she was. Accepting this job that she thought would somehow prove something. That somehow would be the icing on the cake of ‘See? I can be a successful artist’ but all it had done was show her just how right Chris had been about all of this. This wasn’t what she wanted. She hated every bit of this job. She wanted so much more than this now. She wanted Chris. She wanted a family. She wanted to create for herself. But there was no turning back now. There was no way that she could go to her boss only a couple months after starting and basically say she wanted to be demoted, especially when her position back in Burbank had already been filled. Not to mention that she had taken a stand with this job and Chris, resulting in them temporarily breaking up. That felt like such a huge failure in her mind and that was something Nat simply just couldn’t take at the moment.
So here she had been, putting her nose to the grindstone and putting in her hours, trying to get through the days with the light at the end of the tunnel being August. The month when she’d get her best friend back. When she’d finally get to feel his arms around her. When she’d finally not dread the weekends and spend them crying in bed but instead fill them with laughter and happiness with Chris. When she’d finally get to relax for the first time in weeks. Knowing that he was coming to her was like a lifeline, knowing that she just had to make it until then and then hopefully things would be better. But now it felt like that lifeline that was dangling just out of her reach was snatched away and she was left drowning.
But there was no way she could ask him to come. It was just too selfish. She couldn’t possibly know just how packed his schedule had been and hear his weary voice saying how much he just needed to go home and then ask him to come be with her instead. So here she was. Sitting alone on this couch, tears streaming down her face as she felt completely alone and completely stuck.

Twin Flame - Chapter 3
Warnings: smut right out the gate. 18+
"Fuck doll…" Chris let out a deep moan as his hard length hit the back of her throat, his hand cupping the side of her head, holding her long hair back, "Baby, stop…" Chris nearly groaned, watching as she looked up at him through her dark eyelashes, his hand reaching for her upper arm, pulling her naked frame up, "If I'm gonna come, it's gonna be inside of you…" Chris spoke as he pulled the woman close to him, effortlessly lifting the dark-haired woman with ease, her legs wrapping around his waist.
"Ohh…" Aria moaned out as Chris thrust into her dripping core in one fluid motion, "Chris…" her nails dug into the skin on his back, her head tilting back as his hot mouth attacked her neck, nipping and licking at the soft flesh.
"You're perfect." Chris groaned, "This pussy is perfect. Made for my cock." Chris thrust deep inside of her, her back arching at the depths he was reaching, "Who's this pussy belong to?" His hand wrapped around Aria's throat, forcing her to look into his eyes, "Answer me, baby."
"You…" Aria moaned out, "This pussy is yours." Aria shuttered, "Only you…" she felt her climax building, the sight of the man in front of her, naked in all his glory, sweat forming on his toned chest, his long hair dangling down, his eyes moving between hers and the area he was assaulting with pleasure, biting his bottom lip every so often, "Fuck, I'm going to come." Aria nearly growled.
"Did I say you could doll?" Chris slowed his assault, causing a whine to escape from Aria's swollen lips.
"Please…" Aria managed to plead.
"Please what?" Chris continued his slow thrusts, every so often thrusting into her hard, "Use your words angel…" he ordered, causing a shiver to run down Aria's spine.
"Please…" Aria spoke hoarsely, "Please daddy, let me come." she managed, her hands gripping at the wooden table she was laying against, "Please…"
"Fuck…" Chris moaned, his thrusts picking up at the sight of the woman below him, "Come for me gorgeous, come all over my cock…" Chris nearly ordered, watching as the woman's hands went to her large breasts, kneading the flesh and plucking at her nipples as she met his thrusts by swirling her hips, "That's it, baby, that's it…" Chris coaxed, feeling her walls start to tighten around his rock-hard length, "Jesus."
"Chris!" Aria's head shot back, her climax possessing her body, her hips moving to ride out the waves of his delicious assault, causing Chris to fall over the edge, his hands gripping her hips, "Aria, baby…" Chris growled out as he shot his hot seed deep inside of her, "Mine." Chris's heavy body fell half on her, half on the desk, still buried inside of her. Aria's chest was rising and falling quickly, coming down from her high as she tangled her fingers in his dark locks.
Aria was slightly surprised that Chris had taken her right on his desk in his office, it was unintentional. She had gotten out of the shower, Chris was no longer lingering in the bedroom, so she went in search of him, in nothing but a towel. When she heard his voice coming from a closed door, she gently knocked, walking in a moment later. "Do you need to go?" Aria had questioned once they had come down from their highs, his body covering her naked frame.
"No." Chris answered, "I cleared my schedule for the day." Chris stated, "I want to take you to a few places." Chris added.
"What am I supposed to wear?" Aria questioned with a small laugh, "I don't think it would be wise to wander around in a towel."
"Well as much as I would love it, you're right." Chris stated, "I had my housekeeper run out and get you a few things, they're on the bed." Chris added.
"Chris, that isn't necessary." Aria protested for a moment, "I could have just stopped by my place." Aria grumbled, Chris, gave her his shirt to wear across to his bedroom, leading her there by her hand. Once Aria was dressed in a pair of distressed jeans, and a plain white t-shirt, she had slipped the high heels on that she had on the night before, tying her hair into a bun at the top of her head, and they were off into the city.
"So what's this twin flame thing?" Chris questioned, his large hand on her thigh as his driver came to a red light, knowing that two of his men, Andy and Tom were behind them in a different car.
"Oh god…" Aria laughed, "Summer was saying that you and I are twin flames. So I guess what it is, one soul is split into two people." Aria found herself playing with the ring on his finger, "Summer had this whole theory, she said that I should have a tarot reading done." Aria let out a little laugh.
"Well let's do it." Chris stated causing Aria to raise a curious eyebrow, "I'm serious, I think it could be interesting."
"She did give me the address of a woman she uses for her readings." Aria pointed out, grabbing her phone from her purse, showing Chris the address to tell his driver, "But what if…" Aria paused.
"What if ?" Chris questioned.
"What if she says that I'm going to die or something?" Aria grumbled, not knowing how she felt about hearing some sort of bad news. "As long as I'm alive, you are the safest woman in this city," Chris vowed to cause Aria's cheek to blush for a moment, resting the side of her head on his shoulder as he gave her thigh a gentle squeeze. As the car pulled up in front of the shop, Chris had opened the door, holding out a hand for Aria to follow as they climbed out of the vehicle, making sure his hand was locked with hers as they approached the small building.
"You sure about this?" Aria questioned.
"I'm sure." Chris kissed the side of her head, holding the door open for her as his men followed a few feet behind.
The small building had a mystical charm to it, with pictures and paintings of the universe, different tarot cards decorating the walls, and an older woman approached, pausing for a moment. Aria did not miss the look the woman gave the couple, causing her to furrow her eyebrows as Chris led her forehead.
"Hi, we are here for a tarot reading." Chris spoke, "I'm Chris, this is my girlfriend Aria." Chris introduced them both, shaking the older woman's hand.
"Gloria." The woman smiled, "Dear, you're nervous." Gloria turned her attention to the dark-haired woman.
"A little bit." Aria confessed, "Just first time jitters." Aria added, "It's nice to meet you."
"It's nice to meet you too my dear, please follow me." Gloria walked towards the back, the couple following and stopping at a circular table.
Chris had pulled out the chair for Aria, then took a seat next to her, his hand falling to her thigh as she scoot her chair in a little, giving her a comforting squeeze.
"So, I do not want to know any sort of information before hand." Gloria instructed as she pulled out a beautifully illustrated tarot cards, "I will start with you dear." Gloria spoke looking to Aria, causing her to give the woman a nod.
The woman spoke a prayer, shuffled the cards a few times and then began to pick out cards on a whim. Aria was glued to her seat, her leg bouncing slightly, curious as to what the cards had to say.
Once Gloria was satisfied with the number of cards, she examined them for a moment before speaking, "Oh dear, you've been through it, haven't you?" Gloria gave her a soft smile, "There is a man from your past who had hurt you deeply, but this wasn't by bad luck or anything like that, it was a lesson you were supposed to learn." Gloria explained, "This man, an ex-boyfriend of yours?" Gloria questioned causing Chris to raise an eyebrow and watched as Aria gave a nod, "What you went through was for a reason, to make you stronger, to know your worth, to know what you deserve." Gloria continued, "You have a strong aura about you now, people are drawn to you, especially men, you're a healer."
"They better not be," Chris grumbled, getting a small chuckle out of Aria and Gloria both.
"Your job, you are some type of healer?" Gloria questioned.
"I'm a therapist."
"That makes sense, you are easy to open up to, that is why people are drawn to you." Gloria looked to Aria for a moment before looking back to the cards, "You recently met someone, this was the right path for you to take, it won't be an easy path, but if you believe it's worth it, it will be what is meant for you." Gloria explained and Aria knew exactly what she was talking about when it came to meeting Chris because she had been silently having doubts due to his career path.
"Is there a way to see if we are twin flames?" Chris spoke up, causing Gloria to chuckle.
"Hunny, I don't need cards to tell me the answer to that one." Gloria spoke as she shuffled the cards laying out, "The moment you both walked in here, I felt the intense energy as you pulled up." Gloria stated, "You feel a strong pull to protect her and vise versa, am I right?"
Both Chris and Aria nodded.
"When you meet the other half of your soul, there is the connection, one that can not be explained, when you are away from this person, you feel it, not just physically, but energetically too, it feels like there is something missing inside of you that you can't explain. There is this void. It feels like a dark abyss is trying to swallow you." Gloria explained, "Meeting your twin flame is not a path for the faint-hearted, it's tough, there will be challenges, there will be forces trying to pull you apart, but if you stick together, it leads to a world full of bliss." Gloria spoke, "If you don't mind, I'd like to do a past life reading, I'm being drawn to do so."
"Okay…" Aria gave a nod, Chris completely in awe of what the woman was saying.
"Just as I thought." Gloria spoke after examining the cards laid out, "Chris, you have to think things through not just go off the handle, you were a very powerful man in your past lives, which led to a lot of trouble because you thought no one could touch you." Gloria explained, "You are carrying that into this life. It needs to stop because if you don't have more self-control, you won't get the life you are after." Gloria explained, "There is an outsider, a soulmate if you will, that is willing to step up and had stepped up in previous lives with Aria, because you wouldn't just think."
"So you're saying if I don't learn to have self-control, someone is going to swoop in and steal my girl?" Chris question.
"Pretty much." Gloria spoke, "Aria is a strong woman, but the thought of you being locked up, dead, or anything like that, she won't be able to handle." Gloria continued, "The soulmate will not fill the void completely, but it will be enough for her to finish this life without you."
"Damn." Chris huffed.
"Remember, there are things that we can not always see that try to force twin flames apart, the negatives in the world try to outpower the light connections that are forming. We are meant to raise the vibrations of the earth to a higher frequency than what the negative can do, so the negative tries to stop that, no matter the cost."
"Can you give me some good news?" Chris joked trying to lighten the mood causing Gloria to laugh.
"If you heed these warnings, you will have a long happy life with the other half of your soul." Gloria spoke, her eyes shutting for a moment, "Your father, he passed away?" Gloria spoke.
"Yes." Chris answered.
"He has a few messages for you." Gloria spoke causing the dark-haired man's ears to perk up, "He said to keep a watchful eye on those you think you can trust, not everyone is on your side." Gloria spoke, the man's eyes furrowing, his body going tense for a moment, "He also said to end it. You know what to do."
Chris felt the chills on his back, taking a deep breath, slightly confused but still having a feeling of knowing what his father was speaking about. He just had to do some investigation to make sure that he was thinking the same thing.
"Thank you so much for your time," Aria spoke, knowing that whatever Gloria had said to him had caused him to get spooked. Aria watched as Chris overpaid the woman who tried to protest, "There's no sense in arguing with him, he doesn't take no easily." Aria joked as they stood at the table with Gloria following.
Chris let out a small laugh as he made his way to the door, turning to look behind him to hold the door for Aria, but noticed that Gloria was speaking into her ear lowly, to where he could not hear, causing him to furrow his eyebrows for a moment before she thanked her for her time again, and moved towards Chris.

Day 16 Picture with Santa
“Christopher Evans you better be getting ready!”
Lola yelled through the house making sure her husband was not sitting in the room looking over another script. This year it was there turn to host the Christmas costume party their family has held for the past few years. It was her mother's idea to start this tradition and it has stuck with everyone since then. It was a thing Lola’s mother Christine started where the host would have to be Mr & Mrs. Clause.
Personally, this was Lola favorite thing about hosting anyways. She gets to pull out her special red and white dress with the matching fur lined slides. The woman was already dolled up and ready to get the show on the road, however Mrs. Claus without her Santa. Lola kind of figured that Chris wasn’t listening to her so she had to go to the office that he used when he is trying to get into character. Lola knocked before opening the door and saw that Chris had his headphones on and he was nodding off. The icing on the cake, he was already in his Santa clothes. Red slacks, with a crisp white button up and the red bow tie, untied, hanging around his neck.
The man thought he would study more of the script while waiting for his wife to get ready, which soon turned into the scene that Lola was standing in front of now.
She knew her husband was working overtime for this Avenger movie and he promised her that he would tire out so quickly, but after learning the script and the constant intense workouts she knew he must have been exhausted.
Lola tried to walk as lightly as she could making sure not to stir the man awake since she wanted a photo of him looking so peaceful yet sexy. The only mistake she made was forgetting that the flash was on causing the man to groan as he turned his head to the other side.
Lola let out a hitched breath that was caught in her throat before she took more pictures. She knew she needed to wake him. She laid her hand on his cheek before placing a kiss to his forehead, thank God for the nontransfer lipstick.
“Chris, baby, you need to get up. Everyone will be here soon.”
Her hand moved to his back rubbing small circles, hoping that the movement would be enough for the man to wake up.
Chris was tired, knowing that he stayed out a little too late, it was biting him in the ass now. Hearing his wife’s voice so close to his ear made him stir a bit before he opened his eyes; coming face to face with his beautiful wife.
He sat up in the chair, running his hands over his tired face before finally getting a good look at the woman standing over him. Chris was thinking just how lucky he was to have a woman like her in his life forever.
“Damn, I dosed. I’m sorry babe.”
Chris stood to grab the suit coat hanging up behind him on a hook. Lola moved to start tying his bow tie. Everything they did was like a seventh sense to them. They moved in unison not clashing with one another.
Smoothing down his lapels, Lola did a once over his suit and nodded in approval as her hands went back to his cheeks.
“Mom will kill us if we are running behind. I have all the food ready, none of the games.”  “Well then let's get going.”
Chris followed his wife back to the main area of his house and saw all of the decorations they put up every year for Christmas. This was his favorite holiday and having a big family to spend it with is always something he fawns over.
Lola goes back into the kitchen putting the finishing touches on some of the food, while Chris sets up all of the games they play every year, switching them out every so often so no one gets bored.
“Babe”
Lola poked her head around the corner from the kitchen to see her husband holding up the one game that was banned in the house. She just shook her head.
“I don’t think my father and uncle would like me whooping their asses again.”  “Come on we have to, when was the last time the cards were bought out?”  “The cookout.”
The man huffed as he sat the cards out of his wife's view site, but still not putting them away.
Another hour passed by in a flash and the doorbell to the couple's home rang and soon after came some tiny knocks. Chris yelled out that he was coming before he opened the door. His legs were immediately attacked by his two nieces.
“Uncle Chris!”  “Rily, Rowan! How're my two favorite ladies?”
He bent down to be on their level to shower them with kisses before standing back to greet his brother and sister-in-law. Lola quickly came from the kitchen, showing her face so they didn’t think he was alone. Although she loves her family, they are gossipers.
“Jamie~ Ty, You guys made it.”
Lola hugged her sister, and her husband, Jamie pulled from the hug and rolled her eyes, this was her telltale sign that she had tea and they would be talking later.
“Are we first?”  “Yeah, we said seven... it's six thirty.”
Jamie looked at her husband a little annoyed before she walked past her sister into the kitchen to start the night with the wine. Before Chris could close the door he saw his sister and her husband walking up with a bottle of wine in hand.
“Carlie, Will! You guys made it!”
“Of course, we made it Evans, your sister would kill me if we missed this.”
Will walked up and gave Chris the basic guy hug, before turning to his sister and giving her a kiss on the cheek. Closing the door, he left it unlocked so everyone else could just walk in. With some of the family there, everyone already separated, the men in the open area with eggnog in hand, and the ladies in the kitchen with wine glasses as they waited for the rest of the family to come, which wasn’t a long wait since everyone loves to be punctual.
“Alright, so to kick this year's costume party off, Chris and I would like to thank everyone for coming, and in good tradition, we got everyone a little something.”
Everyone watched as Lola and Chris moved to get all of the envelopes. This gift was all Lola’s idea, granted they always give a gift at the parties for the white elephant game, but she thought it would be a great idea to get everyone something that she knew they would like.
“So, Chris and I thought it would be a great idea to share the wealth of travel. We took all of our travel miles and gave them to you guys.”
Her mother tried to protest, but Lola held her hand and shook her head. She knew that this would make her mom a little uncomfortable, but it's been forever since anyone in the room went on an actual vacation, and between her and Chris they had enough miles to split them up between everyone with a bit left over since they travel so much.
“You guys didn’t have to do this.”
Lola looked at her father whose face was still as stone. She never knew her father to show much emotion on his face but he was a loveable person.
“Daddy, when was the last time you and mommy took time to yourselves?”
Lola waited for her parents to answer, but nothing came from them.
“The same question for everybody else? Chris and I have so much alone time, I’m starting to get annoyed looking at him.”  “Hey!”  “Sorry baby, it's true, you even do this thing when you fidget, it drives me crazy.”
Chris chuckled at his wife, knowing that she was trying to make a point before she continued to tell her family that they needed to think of themselves sometimes. After the gift-giving, they started the night off.
Every year when the families got together, it was always so fun. The kids would be on their own having fun, playing games, or even just talking about life. While the adults did what adults do... Joke around as much as they could since this would be the last family gathering before the new year.
They have gone through so many games already; Lola and Chris were losing like normal because Chris can never get the hang of the games as fast as his wife could.
“You know what... bring out the cards.”
Chris looked at his wife with a confused look since she told him no earlier but the competitive side of Lola started to come out, and the woman hates losing.
“Cards?”
Lola’s brother looked around before stopping at his little sister, shaking his head slowly knowing that this would no longer be a peaceful night.
“Spades baby. I’m whopping everybody ass.”
Laughter erupted through the group as those who knew how to play sat around the table while everyone else went conversing about things that happened in their lives.
“Alright, team it up. Chris, you are not with me.”  “What?”  “Baby, I love you... you suck at spades.”
More laughter was shared, as Chris playfully rolled his eyes at his wife, but she was right, he knew the rules, and still didn’t get the game, so he just sat out and watched as his wife won the first three rounds.
“Alright, you cheating cause aint no way!”
Lola looked at her uncle as she slides the stack of cards towards her while she chucked at looked at her sister who she was partnered with.
“Is he complaining J?”  “I think so, you know they say only losers complain about the game.”
The family was having much more fun than they anticipated. When the time came to finally take the family pictures. The host typically sits or stands in the middle. Lola was standing beside Chris while her parents were in front.
“Alright let's have the Claus’s for their family photo.”
Lola was about to take the seat that her mother was in but she was ever so slightly pushed into the lap of her husband by her sister.
“Whoops.”
Lola shoots a glare up at her sister before she made herself comfortable on his lap, instinctively his hand went around her waist while he was sitting up bracing to catch her if she fell.
“Hey, you have to be careful now.”
Lola tried to defend herself but Chris only patted her hip letting her know to let it go. The photographer was waiting for the couple the get ready before they point the camera at them.
“Alright say, Lola’s pregnant!”
The couple smiled big for the photo as their family heard the news that was blurted out before the flash came, catching everyone's reaction perfectly. There were happy screams, tears, and hugs for the couple as they got up from the chair.
It wasn’t a secret that they have been trying, they were just not having the best of luck, until two months ago when Lola made a surprise trip for the two to Colorado.
“Wait but the wine?”  “Cranberry juice.”
Jamie gave her sister the biggest hug before going over to Chris. The man was proud that he was finally going to be a father, and being able to share the news with his family was one of the main reasons he begged his sister if they could host this year.
After all of the festivities were done, the games were played and the food was eaten. The happy couple watched everyone climb into their cars and drive off in their respective directions. Lola closed and locked the door before meeting her husband on the couch, taking the space on his lap once more. His arms wrapped around her waist while her head lay on his shoulder.
“Tonight, was perfect.”  “Yeah, it was.”
Lola lifted her head and placed a light kiss on his cheek as she tried to move from being in his lap but the grip, he had on her. She was about to question his actions until she felt his hard cock poking at her backside.
“I’ve been holding that in all night. This dress had me in a chokehold all night, your ass on perfect display for me, and I had to act civil for the family. "
Lola loved that she was still able to conjure up these feelings in Chris. Knowing just how tired they both were, he didn’t try anything else, he was just going to go upstairs, take a shower and figure it out there, but then she sat on his lap, and that changed all plans.
Lola hiked her dress up a bit and changed the way she was sitting to straddling his lap, her arms went around his neck, pushing his head up to meet her gaze. She was moving her hips ever so slightly this was causing her husband to lose his mind.
“Why don’t I show you the real reason I sit on Santa's lap?”   “Ho, Ho, Ho!”
Without another word Chris stood, hoisting her up with him, Lola’s legs wrapped around his waist as he made his way to their shared room. Chris gave his wife a smirk before closing the door behind them.

Rhea Stella Pitt (born January 22nd, 2000) is an American actress and social media influencer. The daughter of Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt, she began acting at an early age with the role of Emma Geller in 'Friends'. Her first major film role came in the 2017 DCEU thriller 'Justice League'.
Pitt rose to international fame in late 2019, when she gained a large following on TikTok. Since graduating high school in 2018, she has been cast in big TV and Film projects such as the Marvel Cinematic Universe, The Fantastic Beasts franchise, and Netflix Original Series The Witcher, based on the fantasy books by Andrzej Sapkowski.
Early Life:
Pitt was born January 22nd, 2000, in Los Angeles California to actors Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt. Her ancestry is primarily Greek and English. Pitt has 6 half siblings, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, Maddox Jolie-Pitt, Knox Jolie-Pitt, Zahara Jolie-Pitt, and Pax Jolie-Pitt, all paternal half siblings, but maintains that they are still her siblings, regardless of parentage.
At age 4, Pitt began attending Crossroads School in Santa Monica, California. She remained at Crossroads until age 10 (2010), when she moved to Culver City, California, with her mother, and began attending The Willows Community School. Pitt remained enrolled until 2014, when she began attending Marymount High School in Los Angeles. When her mother was asked why she attended 3 different schools, Aniston said that "the schools were not willing to work with my daughter. They were not willing to give her the supports she needed, so we switched schools until I found those supports for her."
When Pitt was 5, she was diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Defecit Hyperactive Disorder), SPD (Sensory Processing Disorder), and GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). At age 12, she entered testing for ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), and received a formal diagnosis by age 15.
Also when she was 5, Pitt's parents, Aniston and Pitt, divorced. While custody forms are sealed with the divorce papers, a close contact to Pitt's father, Brad, stated that 'he had not seen Rhea since him and Jennifer split.' It has not been confirmed whether this is true, however.
In 2016, Pitt's father, Brad, mentioned in an interview that him and Pitt were on good terms, and that she has been visiting him regularly since 2012, and is very involved in her siblings lives, and loves them dearly.
In late 2016, Pitt's step mother, Angelina Jolie, filed for visitation rights with Rhea, as she felt Rhea was her daughter, regardless of blood relation. 2 months later, Jolie was granted visitation rights, and Pitt began to spend one weekend a month with Jolie.
In 2018, Pitt was accepted into UCLA and began studying Early Care and Education, in order to be an Early Childhood Educator. Rhea has said that while she has a huge passion for acting, she has an 'equally big, if not bigger, passion for children and teaching, and wanted something to fall back on should acting not work out.'
Career:
Rhea Pitt began her acting career at just 6 months old, playing Emma Geller in the hit sitcom 'Friends', the same show that sky-rocketed her mother to stardom. She played Emma until the show ended in 2004.
Pitt's second role was as Casey Mathis in her mothers movie, 'We're The Millers'. While another actor, Emma Roberts, was originally cast as Casey, Roberts dropped out due to unknown reasons, and Aniston suggested Rhea for the role after learning go the characters age change, from 20 to 14. The Los Angeles Times wrote "Pitt performs at such a caliber only expected from the child of such respected actors like Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt, and Angelina Jolie.'
After appearing in 'We're The Millers', Pitt took a break from acting as her mental health and grades were suffering.
In 2015, Rhea made a large comeback by appearing in Batman v Superman as Kara Zor-El, the cousin of Kal-El/Clark Kent. When Pitt was asked about her prep for this role, she said "I put myself through hell for that role, but I don't regret it one bit." Despite her role being quite big, she barely interacted with Henry Cavill, who plays Superman, and has stated that Henry forgot they were in the movie together, but are very good friends now.
In June of 2016, Rhea Pitt revived her role as Kara Zor-El in the 2017 DCEU movie, 'Justice League'. She filmed during her entire summer break, and finished in December, completing school with the help of a tutor, and her parents. Pitt received glowing reviews for her role as Kara, and was nominated - and later won - for Best Supporting Actress at the 2018 Emmy Awards at just 18 years old.
In 2018, Pitt played Donna Sheridan in 'Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again', the sequel to the hit musical 'Mamma Mia'. She was then cast as Andrea Prentiss, daughter of Emily Prentiss, in the final season of Criminal Minds that same year, which debuted in 2020.
In 2019, Rhea starred in season 2 of The Orville, written and produced by Seth MacFarlane, as Adela Grayson, the adoptive daughter of Kelly Grayson, played by Adrianne Palicki. When asked by Variety what she thought of almost constantly playing the daughter of the main character, she said "I love it. I love getting to be so many different people, in so many different worlds. I've been a daughter my whole life, and I love being a daughter, and I like to think that that bleeds into my acting."
April of 2019 also had Pitt announced into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, playing Laina Barton, the first non-comic book main character to be introduced into the MCU. She went on to play Laina in the Mockingbird movie which also saw Adrianne Palicki reprise her role of Barbara 'Bobbi' Morse, and Nick Blood as Lancelot 'Lance' Hunter.
2020 was a pivotal year for Pitt. She was cast in multiple projects, such as The Fantastic Beasts franchise (Ariana Dumbledore), Enola Holmes (Irene Adler), Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness (Rikki Barnes), Knives Out 2 (Megan Wallace), The Witcher (character not announced), and Murdoch Mysteries (Ella Lyrica). Rhea expressed excitement over all of the roles, posting excitedly on her social media.
Personal Life:
College Admissions Scandal:
In March of 2019, the College Admissions Scandal came to light, and Pitt, as well as her parents were accused of participating.
It was later revealed that the family was accused because of Pitt's friendship with Olivia Jade. Pitt was temporarily suspended from UCLA, but was welcomed back a few weeks later when it was proven that her application and acceptance were genuine. Pitt has also stated that she is no longer friends with Olivia Jade.
Advocacy:
As previously mentioned, Pitt was diagnoses with ADHD, SPD, GAD, and ASD all by age 15. Pitt has spoken very little about this, and has stated that she feels her parents are better educated on the processes of diagnosis, but does not support Autism Speaks, and has been proven to donate a portion of her earnings to the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, and Organization for Autism Research.
One of Rhea's childhood friends, Raeni Walmsley, has stated openly that "it didn't matter who you were, whether you were friends with her or not, and even whether she liked you or not. If she heard or saw you being criticized or discriminated for anything, she would go to war for you." Henry Cavill, her DCEU and Witcher co star has stated something similar, saying "Rhea is the one of the nicest humans I have ever come across. She is so welcoming, and warm, and supportive. The first things she asks her fans when she meets them is 'what are your pronouns?' so she can be as welcoming as possible, and I adore that about her."
Relationships:
While Pitt has not always been in the spotlight, she has had quite a few relationships with public figures.
She met Francesco Yates in 2016, when she was 16, and Yates was 17, almost 18. The two dated off and on until Yates turned 19. There is no information of the cause of the split, but an unconfirmed source close to the ex couple has said that the age gap and distance was putting a strain on the relationship.
Pitt was briefly rumoured to be dating YouTuber Daniel Howell (formerly danisnotonfire) but has remained that they were just 'good friends' and has shown tremendous support for Daniel and his partner Phil Lester (AmazingPhil) after they both came out publicly, and they are still friends.
When Pitt was 17, she was confirmed to be dating Henry Danger star Jace Norman, who was also 17 at the time. The two lasted for a little over a year, before deciding they would be better off friends, and are still very close to this day.
In 2019, she began dating Peyton Meyer (Girl Meets World), but the two split after just a year and four months, when Meyer allegedly cheated. The two haven't spoken since.
In 2020, Rhea was rumoured to be dating Pete Davidson, but maintains that it was just a fling. She's also said that due to rumours spread by an 'old friend', they split up, and are not currently on speaking terms, despite Pitt saying she misses his friendship, but wishes him all the best, and respecting his wishes.
In 2021, Pitt began dating Noah Centineo. The two seemed to be in a loving and fun relationship, but Pitt explained there was 'a lot of jealousy', but did not clarify from who. The pair split in August of 2021, while Pitt was filming Knives Out 2.
In January of 2022, Pitt was confirmed to be dating 'Captain America' star, Chris Evans. It was confirmed when he posted on Instagram, wishing Pitt a happy birthday, and saying "I am so proud how far you've come in your career, and you continue to amaze me with your talent every day. I thank my lucky stars each day that you are mine, and you chose me to love you."
The two split briefly in May of 2022, with the reason being 'a significant loss in the family', but rekindled less than a month later, and announced their relationship and how they've grown at the end of May, and are still together, posting about each other regularly.

In Alia Via - Blurb
‘In Alia Via’ means ‘life in a different way’ in Latin (as far as I know. I don’t speak Latin, so you can thank Google Translate for that). I’ve called it that because it’s the lives of the Marvel and Harry Potter characters and cast, but slightly differently than how we all know them to be. You’ll see. Next, I’ll introduce my original characters, and then we’ll get into the chapters.

Enjoy,

April 2022
“Hi Nattie.”
Nat felt as though her stomach was in her throat and she could do nothing more than stare at Chris – her ex-boyfriend – in disbelief. Her phone sat abandoned and ignored in her hand as it buzzed with a notification, watching the man who was no longer hers stand in the opening of the elevator, his hand holding the doors open as his ball cap sat low over his face.
Her heart pounded in her chest as she struggled to find something to say to him, hesitating for several moments as her brows furrowed even deeper and she pushed her curls back behind her ear nervously. Nat swore then that her eyes were somehow tricking her. There was no way that he actually was standing there, holding the elevator doors open in the lobby of that San Francisco hotel. So many questions started swirling in her mind, not knowing how or why he was here, let alone how he even knew where she was. But even in that moment of pure shock and plain confusion, there was a piece of her heart that knew this felt right, that somehow knew that there was something still holding them together.
“C-Chris?” She finally asked shakily, pausing to clear her throat and hopefully calm down a bit. She slipped her phone into the pocket of her leggings, then crossed her arms over her chest as she curiously asked, “What are you doing here?”
“...I wanted to talk to you,” he whispered, glancing over his shoulder quickly as a couple entered an elevator on the opposite side of the room. He turned back to look at Nat, raising a single eyebrow and added, “If that’s okay with you.”
“I’m just um, I can’t believe you’re here,” she admitted, blinking her eyes rapidly as she shook her head. She reached up absentmindedly, adjusting the strap of her purse before she paused and asked, “How did you know I was here?”
A slight grimace appeared on Chris’ face as he shook his head, glancing down at the beat-up sneakers on his feet. “Jamie told me,” he informed her quietly. He paused as the elevator behind them beeped and someone exited it, leaving the room without a second glance to them. Once they were alone again, he explained, “After I went to your apartment and you weren’t there, I asked him if he knew where you were.”
Nat’s brows furrowed deeply at those words, surprised at the admission. “You went to LA first?” She asked him in disbelief.
“Yeah, um, Nat, can we talk? Maybe somewhere more private?” He asked, a tight expression on his face as the sound of a large group approached from the lobby. But then he paused, staring at the mirrored wall of the elevator before he clarified, “...Do you want to talk?”
She hesitated, still reeling from the sudden change in events before she nodded and stepped to the side, telling him, “We can go up to my room.” Her hand hovered over the button for her floor as he removed his hand from the opening and stepped into the small elevator car.
It felt so weird to have him step into that elevator, leaving space between them while an uncomfortable silence settled over the space. She didn’t have a clue what to say or even how to feel in the moment. As her brain slipped back into memories of the previous weekend, Nat felt a pang in her heart as she thought of all those harsh words and the pain that it had caused. Tears prickled at her eyes as she remembered Chris saying he felt as if he didn’t know her and how easily he had wanted to draw boundaries on what she should be doing in life while he did exactly what he wanted.
She hadn’t thought their relationship was like that, and wanted to believe that it wasn’t and was just a massive misunderstanding. But when he slammed that door of her apartment, leaving her alone and in silence, she hadn’t thought even then that her phone would go quiet without a single text or call from him which only solidified that it wasn’t a misunderstanding. That was it. They were over almost as quickly as they had started.
Nat felt like her heart had completely broken in two. She had never felt love like she had with him, feeling fully known, fully celebrated, fully challenged, and fully loved by him in every way but having him leave so easily and holding her job decision over their relationship had caused her trust to be shaken. Nat had spent the last week feeling like this whole relationship truly had been too good to be true. At the end of the day he didn’t want her more than anything. He wanted her only as long as it worked for him.
The problem was that she still loved him. She still wholeheartedly loved him and didn’t know how she’d get that to stop. Nat was a headstrong person and wasn’t afraid to work hard, but the emotions that she felt so deeply and clearly made it so hard. She had thought this time was different. This time was going to be forever. But all of that had come crashing down with one simple argument.
But now she wasn’t so sure.
Seeing him taking her by surprise, standing here while asking her to talk gave her hope. It made her think that maybe he was feeling the same way she was. Maybe he wasn’t willing to give up as easily as he had seemed to. Nat had so many moments this last week that she had picked up her phone, staring at his contact as she thought about just clicking ‘Call’, but each time, that hurt and fear seemed to creep back up and resulted in her clicking her phone off. It seemed so hopeless and as if there wasn’t a point, but seeing Chris who had flown across the country – and evidently, the state too – just to talk to her made her realize that it wasn’t as hopeless as it had seemed even just a half an hour earlier. She’d been struggling to reconcile what their reality had quickly become, but now, face-to-face with the man who had admittedly hurt her so so badly, she felt her arguments and defenses weaken.
She got pulled back to reality when the elevator dinged and the doors opened. Nat tucked her curls behind an ear as she stepped out into the hallway and saw Chris out of the corner of her eye lift his hand, instinctively reaching out to rest his hand on her back as he followed behind her, just as he’d done so many times before, but then saw him drop it just as quickly when the reality of the situation dawned on him. Just that one simple action was enough to make her want to cry, hating the chasm that seemed to be between them.
They were never like this before, having been drawn to each other since the very first day they met, over a year ago. Even though their relationship hadn’t started until the previous May, he’d quickly become her closest companion before then. They were always affectionate, nearly always touching when they were around one another, and to see him hesitate to touch her for the first time ever… it hurt. It hurt almost more than the sound of him slamming her door did the week before.
Right then, Nat knew in her heart that although there were a lot of things that still were left unsaid and needed to be dealt with, she knew that she didn’t want it to be this way. She wanted him. She wanted to be with Chris and she was willing to work through the struggles that came with it because to her, he was worth it. As she pulled out her key to hold it up to the door, she felt emotions weighing down her chest, touched as she thought of him getting on a plane in what had to be the middle of the night to try to track her down. He had gone to so much effort just to talk to her, without any guarantees of a positive outcome, and the realization of that had tears forming in her eyes and she just couldn’t seem to hold back any of her feelings once the door was closed.
Now it was Nat’s turn to surprise Chris as she wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling her body up against his and pressing her lips against his. It didn’t take him more than a second to react, his hands coming to press against her back, holding her even tighter against him as he kissed her back just as passionately. Nat knew they needed to talk and work through this all, but she just couldn’t have gone one more second without him knowing that his effort to come track her down hadn’t gone unwanted and that through all of this, that she still truly, deeply, loved him. It was still there, she always knew that by how much pain she’d been in for the last week. But to know that what they shared between them was still there, still beating strong in both of them, unaffected by what had been fractured, gave them both something to continue fighting for.
When they couldn’t breathe anymore, they each finally pulled their lips away from one another but their arms stayed holding onto one another. They just stood there for a long moment before he brought a hand up to tuck some of her curls behind her ear, giving him a better view of her face as he looked down at her with so many emotions in his blue eyes.
“I love you, Nattie,” he told her, his voice low and wavering before he took a deep breath, shaking his head in frustration then admitting, “I was so stupid. So fucking stupid and I’m so sorry.”
The tears that had been threatening to fall since the second they saw each other finally spilled down her cheeks openly as her body shook with the weight of the words. He pulled her closer to him, his arms wrapped around her and holding Nat up as she buried her face in his chest. She let the emotions finally leave her system as he pressed kisses to her hair, quietly holding her until she finally took a deeper breath, gathering herself as she moved her face away from his now tear-stained tee shirt.
“I love you too,” Nat’s voice cracked as tears still cascaded down her cheeks while looking up into his arched eyes as she honestly spoke, “I’m sorry too Chris, I overreacted and I’m sorry and I just…I really really love you.”
When her words dissolved into more tears, Chris just pulled her right back against him, her head laying against his chest while he rubbed her back and comforted her with, “Shhh, it’s okay. Everything is going to be okay, baby.”
She felt his hand moving up and down over her back, the action soothing her as he tucked her head under his chin. Her ear was pressed against his chest, next to the spot where she knew his tattoo for Dodger was, but as she nearly clung to him, she recognized the sound of Chris’ heart racing below her ear. The rapid thumping of his heart echoing in her ear reminded her that it wasn’t just herself that was relieved, put back together from being broken. It was about the two of them coming back together as one whole unit instead of two fractured halves, something she hadn’t thought was possible before stepping onto that elevator today.
Breaking the silence, she felt his low voice rumble in his chest as Chris spoke, “I know there’s a lot we need to talk about, but I just want you to know that I adore you Nattie. I was such a fucking idiot and I’m so sorry. I’m just so sorry and I love you so much.”
“I just can’t believe you’re here,” Nat shook her head while she ran a hand over his chest that was covered in a soft tee shirt, almost wanting to remind herself that he truly was here. She brought her eyes up to meet his, still in disbelief as she asked, “You really flew all over just to find me?”
“If I wasn’t so stupid I would have done it a helluva lot sooner,” he admitted, his voice low and slightly amused as he chuckled to himself with a shake of his head.
“I still can’t believe you came here for me,” she whispered. She’d never be able to reconcile that – that he believed so strongly in even trying to fix this mess that he’d fly all over just to try to find her, with absolutely no idea if it’d even work.
But here they were. And she was so so so glad he tried.
“I love you Nat, and I just couldn’t give up on us,” he whispered to her, a soft smile on his bearded face as he stared down into her eyes.
She was completely out of words, unsure how to even say how she was feeling and instead just pulled herself back against his chest, hugging him tightly. He pressed a soft kiss to the top of her head as he held her right back just as securely, both feeling like everything was finally going to be alright.
They shared another long kiss, relishing once again in the feeling of being back in each other’s arms before they made their way over to the small couch, Nat leading Chris as she held his hand. She paused right as they came to a stop in front of the couch, dropping his hand to unceremoniously move the various clothes and her bag that she’d shoved onto the couch the night before, only so she could sleep in the messy bed behind them. Once the couch was clear of her things, she curled up next to him, bending her legs to let them rest in his lap, his hand dropping to rub along her thigh as they relaxed in one another’s presence.
“How’s Dodge?”
“Did you really just ask how Dodger was?” Chris asked, his nose scrunching as he laughed in disbelief. His voice was light and amused as he pointed out, “I flew across the country and the first real question you’re going to ask me is about Dodger?”
She simply shrugged her shoulders, a smile spreading across her lips as his hand kept moving over her legs absentmindedly. “Well he’s clearly the best part of being close to you,” she joked.
His voice was low as he pulled her impossibly closer to him with the arm that rested over her shoulders, admitting more to himself than to her, “God, I fuckin’ missed you Nattie.”
Reaching out to rest her hand on his chest, fingers brushing against his necklace as she admitted, “I was so afraid I’d never see you again.”
“I felt that too which is why I just couldn’t stand it anymore,” Chris spoke truthfully, fingers curling and uncurling against her leg, just happy to feel her underneath his touch once again.
There still was an elephant in the room though, one that couldn’t and shouldn’t be avoided and they both knew it. Although they both would have loved to just stay in that happy and relieved moment, Nat spoke what they both knew to be true and said, “I think you are right though, I think we need to talk about…everything.”
“Do you want to talk now or do you want to go get something to eat first or just have a break for a while?” He asked her, his voice small as his fingers tapped on her leg softly.
She pursed her lips as she thought. She was hungry, that was undeniable, and her goal earlier had been to go find some food before she ran into Chris. But putting off this conversation would do them no good, especially if she knew Chris was only a few floors away, pacing in his own room before they talked it out fully. “I think I’d rather talk now,” she began slowly, pausing to sigh as she shook her head and confessed, “I just don’t even know where we went wrong, Chris. I feel like everything just blew up suddenly.”
He took a deep, steadying breath, his nostrils flaring slightly as he nodded his head. “It did, but I think where we both went wrong was walking away instead of just tabling things until we were more clear headed,” he pointed out.
“I know you’re right,” she agreed with a whisper. It was easy now to point out the faults in everything, seeing things clearly once the dust had settled. But they had to do some work before things got to an okay place. As his hand sat on her shin, she pushed the rising anxiety back down inside her and mustered up the courage to tell him, “I know I overreacted and I’m sorry for that. I know I can get all spun up and too emotional about things but I just felt really… alone. I felt like you weren’t listening to me at all.”
A small sigh escaped Chris at those words, and she knew that seeing the other’s view for the first time wouldn’t be easy for either of them, but it was certainly necessary. “Nattie, I want you to know that I really was trying to look out for you. I really was just trying to make sure you were doing what you want, but when you told me that you wanted to do it, I should have supported you and I didn't. And I'm sorry for that.” He simply apologized, his thumb moving in a small path over her leg as he spoke.
“I know you were Chris and I’m sorry I didn’t really give you any room to voice your concerns. If I ask for your opinion, I need to be ready to listen and I wasn’t,” she apologized. She recognized her own faults in the argument, she had since the second he stepped out of that apartment in a fury. But the fault laid on both of them, and she needed him to admit that.
He nodded slowly, fingers tapping an anxious pattern on her leg as he said, “I just didn't think that this job was something that you wanted to do and I think it surprised me and I didn’t really understand why… although I still don’t.”
Nat nodded, knowing she hadn’t been able to give him the full reasoning behind this move. She ignored the way her heart was racing with adrenaline, anxiety, and nerves, and instead explained, “I really thought that this job would be the answer to so many things. I thought it would give me better hours for us to be together, I’d have more flexibility to go home and see my family, and I’d be putting so many years of hard work to use and having a great career in art.”
Judging by the tender look that had crossed his face, she knew that the vulnerability in her voice must have been evident and he shook his head softly for a moment before his eyes came to look right into hers, “I’m sorry that I didn’t support you and I promise that I’m completely on board for what you want, Nat.”
“It’s not an excuse but I think I’m just a little extra sensitive because of Shane. He expected me to just drop my career for him and I was feeling like you were willing to go film and sign onto new projects but didn’t want me to keep moving up,” she tried to explain. Nat wanted him to see how what he had been asking her to do was something he wasn’t doing himself. “It wasn’t fair to project that onto you though. I let my emotions rule me rather than relying on what I knew was true about our relationship.”
“I’m not going to lie Nat, that really did hurt me that you felt like I was just trying to control you and not that I had your best interests at heart,” Chris’ voice was soft, his hand lifting up in the air as he thought of what he was trying to say before it fell back down to rest on her knee, “I want you to be able to trust me.”
“I do, Chris, and I’m sorry. I really am,” she honestly apologized, dipping her head to the side to catch his eye. “I think what wasn’t okay was that you wanted everything to revolve around your schedule and not taking mine into account. You signed onto new projects and wanted me to come see you but then complained when I’d have to work longer because of taking time off to see you.”
There was something in his voice that was almost unrecognizable that she didn’t understand was fear until he told her, “I was just worried about you working so hard.”
“Something to keep in mind though is that you have an irregular job,” Nat wanted to be sensitive to his feelings but also wanted him to be able to recognize how wildly different his life was from most peoples. “You work hard, but you don’t go to work every day and never have and most of the people you’ve dated had a similar schedule. I think some of it you just don’t realize what having a more regular career is like.”
He blinked a few times as he stared at Nat, a perturbed look settling over him as he admitted, “I guess I hadn’t thought of that.”
“I feel like you were only looking at it through your point of view,” Nat pointed out to Chris, starting to touch on the root of the issue on his end.
“Nattie, I really wasn’t trying to be selfish. I just didn’t think that this job was a good fit for you,” he still wasn’t changing his mind on his reasoning but went on to explain, “But what I realized is I don’t think we have to agree. I care more about us being together than all the other shit.”
“I feel that way too,” Nat couldn’t help but reach out to rest her hand on his bearded cheek, her thumb stroking softly as she told him, “I love you so much.”
At first Chris didn’t verbally respond, but the tenderness in his blue eyes said everything he needed to. His hands came to rest along the sides of her waist, leaning in slowly, his lips brushing against hers before he whispered, “I love you,” before crashing their lips together.
Nat melted into the kiss, moving to lay back against the couch as Chris followed her down and kept kissing her and moving against her until they both were seeing stars. She realized just how true Chris’ words were, how they truly didn’t need to agree or always see eye to eye, but what they did need was to be together.
Everything felt like a blissful blur as they peeled each other out of their clothes and let their hands start to explore warm skin and hear soft sighs. Nat swore it didn’t even matter what he was doing, but just feeling him again was pure heaven as she was reminded that they belonged to one another. They needed one another more than they even knew and Nat knew now, in her heart, that they’d always have each other, no matter what.

--------------------------------------------------
Y/n sat staring at the star studded cast in front of her at the reading table. Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr., Tom Holland, Elizabeth Olsen. It was wild all the people she had spent her whole life looking up to, and here she was, about to film a whole Marvel movie with them.
This was new territory for her too. A whole new genre of movie, different from the horror movies she was known for. The rest of the cast didn’t watch her movies so they didn’t know how she worked.
“Y/n? You okay?” Chris Evans asked waving his hand around in front of her face. “You zoned out there.” He added softly to the teen who flushed slightly and nodded looking down at her hands. “Have you done enough reading now? Are you ready to get into costume and makeup?”
Y/n paused for a moment picking at her fingers before she looked up and nodded. “Yeah. Ill go get ready. I’ll see you guys tomorrow?” She took a quick glance around at everyone who shot her small nods before she disappeared. When she finally came to set, fully ready for her scene, her manager waved her over.
“Okay… lets get this over with guys.” She said, her manager chuckling at the bored look on the teenagers face that was currently covered in bruises and blood, her clothes hanging off of the girls frail body, a gash across her face where a scar usually sat on her characters face.
She was filming her background scene, how her character, Maddison, got where she was, fighting with the Avengers. The torture and pain the character had gone through obvious with the way she was dressed. “Alright you, are you ready to scream?” Thomas asked the girl with a grimace, knowing what he had to pretend to do to the girl. She nodded and stepped on to the set, a cold damp cell that had red splatter all over one wall, showing what she was supposed to have gone through. Thomas stepped forward, the director getting ready for filming, unknown to the teen, the rest of her cast mates stepped in to the studio, hiding in the shadows.
Scarlett elbowed a nervous looking Lizzie who motioned to the makeup on the girls face, the blonde shook her head slightly motioning to be quiet with a finger to her lips. Evans eyes widened as he studied the gash on the girls face. They all knew it was makeup, but as they had grown protective of the young girl, it scared them all. The all focused in on the girl when the director called action.
--Filming scene--
Maddison, a 13 year old girl who had been kidnapped by Baron Strucker at the age of 5, sat huddled against the bloody wall, her whole body shaking as she slowly lifted her head, a giant gash across her face, towards the man standing in front of her. The man merely raised his hand that held a ragged, rusty dagger and slashed down at the girl, her face getting slashed.
The girl let out a blood curdling scream, a scream so loud it even made Strucker take a step back out of shock. The man then turned on his heel and slammed the cell door closed whispering to the girl. “No one will ever want someone as disgusting as you.”
--Scene over--
The director called cut and y/n stood up and with a lack of emotion on her face and grabbed her water bottle. She had barely gotten a sip of it when she was collided with, a pair of arms wrapping around her, gripping her tightly. The teen squeaked as she tried to move the blonde hair to see the horrified look of all her adult castmates standing around her. She patted the back of what she assumed to be Scarlett with a look of confusion running across her face.
“What was that?” Mark asked as he nervously twisted his hands. “How did you bring that up? That was so real…”
“What do you mean?” Y/n asked as Scarlett finally pulled back. “I’m confused?”
“It was very convincing sounding darling.” The actress said, one hand not leaving the teens arm. “Are you okay?”
“Oh. I’m fine?” She responded. “I did- have you guys never seen any of my movies?”
RDJ looked at the girl sheepishly. “Your movies are intense kid… theyre a little scary for most of us.” The teen barked out a laugh shaking her head.
“My whole career I’ve only done horror movies, that scream just is what it is at this point. Nothing behind it, just 5 years of perfecting it.” She said with a small shrug and a small smirk on her face.
“Jesus kid, you gave us a heart attack as a whole.” Hemsworth chuckled as he ruffled the girls hair making the teen roll her eyes with a small smile as she was called back to the set.

Curious Question…
Which would you prefer to read first???
1.) Mob!Chris Evans being in love with his step-sister who he has had intimate encounters with over the years (both adults) — but is set to marry another man?
2.) Mob!Bucky Barnes meeting a woman who is dating his biggest rival which leads to an affair with the woman who he happens to fall in love with, stopping at nothing to be with her?
Or maybe the storylines flipped? 🙃
Warnings would include : fluff, angst, fluff, mafia drama, violence, possessiveness, smut and a whole lot more.
Make sure to leave a comment which you would like to read first one or two, either way you’ll eventually get both. 😉

𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: dark alpha!Steve Rogers x naive omega!reader
𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: smut, dark!Steve, daddy kink, misogyny, alcohol consumption, mentions of: inebriation, dubcon, noncon, innocence kink, thigh riding, dry humping, public sex, a/b/o dynamics.
𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: Steve takes his omega to her first college party. (A drabble for my fic, preying on you tonight. This drabble is set after Steve mates with omega, but before she finds out she’s pregnant.)
Tumblr media
“Steve, I’m kind of scared.”
The words fall past your lips in a soft whisper, and you clutch harder onto Steve’s hand, practically burying yourself beside him as you both make your way towards the frat house. Already, the party seems to have spilled out onto the lawn – there’s beer cans littered everywhere, a pool filled to the brim with half-naked people and even two alphas fighting while a crowd forms around them. You’re scared to find out what’s happening inside the frat house.
Steve snorts, “Why would you be scared? Haven’t you ever been to a party before?”
Your silence is enough to answer the question – and you can’t help but feel embarrassed. Already more than halfway through your first year in college, and you haven’t even been to a frat party. But it barely seems like your kind of get-together anyways.
“What if people make fun of me?” You ask him, your other hand reaching up to clutch his muscular bicep.
“They wouldn’t make fun of you, omega. You’re with me.”
You grimace, looking down at your outfit for the night. You didn’t really own any party clothes, or anything even remotely sexy like a bodycon dress or the pretty crop tops that you see the girls around you wearing. And earlier, Steve had barged into the bedroom, announcing he was taking you to his friend Thor’s house and barely giving you any time to pick a proper outfit.
You were dressed in your white cashmere sweater and matching pink and white pleated skirt – something Steve had picked out for you to wear to the lecture that morning, and certainly not appropriate party attire. Already, you could see some girls sneering at you, and laughing, and staring, and –
“Can’t do this, Steve.” You stop dead in your tracks, anxiety rising like a tidal wave from within you, and you look up at your alpha pleadingly “They’re gonna laugh at me.”
Steve looks bored as he tugs you along, “If they do then I’ll kill them with my bare hands,” He says casually, pushing you forward so that you’re standing in front of him with his palm pressing against your lower back, “Even if it’s a girl.”
You have no idea what to make of his casual confession that he’d beat up a girl for you, so you just keep your lips pressed in a thin line and let him guide you to the front of the frat house. Scratch that, the place might as well be a haunted house with how fast your heart’s beating as you both approach the door.
Standing silently under Steve’s arm while he greets his alpha friends is easy enough. They’re loud, obnoxious and misogynistic – much like Steve himself. Some of them don’t even acknowledge you, others give you leery looks when they think Steve isn’t looking. A freshman – same as you – who you recognise from the football team, is one of the few alphas who greets you.
“Hey. How’re you doing?”
You’re about to open your mouth to answer, heart pitter-pattering because someone’s actually spoken to you, but Steve beats you to it.
“Jensen, stop fucking flirting with my girlfriend.” Steve seethes, a look of pure irritation on his face as he wraps his arm around your waist and yanks you closer, “In fact, don’t even look at her. Go stand in that fucking corner over there. No, not there. There.” He shakes his head in disapproval, watching as Jake obeys his orders, “I swear, that kid is fucking useless. God knows how he got on the team.”
“He wasn’t flirting, Steve. He was just saying hi.” You murmur, feeling bad for the guy. From what you’ve seen, Steve tends to pick on him a lot.
Heated blue eyes look down at you, “Do you want to fuck him?”
Aghast, you shake your head, “What? No! No, I don’t–”
“Then don’t fucking speak on the matter. You know you’re not allowed to talk to any other guy and they aren’t allowed to talk to you.”
You bow your head, squeaking out an apology because you don’t really want to see Steve get angry right now. And the blonde immediately relaxes once he sees your display of submission, slipping on his charming smile how one would slip on a mask, leaving you wondering how exactly it is that he does that…
Steve’s friend Thor looks friendly enough, but still intimidating with how he’s got a beer can in each hand, one of which he offers to you. And Steve doesn’t seem to have a problem with Thor speaking to you, maybe because the other alpha has a redhead next to him who he introduces as his girlfriend, Natasha.
“No, thank you.” You answer politely as the huge blond holds a beer up to your face, “I don’t drink.”
Thor rumbles with laughter, “You’re in your first year, kid – of course you don’t drink. That’ll change soon, mark my words.”
Natasha slaps her boyfriend on the chest, “Oh, shut up, babe, stop trying to act all wise.”
You gape at the two of them, waiting for Thor to reprimand her but all he does it throw his head back and laugh. You can’t believe it! How has Natasha gotten away with talking to her alpha like that? You can’t imagine ever telling Steve to shut up – he’d probably spank your ass raw before you even got the first syllable out.
Steve pulls you into a secluded corner, pushing you up against the wall, “You don’t drink, huh? I didn’t know that.”
You shake your head, “Alcohol is scary.” Your mind momentarily flits back to some of your mother’s old boyfriends, the stench of alcohol on them, how mad they would get… You blink several times to get rid of the memories, “Plus, it doesn’t taste very nice.”
“So your tolerance is probably very low, huh?” Steve licks his pink lips, grinding his hard crotch into yours and you feel your face getting hot.
“Um, I guess…”
“Bet I could give you one of those fruity drinks – a cocktail with a cute umbrella. It’d taste like juice and you’d be none the wiser…” His lips are at your ear, and you can’t understand why he’s suddenly so hard over the thought of giving you a drink. You feel his teeth grazing against your ear lobe, his hand slipping down to grab your ass, “Bet you’d be all needy and stumbling all over the place after three sips…”
“P-Please don’t do that.” The thought of being drunk in front of all these people, of not being in control of your body and conscious – you can’t think of anything worse.
“You’d be completely dependent on me,” Steve presses his hips against you again, practically humping into you as your skirt begins to ride up and you squeak and scramble to pull it back down. “I mean, you’re already completely dependent on me, but just imagine how slutty you’d become after just one drink.” He licks the shell of your ear, “I know from experience that omegas get horny when they’re drunk. Bet you’d let me fuck you right here in the middle of the party – in front of everyone.”
“N-No, don’t want that!” You mewl softly, hating how you’re soaking through your panties as you listen to his words, feel his hand grope its way up your cardigan and past your bra.
“Mm, I think you do want it.” He peppers kisses up your neck and jaw, “Maybe on top of the snooker table? And fucking Jensen would probably cry, I know how bad he wants to fuck you.”
“P-Please stop, people can see us!” You beg him when you feel his hand going up your skirt, skimming over your panties which are completely drenched.
“C’mon baby, let daddy give you a little drink. One won’t hurt,” He teases you softly, “Don’t you trust me? Don’t you trust your alpha?”
Did you trust him? You weren’t too sure, not when he’d just revealed his plan of inebriating you and fucking you on the snooker table in front of everyone. All that did was scare you and make you want to run for the hills.
“Hey Steve, Thor and the other guys are calling you.” Natasha pops up, seemingly from out of nowhere, and you can’t help but breathe a sigh of relief. Steve, however, looks irritated beyond belief.
“Fuck off,” He says, not even dignifying her with eye contact as he continues to kiss your neck, “Can’t you see I’m busy?”
Natasha shrugs sweetly, “The guys wanna play beer pong and they need you to make it equal teams. And anyways,” She looks at you now, “Me and your girlfriend could get ourselves better acquainted.”
“She doesn’t want to be friends with you,” Steve answers for you, and you wish he didn’t because Natasha seems – cool. And fearless, the way she’s talking to the alphas as if she’s not afraid of them. How is that even possible?
But surprisingly, he gives in. And after pressing his lips against yours in the most possessive, head-spinning kiss he’s ever given you, he makes his way over to the other end of the room, immediately declaring himself captain and handpicking his beer pong team-members.
Natasha chuckles and shakes her head, “Steve’s bossy, isn’t he? Even for an alpha.”
Your breath catches in your throat, not wanting to say anything bad about Steve. The bond you share with him has also given you an unwavering loyalty to him. But you’re also scared that if you do agree with Natasha, and it somehow gets back to Steve, that he’d be mad.
The redhead grabs your arm, “And you’re ever bit as shy as Steve is outspoken.” And then she’s tugging you towards the stairs, “C’mon, let’s go upstairs. The music’s so loud down here, I can barely hear you.”
You let her pull you upstairs, heart thudding because what if she’s mean to you? But she seems nice enough, way nicer than the other girls who fraternise with the popular alphas. You look back to take one last look at Steve, and somehow, across the room filled with people, he seems to look back at you at the same time. But then Natasha tugs you upstairs and into one of the rooms.
“This is Thor’s room, but I’m here most of the time so it’s kind of my room too.” You can tell, the room has an omega’s touch. Flowery sheets adorn the bed, as well as tons of blankets and pillows, meticulously folded and arranged. Your hands itch for your own nest, packed with your own pillows and an assortment of Steve’s clothes and, of course, Steve Junior.
“It’s nice.” You say softly.
“Mmhm,” The redhead looks you over, “Cute outfit.”
“Thank you. Although I know it’s not party appropriate.”
“It’s still cute. I could see about five different guys staring at you when you and Steve walked in earlier.”
You gulp, “That’s not true.”
Natasha flops down on her bed with a loud thud, “Girl, please. Look at yourself. You’re like an alpha’s wet dream. No wonder Steve mated you as soon as he got the chance.”
You bite your lip, scrunching your eyes shut momentarily as memories of the forced mating come rushing back. Instinctively, your hand reaches up to touch your mark, which throbs as if on cue. Suddenly, Natasha’s next to you, arm around you.
“Sorry,” She whispers, “I can tell you don’t wanna talk about that.” And then her voice brightens, and you know it’s in a bid to change the topic quickly and you’re appreciative of that, “Hey, wanna play dress-up?”
“D-Dress-up?” You swallow harshly again, looking down at your outfit which your alpha handpicked, “Steve wouldn’t want me to.”
Natasha wrinkles her nose, “So? Honey, men don’t know what they want. That’s one of the ways us ladies can control them – with our bodies, our clothes.”
“C-Control them?” The idea seems so far-fetched, almost comical. You control Steve? You can’t picture it, not in a billion years.
“Yes. For example, this preppy outfit you’ve got on now – you could have half the alphas at this party eating out of the palm of your hand with how cute you look.” Natasha walks you forward till you’re standing in front of the full-length mirror, stroking your hair as you look at your reflection, “As for Steve, I’d love to see his reaction if you wore something totally different and risqué.”
You press your lips together as you regard the idea, “I don’t think I own anything risqué.”
Natasha grins, “Don’t sweat it. I do.”
Within the next twenty minutes, Natasha has you decked out in a black bodycon dress, tight and ruched, almost like a second skin, with the neckline dipping down to reveal more than a hint of your cleavage. She’s even done your makeup: a smoky eye and berry-coloured lip. And wow, you actually feel… sexy.
“Fuck. You’re genuinely so hot.” Natasha whistles, and for a split second, this awful feeling courses through your veins. What if this is all a cruel practical joke? But Natasha’s smile looks so genuine, you can’t help but relax.
“You think so?” You ask her softly.
“I know so.”
“Thank you.”
But your confidence seems to dwindle when you and Natasha make your way downstairs once more. What if Steve didn’t like your new look? What if he yelled at you in front of everyone? Called you a slut like how he used to? You can feel your palms grow all sweaty, but the redhead pulls you back into the main room anyways.
“He’s gonna have literal hearts in his eyes, trust me.” She whispers in your ear, “I’ve worn that dress for Thor and he loves it.”
Steve’s team has won the beer pong game, and he’s currently downing a bottle in celebration when you make your way over to him. It’s crazy, but in the twenty or so minutes you’ve been upstairs, you’ve actually missed him, your body yearning for him as it always does. You tug at his sweater, wanting to feel his heavy arm around you again.
“Hey, baby, you missed the best game–” Steve cuts himself off, jaw slackening slightly before he quickly closes his mouth, blue eyes open and alert as he looks you up and down, gaze so fiery and intense, you feel like he’ll bore holes straight through your body. “What the fuck are you wearing?”
Any confidence you may have had seems to dissipate almost immediately, and you shake your head, backing away, “I-I’m sorry, I know it looks stupid. I’ll go change–”
But he grabs you, beer forgotten as the bottle clatters to the floor, and then he’s dragging you back to the secluded corner, one hand covering your cleavage and the other one tugging at the hem of your dress, trying to pull it down over your ass. You’d find it almost comical if you weren’t scared out of your mind.
“You look…” He slams you against the wall, licking his lips and it’s as if he can’t tear his eyes away from your body, looking you up and down, up and then back down again, paying special attention to your cleavage, “You look so fucking hot.”
Oh.
You barely have time to squeak out a thank you before his lips are on you, latching onto your neck and straight to his favourite spot – your mark. Tonguing it, lathering it with his saliva before grazing his teeth against it, almost as if he wants to mark you again, mark his territory.
“But I didn’t give you permission to dress like a slut, did I, omega?”
“N-No, but – Ah!” You gasp when you feel his leg between yours, parting your thighs and your already wet core throbs at the contact against the rough denim of his jeans.
“My slutty little baby omega,” Steve coos, sponging kissing up your neck as he begins to move his leg against your pussy, making you gasp and moan and whimper in the process, “You like that everyone’s staring at your hot little body, don’t you? Your body which belongs to me?” His palm collides with your ass with a loud smack, “I mean, look at Jensen, over there in his corner. Bet that little douchebag’s busted a nut in his pants after seeing you in this little outfit. Do you like that, huh? Done being all meek and shy? You like being a slutty, attention-seeking omega now?”
“N-No!” Your words keep getting caught in your throat with how good his leg feels as it drives up against your pussy, the denim catching onto your clit and creating the most delicious friction, “W-Wore it for you, Steve! Th-Thought maybe you’d like it.”
“I’d like it better on the floor,” He whispers hotly in your ear, hands coming down to rest tightly on your hips as he begins to move you on his thigh. And your body is so compliant to his hold, the dress riding up till it’s practically bunched around your waist, your panties pushed to the side by his impatient fingers, your bare pussy leaving streaks of wetness on his jeans but neither of you seem to care.
“Want me to rip this slutty dress off you, huh, omega? Embarrass you in front of everyone at this party, make you walk out of here in just your panties? Since you suddenly like to show off your body so fucking much?”
“I…I thought you’d like it – ah! – something different!” You pant.
Fear ripples through you at his threat, mingling with the pleasure already coursing through your veins as you ride Steve’s muscular thigh. The lights are dim, but you can see over his shoulder: at least five pairs of eyes are staring at what’s going on. You recognise Jake, Andy and – of course – Bucky, amongst them.
“Where’s my sweet and innocent little omega, huh?” He tweaks your nipple through the thin fabric of your dress, and you can feel your climax looming closer and closer, “Where’s daddy’s baby, who’s so shy, she didn’t want anyone seeing her body?”
You’re already fucked out, but his hypocrisy shines through – because aren’t all the dresses and skirts he makes you wear to lectures almost just as slutty? They’re just more pastel-coloured and cutesy. Oh, to understand how Steve’s mind works…
“I like this slutty dress on you, omega.” Steve presses his lips against yours, before drawing back, “But I don’t like how everyone’s staring at what’s mine.” He gives your ass another hard slap, driving you forward and making you grind your pussy harder on his leg, practically dry-humping him for all you’re worth. “But don’t worry baby, daddy’s gonna buy you more dresses like this. You can play dress-up at home, too. In the privacy of our fucking bedroom.”
He begins moving his leg, grinding it into your sensitive, soaking pussy. Your clit, so engorged with pleasure, is almost overwhelmed by the sensations, and you bite down on Steve’s shoulder to keep from moaning out loud. You can’t believe it, never in a million years did you think this would be you – getting off on Steve’s thigh in the middle of some frat party that’s in full swing.
“That’s right, baby. Make yourself cum on daddy’s thigh. Not even a drop of alcohol in you, and you’re still acting like a fucking slut. But I know deep down you’re still my cute little baby omega, who dresses in the cute outfits your daddy buys you. My sweet girl, aren’t you?”
“Mhm, yes, daddy!” You can’t help but whimper as your orgasm crashes over you, and you continue to hump against his thigh as you ride out your bliss, the entire roomful of people forgotten, the pairs of nosey eyes watching you all forgotten too in your release, moaning his name over and over as you wet the denim of his jeans even more.
“That’s my little baby,” Steve praises you, practically holding you up against the wall as you go lax in his arms, “My baby in this fucking dress with your hot fucking body on display. God, I don’t know whether to fuck you or punish you.”
Either or both, he seems to have made up his mind that the night is over. Without saying goodbye to his friends, and not even giving you a chance to say goodbye to Natasha, he half carries and half drags you out the door, and you can’t help but breathe a sigh of relief, the veil of anxiety lifting off your heart as you get away from all the people.
“You really put on a show tonight, didn’t you, omega?” Steve remarks as he carries you over to his car, “Can’t wait to order some more slutty dresses for you, so you can give me a private show.” He gives you a kiss before opening the door and placing you into the passenger seat, and you smile faintly until you hear his next words:
“Oh, and you’re not allowed to speak to Natasha anymore. Clearly, she’s a bad influence on you.”
