I'm so curious as to why you choose those specific Pokemon for the Robins and more about your Pokemon AU (isn't an entire AU or do you just have a Pokemon team for everyone?)
Kindaaaa? I have an entire Pokemon team for everyone in the Batfamily and reasons to why they own it if you're interested.
If you don't care that much about Pokemon you can just ignore this btw
In this "AU" everyone is still a vigilante, the only difference is that they all have Pokemon to help them in fighting crimes. I would like to think that there are 3 traditions in the Batfamily when it comes to their Pokemon: All the Robins get a bird-like Pokemon as a gift from Dick, all the Batgirls get an Eevee as a gift from Barbara, all of the Batboys get a starter Pokemon from Bruce and all of them must have one Pokemon that is always out of its Pokeball when patrolling.
Bruce: Noivern (always-outside-their-ball Pokemon), Absol, an Alolan Marowak, Mr Mime, Urshifu & Darkrai.
The Noivern, as a Noibat, was the bat that crushed through the window and gave him the idea of becoming Batman. The Darkrai has been hunting his dreams ever since his parents died until he discovered that it was used by Scarecrow and rescued it from him, Mr Mime used to belong to his parents and it helps around the manor alongside Alfred (its more like Alfred’s Pokemon at this point), Absol uses its power to lead him to the crime scene before the crime happens. He caught Marowak as a Cubone after its parents were killed during his first mission as Batman. He met Urshifu as a teenager during his training to become Batman and after his 100th attempt, he finally managed to beat it bare hands and catch it, right now its his most-used and most well-known Pokemon after Noivern.
All of his Pokemon reside inside Luxury balls.
Dick: Greninja (starter), Swellow (Robin’s bird) Lucario (always-outside Pokemon), Gliscor, Hitmontop & Luxray.
A Riolu was his first Pokemon and till this day his favorite/signature Pokemon. The Taillow was caught by his mother the day he was born and its the reason he created the Robin persona. Greninja as a Froakie was given to him as a gift by Bruce when he first adopted him. He caught a Gliscor when it was a Gilgar as a tribute to Batman even though Bruce told him that owning a bat-like Pokemon wasn’t a requirement to work with him. He rescued Luxray and Hitmontop from a rival circus to Haly's Circus that were abusing them and forcing them to do dangerous stunts.
Lucario/Swellow are in normal Pokeballs, Greninja is in a Luxury ball, Gliscor is in a Fast ball and Hitmontop/Luxray are in Heal balls.
Barbara: Reuniclus, Gardevoir, Roserade, Swoobat, Jolteon (Batgirl’s Eevee) & Psyduck (always-outside Pokemon)
Reuniclus helps her a lot as Oracle by either simple task such as levitating her coffee cup and documents toward her or important tasks such as linking her telepathically with the Batfam across Gotham. Eevee was the first Pokemon she used as Batgirl thus the tradition was started. Just like Dick she caught Swoobat as a tribute for Batman when it was a Woobat (again, even though Bruce said they didn’t have to). Gardevoir’s main job is to teleport the Batfam’s hurt Pokemon inside the Clocktower to quickly heal them before teleporting them back to the battlefield. Roserade is always stationed outside the Clocktower’s as its bodyguard that uses Sleeping Powder on anyone that gets too close and Psyduck was caught by complete accident, but sometimes he can be really cute/funny so she keeps him around as a mascot.
All of them are in Ultra balls, except Psyduck (normal Pokeball).
Jason: Charizard (starter), Fearow (Robin’s bird), Handoom, Mimikyu (always-outside Pokemon), Lycanroc (midnight form) & Bisharp,
Charizard as a Charmander was given to him by Bruce as his starter Pokemon. Fearow was his Robin’s bird Pokemon given by Dick as a Spearow. A Houndour and a Rockruff were the only Pokemon he had while living on the streets before he was adopted. After his death all 4 of his Pokemon were released by Bruce to a Pokemon Nature Reserve until Red Hood came to get them back one by one. Mimikyu was the first Pokemon he caught after he was resurrected because of how much it reminded him of himself and Bisharp was gifted to him by Talia during his training to become Red Hood and it gave him the idea for his costume.
The first 4 are in Safari balls while the other 2 are in Luxury balls
Tim: Combusken (starter), Fletchinder (Robin’s bird), Volbeat, Rotom, Lycanroc (daytime form) & Scizor (always-outside Pokemon).
Combusken was his starter Pokemon given by Bruce as a Torchic and even though it was technically already a bird Pokemon, he was still given a Fletchinder by Dick as his Robin’s Pokemon. He caught Rockruff as a tribute to the previous Robin (except his evolved during the day). A wild Rotom invaded his phone one day and wouldn’t leave, so he caught it and now its his most used/useful Pokemon. Volbeat has a lot of fond memories because he caught it and a Illumise with Stephanie during their first date and Scizor is just a cool Pokemon he owns.
All of them are in Luxury balls, except for Volbeat (Love ball).
Stephanie: Ditto (starter Pokemon), Espeon (Batgirl’s Eevee), Salazzle (always-outside Pokemon), Crobat, Illumise & Oricorio in Sensu Style (Robin’s bird)
She was given 3 Pokemon as soon she joined the Batfamily, an Eevee from Barbara that later evolved into Espeon, a Ditto by Bruce (he didn’t have time to prepare a proper starter for her) and an Oricorio by Dick as her Robin’s Pokemon and of course there was the Illumise she caught with Tim, so the only Pokemon she had from the start was a Salazzle that she pridefully stole from her father.
Ditto is in a Luxury ball, Espeon is in an Ultra ball and the rest are in normal Pokeballs or Love balls.
Cassandra: Noivern, Umbreon (Batgirl’s Eevee), Hydreigon, Weavile, Meloetta & Silvally (always-outside Pokemon)
Weavile as a Sneasel was her first Pokemon and the only thing that her father gave her. In the LOS she was given a temperamental Hydreigon as a child because she was the only one who knew how to tame it and while she was escaping from the League she rescued Type: Null from them while at it, which later evolved to Silvally when she became Batgirl. An Eevee was given to her by Barbara that later evolved to Umbreon and she caught a fully-evolved Noivern as a preparation for becoming Batman.
All of them are in Ultra balls, except for Silvally (Cherish ball)
Damian: Snivy (starter), Rufflet (Robin’s bird), Noibat (shiny), Kubfu, Scyther (always-outside Pokemon) & Rayquaza (rarely use it)
Scyther was his signature Pokemon in the LOS and one of the reasons for his rivalry with Tim (who owns a Scizor). Snivy was given to him as his starter by Bruce (because it reminded him of Damian) and Rufflet was given to him by Dick when he became his Robin (also because it reminded him of Damian). When he heard that Cass caught a Noivern to become the next Batman he tried one-up her by catching a shiny Noivern, but sadly he could only manage to find a shiny Noibat. He also searched the world for an Urshifu to teach him how to fight like his father did, but again, he sadly settled for a Kubfu that has the same attitude as him..............oh and he has a Rayquaza that his mother gave him for his 7th birthday, but he doesn’t like using it because it feels like cheating.
All of his Pokemon reside inside Luxury balls.
Duke: Pikachu (starter), Hakamo-o, Ampharos, Ninjask (always-outside Pokemon) & Falinks
Ninjask & Falinks were the only Pokemon he had before joining the Batfam, during the Robin War he would give one of the Falinks to any kid that didn’t own a Pokemon as a way to defend themselves while the fast Ninjask was like their messenger-pigeon that would gather them quickly when needed. Pikachu was given to him by Bruce as his starter Pokemon. Ampharos used to belong to commissioner Gordon actually and was responsible for powering up the Bat-signal, but since Bruce noticed that being near Ampharos would enhance Duke’s light-based powers, he asked Jim if he could give it to Duke (and Hakamo-o was caught in a raid battle with Cass, because she told him that he needs at least one power-house Pokemon)
Pikachu is in a Luxury ball, the rest are all in normal Pokeballs, except for Ampharos who’s in a Premier ball (like all commissioner-owned Pokemon)

Silver When it plays in water, it rolls up its elongated ears to prevent their insides from getting wet. Crystal The bubble-like pattern on its stomach helps it camouflage itself when it's in the water. Stadium 2 By keeping still and listening intently, it can tell what is in even wild, fast-moving rivers. Generation III Ruby Azumarill's long ears are indispensable sensors. By focusing its hearing, this Pokémon can identify what kinds of prey are around, even in rough and fast-running rivers. Sapphire Azumarill can make balloons out of air. It makes these air balloons if it spots a drowning Pokémon. The air balloons enable the Pokémon in trouble to breathe. Emerald It lives in water virtually all day long. Its body color and pattern act as camouflage that makes it tough for enemies to spot in water. Trivia In Generation V, Azumarill and Marill are the only Pokémon that can have the Electric type as their sole weakness. This is because of their Hidden Ability Sap Sipper. Azumarill is the only member of its evolutionary line that was not publicly revealed prior to the generation it debuted in. Origin It may be based on a combination of a rabbit and a beach ball or possibly a personal flotation device or lifebuoy. It could be also possibly based on the swamp rabbits, which have a strong preference for wet areas (such as cypress swamps, marshland, floodplain, and river tributaries) and that will take to the water and swim. Azumarill's water-like splash pattern may reflect from the camouflage of Countershading of aquatic animals such as sharks and penguins, being that they have a dark coloration on top to match the dark water underneath and a white coloration on their under to match the sunlight from above. Name origin Azumarill is a combination of azure (a shade of blue) or azul (Spanish and Portuguese for blue), Marill, and possibly rill (a small river or brook) Marilli may be a combination of 丸い marui (round or circular) or 鞠 mari (ball) and 瑠璃 ruri (lapis lazuli).
