CINWIN Week 2021 Prompt list

Hey FNDM!

There are a lot of ships out there that don’t get enough love, but there’s one in particular that we would like to see some more content for Cinder Fall and Winter Schnee! This event’s theme is “Mythology” so it’s encouraged to create your works in a way that fits that theme, however, it is not a requirement.

We are so looking forward to everyone’s entries! For CinWin week we will be accepting all forms of content, be it fanart, fan fiction, cosplay, AMVs, edits, playlists, etc! It’s all fair game.

Summary:  Winter Schnee is a second-year student at Atlas Academy, in training to become a military Huntress. She's randomly assigned to do a group project with her classmate, Cinder Fall. Winter has never spoken to Cinder before, but the girl seems to dislike her, based on her name alone. However, when Winter rescues Cinder from a pair of bullying twins, the two are able to become friends. And when Winter offers to help Cinder get revenge against her bullies...well, they might just become even more.

Written for CinWin Week 2021, Day 6.

Cinwin Week: Day 2- Protect

Ironwood waited for Winter to arrive in his office. He had called her into his office to discuss some private matters. The lights shining from the city outside his windows lit the room well enough to see. Winter took a deep breath and knocked on the door to announce her presence. “Come in.” He said before standing from his seat and standing properly. Winter stepped into the room and closed the door gently and saluted him quickly and then stepped forward to he center of the atlas emblem. "𝒴𝑜𝓊 𝒸𝒶𝓁𝓁𝑒𝒹 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝓂𝑒 𝓈𝒾𝓇?" She stood with her arms behind her arms behind her back, though she relaxed some as he sat down. “Yes, I have called you here to ask you somethings.” He said speaking calmly. Winter nods to him and didn’t think anything of it. "𝒪𝒻 𝒸𝑜𝓊𝓇𝓈𝑒 𝒮𝒾𝓇" She responded. He sat back in his chair and had his finger tips touch. “Right, Schnee you understand, out of all my men and friends, I have full trust in you as a soldier and as someone I deem my closes friend correct?” Winter was perplexed by his question, but shook the thought away in her mind. "𝒴𝑒𝓈 𝒮𝒾𝓇." “Loyalty is important when it comes to our line of work, don’t you agree?” He asked her. "𝒴𝑒𝓈 𝒮𝒾𝓇.𝒲𝒾𝓉𝒽𝑜𝓊𝓉 𝓁𝑜𝓎𝒶𝓁𝓉𝓎, 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓂𝒾𝓁𝒾𝓉𝒶𝓇𝓎 𝓌𝑜𝓊𝓁𝒹 𝒻𝒶𝓁𝓁 𝒶𝓅𝒶𝓇𝓉." She answered, though now her thoughts wondered to if someone spotted her and Cinder together. She hoped this wasn’t the case. “I know that things are...getting worse. Though I do hope you have faith in me. Especially with the request I gave you.” He says as he got up from his desk and walked down the steps to stand in front of her. Winter had a shiver of fear hit her though she didn’t show it. Her eyes looked up to him. "𝒴𝑒𝓈 𝒮𝒾𝓇. 𝐼 𝒷𝑒𝓁𝒾𝑒𝓋𝑒 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒶𝓇𝑒 𝓂𝒶𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒹𝑒𝒸𝒾𝓈𝒾𝑜𝓃𝓈 𝓃𝑜𝓉 𝒿𝓊𝓈𝓉 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝓊𝓈, 𝒷𝓊𝓉 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝒶𝓁𝓁." She says clearly. He placed a hand on her shoulder and gave a tired smile. “Thank you Winter. I truly don’t know what I’d do without you.” He placed his hand back behind his back. “That will be all. Thank you.” She saluted him and turned to head out the room. Once out she took a deep breath for herself in relief. 

In the Vault 

Ironwood had Hero( yes I call the gun gun Hero) pointed down at Cinder who had taken some severe hits from their fight. “You have ruined all of Atlas. You have injured and turned my best soldier against me! And now, I will take one of Salem’s “ Cinder had looked up from the ground and her eyes widened as the blast charged up. A large glyph appeared in front of her to take most of the blast as another sent ice at his back to make him hit something else. Winter lands in front of her, her eyes full of fury and anger. “𝒴𝑜𝓊 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁𝓝𝓞𝓣 𝒽𝓊𝓇𝓉 𝒽𝑒𝓇." She looked back at Cinder to see her expression of shock and sadness. “Winter... I..” "𝒜𝓇𝑒 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝑜𝓀𝒶𝓎?" She didn’t want to hear anything about what happened before. Cinder just nods her head. Winter redirected her attention to Ironwood who was at this point furious, but more hurt. “Winter. Step aside. Now. That is an orde-” 

"𝐼 𝒶𝓂𝓝𝓞 𝓁𝑜𝓃𝑔𝑒𝓇 𝓉𝒶𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝑜𝓇𝒹𝑒𝓇 𝒻𝓇𝑜𝓂 𝓎𝑜𝓊. 𝒜𝒻𝓉𝑒𝓇 𝒶𝓁𝓁 𝓉𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝓨𝓞𝓤 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝒹𝑜𝓃𝑒." She snapped at him. “I am not going to be controlled any longer.” He frowned and glared at her. “ Saving her! Oh...I see now. You haven’t been loyal and have been seeing her.” He assumed. Winter points her blades at him. "𝒴𝑜𝓊 𝒶𝓇𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓉𝑜 𝓁𝑒𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝓂𝓎 𝒶𝓊𝓉𝓊𝓂𝓃 𝒻𝓁𝒶𝓂𝑒 𝒶𝓁𝑜𝓃𝑒. 𝐼𝒻 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓌𝒶𝓃𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝑔𝑒𝓉 𝒽𝑒𝓇, 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝓉𝑜 𝑔𝑜 𝓉𝒽𝓇𝑜𝓊𝑔𝒽 𝓂𝑒. 𝐼 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓅𝓇𝑜𝓉𝑒𝒸𝓉 𝓉𝒽𝑜𝓈𝑒 𝒹𝑒𝒶𝓇𝑒𝓈𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝓂𝑒." Ironwood looked at grown woman who has turned her blades against him. The one who gave her a home and place of care unlike her previous home. A tear rolled down his face. He was prideful in how she had grown, but hurt that it had to come to this. "Very well."

Cinder was more in shock at how Winter was defending and protecting her. It made her realize how much she meant to her. Though in the back of her mind she knew she had to get the relics for Salem. She had to, but Winter. Winter ran at Ironwood as her was charging up another blast, their fight had begun.. She couldn’t fail. She had to win for her people, for her family, and for Cinder. The sounds of clashing rang through the room. “Why save her? When all she did was destroy Atlas!” Ironwood shouted at Winter. "𝐵𝑒𝒸𝒶𝓊𝓈𝑒 𝐼 𝒶𝓂 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝒪𝓃𝓁𝓎 𝑜𝓃𝑒 𝓌𝒽𝑜 𝓊𝓃𝒹𝑒𝓇𝓈𝓉𝒶𝓃𝒹𝓈 𝒽𝑒𝓇 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝒽𝑒𝓇 𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓈𝑜𝓃𝓈 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝒽𝑒𝓇 𝓂𝑜𝓉𝒾𝓋𝑒𝓈." Winter had shouted back before clashing again with him. “I am not the one to be angry at Winter.” He told her. "𝒴𝑜𝓊 𝓈𝑒𝓉 𝒜𝓉𝓁𝒶𝓈 𝓊𝓅 𝓉𝑜 𝐹𝒶𝓁𝓁! 𝒴𝑜𝓊 𝒸𝓁𝑜𝓈𝑒𝒹 𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝒷𝑜𝓇𝒹𝑒𝓇𝓈, 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒶𝒷𝒶𝓃𝒹𝑜𝓃𝑒𝒹 𝑀𝒶𝓃𝓉𝓁𝑒 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓁𝑒𝒻𝓉 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓂 𝓉𝑜 𝒹𝒾𝑒 !" She snapped at him and had turned her blade to stab him and caused him dodge, though she took hits and rolled on the ground as her aura flickered. She was near Cinder now, looking to her. Cinder was still in shock at the situation and looked away from her for a moment. When she looked back, she offered her hand to Winter. Winter took her hand  and they both got up together.

Ironwood glare darkened as the light in his eyes disappeared and fury and his mettle semblance kicked in. Winter had activated her summoning glyph so birds came flying at Ironwood to buy time. "𝒞𝒾𝓃𝒹𝑒𝓇 𝒢𝑜. 𝐼'𝓁𝓁 𝒽𝑜𝓁𝒹 𝒽𝒾𝓂 𝑜𝒻𝒻." Winter simply put. “I won’t leave-” "𝒢𝑜. 𝐼'𝓂 𝓃𝑜𝓉 𝒶𝓈𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔." Winter had said louder over her and cut her eyes her direction. "𝐼'𝓁𝓁 𝓂𝑒𝑒𝓉 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝑜𝓃 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝑜𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓇 𝓈𝒾𝒹𝑒, 𝒷𝓊𝓉 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒹𝑒𝒸𝒾𝒹𝑒 𝒾𝒻 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓈𝓉𝒶𝓎 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝓂𝑒 𝑜𝓇 𝑔𝑜 𝒷𝒶𝒸𝓀 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝒮𝒶𝓁𝑒𝓂." Cinder looked down and then saw Ironwood blast through the birds. Winter used a glyph to take the blast before it broke and sent her back. She looked up at Cinder again. "𝒢𝑜!" Cinder used her maiden powers to fly through the gate way. Winter stood up again. Her mind went through things, things she never thought she would have to think about. She took a deep breath before attacking him again. She had to win... to convince her to stay...
