Well Lovelies, I've learned that if I don't start writing my post at the gym, I just won't write one 😂
So anyway, I weighed in today at 129.4 lbs. I'm starting to see glimpses of abs in the mirror, and that excites me a lot. My bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding came in last week and it's got a really exposed back so I'm upping the amount of back exercises that I'm doing so that I can look ripped in the photos 😂
I got new shoes recently and decided to wear them today, since my old ones have a massive spot of black ink on them from the last time I was at the gym (I don't even know where it came from? My pen is pink and I didn't even have it with me at the time???) and I was soaking them in oxyclean.

Got home and didn't know what to eat since I didn't go grocery shopping today, so I snagged the pantry cookbook I bought from one of my favorite youtubers and decided I'd make shrimp fried rice; which was not the recipe in her Cookbook that I was looking at. I was looking at a quick stir fry but my frozen veggies leaned more toward fried rice than stir fry, so I did that since I had the stuff I needed for it. It turned out pretty tasty considering I didn't actually use her recipe and just kinda threw some sauces in there 😅
I am finishing eating and waiting for my husband to wake up so I can drive him to work (his car has a flat that can't be fixed til Thursday).

✧100 calorie blueberry muffins✧
I can't believe these are only 100 calories!
- they are perfect for birthdays, holidays or a sweet treat lol
-theyre a good size (not teeny tiny dont worry)
- can be vegan if you use the substitutes
recipe xx

cooking spray
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ cup white sugar (can substitute 1/4 cup Splenda!)
⅓ cup applesauce
⅓ cup skim milk
1 egg (can substitute w/ flax egg)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray 16 muffin cups with cooking spray.
1. Sift flour, baking powder, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
2. Mix sugar, applesauce, milk, egg, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl.
3. Stir flour mixture into wet ingredients until just combined. (dont over mix)
4. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, 20 minutes

Like not to be a bitch but if people think this is extreme and disordered then no wonder there are so many issues with obesity.
A cheat night every week, counting your alcohol intake and tracking restaurant meals is not anywhere close to disordered. Restaurant meals are usually incredibly calorie dense, alcohol is not even a necessity. People on prep are not having a cheat day every week or (usually) having alcohol.
And if you are serious about fitness and health, you don't want to be hungover and bloated all the time. Doing it occasionally is fun but the better you feel daily the more you will notice how those fun days impact you and sometimes it's just not worth it.

4 days into counting calories now and staying within my budget! yesterday i finally remembered to take a picture of everything i ate lol
i've been having slimfast for breakfast all week and it's been so key. only 250 calories, and it's got a lot of protein so i'm fine just having that until dinner.
so yesterday's calorie counts:
morning coffee (38 cals)
breakfast (250 cals) - slimfast
dinner (580 cals) - veggie burrito bowl with an egg on top
snack (493 cals) - protein pasta salad and a protein bar
snack #2 (30 cals) - plum
daily total - 1,391 calories
my goal is to stay under 1,400 calories. at my current weight and height my maintenance is 1,800.. so if i want to lose roughly 1 pound a week then 1,300 - 1,400 is perfect for me!

Alrighty, tracking my food again starting today, not sure what day/days I plan to do weight checks on yet but, I mean small manageable steps at first right? That how I make this successful? Aiming for the 1-2lbs a week loss and I'm saddened by how far I let myself slip back. I using MFP this time around so we will see how this goes.

Not sure what is up with the .4 but I am loving that I am pretty stable and seeming to continue downward.
I am going to be focusing on some self care and taking care of my girlfriend's dogs for the next week and a half or so so she can go on a much deserved vacation.
I am going to be going to my infrared sauna and aqua massage. I bought a ton of credits a while back and I intend to use them all. I feel like I have made significant strides recently. I want to keep my head down, my mouth shut and keep going.
Been jamming to music mixes on YouTube by a guy named Rammor. They make me so freaking happy.
I am also focusing on doing daily mind work. Meditation & hypnosis, guided visualizations, positive affirmations, mind talk stuff. I think I was holding onto negative messages from my past relationships.
I am working alot of self- love and self esteem stuff too. I think they are all connected.
I am focused on unsticking myself this year. My goal is to keep taking stuff off my procrastination list all year. I have been doing amazing. Ordered new phone, got a new computer, starting school soon. I was doing great on workouts but probably need to see someone about my knee.
BUT!!! I officially hit 50 pounds down!!!!!!!!!

I am so excited/impressed/stoked/motivated.
I can do this! I deserve to love a healthy life! I deserve to have a healthy body and mindset!
I am so happy to be receiving my perfect body. I am so energized and I feel like dancing all the time. I am so grateful that life is so good. Cheers to the future!

Good Morning Lovelies ✨
I am currently in bed, ready to sleep but remembered I didn't post after the gym.
Last night I made chicken parm and a bourbon street chicken inspired stir fry thing. Tonight in going to break down the 5 lb pork loin I got on sale and maybe cook up some pork chops with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Like I said in a previous post, I didn't track every ingredient because that's too much work. So my supper also had a brown sugar bourbon marinade, soy sauce, cornstarch, and a little oil, but I'm really not too concerned about calories, just some of my macros.
I hit my protein and fiber goals, which are what I am focusing on tracking.
Today was a lower body day (and my chest is still a little sore from my upper body day last week) but I didn't want to always do the same workout, so I picked some different exercises to mix in. I think it's a good idea to have at least 2 different routines so I make sure I can get alllll the muscles targeted at some point.

For the leg press and calf press, I've decided I don't trust the resistance that's written on the machine because it just doesn't seem right (167 lbs). So instead I'm just writing the weight of the plates I added so I can track it more accurately.
My legs aren't nearly as tired today as they were after the last leg workout I did, so I think this doesn't work me quite as hard as the other one did. I think that's probably a good thing so I can still work my legs without almost overworking them every single time I have a lower body day. Still haven't figured out what I want to do tonight for my second upper body day routine but I'll make a post tomorrow morning and you'll find out what I did!

SWEETS! Ok y'all. Obviously with Christmas fast approaching sweets will be a huge presence so here's my recipe for amazing meringue pops that will have your house smelling great, your taste buds satisfied. They're so low calorie they pretty much don't even count. They're even Keto Friendly if that's your thing.
You will need:
-4 egg whites
-4 Tablespoons Swerve sweetener
-1/4 Teaspoon vanilla
-1/4 Teaspoon cream of tartar
-Lolly sticks (optional)
-Sprinkles (optional)
-parchment paper
-baking sheet... Or 2 or 3 depending on size.
-Stand mixer or hand mixer
-vinegar or lemon juice
This is a french meringue so the process is very straight forward. First, clean your bowl and whisk/beater attachment with vinegar or lemon juice. Let that dry. Meringue is simple but fussy so you don't want any oil residue collapsing it. Put your egg whites and cream of tartar into a mixing bowl and begin to beat them. Once they have foamed up a bit, add your vanilla and continue to beat. When the mixture has become a little more firm, slowly add your first tablespoon of swerve. Wait a minute and allow that to mix in and disintegrate completely. Repeat until you've added 4 tbsp. Once stiff peaks can be formed, you can add gel or powder food coloring (NOT LIQUID!) if you would like to color them.
Once you are satisfied with the consistency and color of your meringue, put the mixture in a piping or ziplock bag with a corner clipped. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. You can dab a bit of meringue under the corners to keep it in place. Pipe your meringue onto the parchment paper in fun shapes, lay a lolly stick over top, and then repeat the shape in a second later to cover the stick. This should make 8 or so decent size lollies.
Calories: ~80 cal
You could fill a cake box up with these and eat them all without breaking your calorie budget on deserts. Honestly I couldn't even finish half a batch before my sweet tooth was satisfied and I am a sugar FIEND.

love being b& for speaking the truth. if you hate me, get in the line.
though i struggled with it, i don't promote disordered eating/thought. or any type of SH. its hell and i dont wish that on anyone. you deserve happiness, get help etc.
i am literally just trying to lose weight (IN A HEALTHY AND SUSTAINABLE WAY as well as keeping good lifestyle changes) after having BED, pointing out what works and what doesn't, and how fucked the food industry and society is. having a place to track my progress, vent about my shitshow of a life and occasionally log meals has helped me so much. But ofc an army of sensitive whiny teenagers mass reported me for saying junk food is bad and you shouldn't eat it especially when trying to lose weight. (too much of anything is bad but my point stands. Secret Eaters, etc) and i lost my space and, well, the one or two mutuals i liked enough to remember.
You can't silence someone because they disagree with you and you can't come up with a decent argument beyond reaching, strawmen, buzzwords, threats and personal insults. I'm back, cats and kittens, and I will reach my goal while spreading the fucking truth. Whether anyone likes it or not.

That is the lowest I have weighed in quite a while.
I did record 1 day at 269 and 1 day at 268.4 in october 2020. According to what I found in my book, that was after 120 hours of fasting.
So I am happy that I am back there. Been a long time since I have done an extended fast like that.
