Basically, you rebel against capitalism and fascists and current society and stuff by being as happy and silly and funny and whimsical as you can be. The whole point to circus punk is to bring happiness and comfort to a world of pain and suffering as a way to protest. The world may be cruel, but we don't have to be.
They want us to suffer, and we won't give them what they want, because we are the clowns and we run our own circus!

i truly truly will never stop being tickled by how law's braincell count just plummets into the negatives whenever he's around luffy and kid SPECIFICALLY at the same time. like if it's one or the other he copes more or less just fine. kid's a shit-starter but he's predictable and easy (and fun) to rile up. luffy runs on baffling logic but he's fundamentally easy to get along with so long as you maintain your zen and understand that he usually doesn't MEAN to get under anybody's skin. separately they aggravate law in different ways. but when they're together kid's penchant for starting dickswinging contests (or inability to not take the bait of one) collides with luffy unhesitatingly answering with a one-up that no sane person would conceive of and what the hell is law supposed to do against THAT fuckin wombo combo. get left behind and called a bitch for it? not goddamn LIKELY!!
I did an impromptu nonverbal circus performance with this furry with my ribbon poi for a crowd of children that were at pride. It was super fun i love getting any chance to perform which is why i carry them on me. I saw them do a cartwheel and i knew it was time to pull them out and approach them doing circus tricks. It was so silly putting the circus poi in their giant paws to try spin it. Or when i would do tricks and they would run back and forth in shock by my tricks and try battle me. Truly a performer. And the only word they said to me the entire time was when they read out loud at my cum bottle badge. Just a lil CUM!!! The silliest of guys. I showed them my zines and they liked them and were nice. One furry put my zine in their furry heads mouth :33 was a great day!
Kazuki Takamatsu's "Lingering Thoughts of the Cyber Punk World."
Opening on April 22nd, 2023 at Dorothy Circus Gallery in Rome and on view until May 20th, 2023 is artist Kazuki Takamatsu's endlessly incredible solo exhibition of new works: "Lingering Thoughts of the Cyber Punk World."
As humanity's narrative risks losing coherence due to intangible memories and fading thoughts, Takamatsu focuses on the ghostly remnants that resurface in our lives like digital tattoos. Kazuki's new body of work features portraits and neon-lit female figures, created using digital studio techniques, natural pigments, and depth mapping. Set in elaborate clock-like frames, these doll-girls evoke the sublimity of time within a mystical cyberspace atmosphere. The artist intricately layers and encrypts symbolism in his works, molding beauty codes to encourage viewers to decipher the depths of time.
Takamatsu's portraits aim to stimulate the viewer's imagination and evoke long-forgotten memories by conveying precise emotions. The nostalgic color palette, inspired by water and sunlight, suggests the interconnection of life and death and the constant flux of existence. The exhibition highlights the complex relationship between time, technology, and identity, emphasizing the impact of technological evolution on human culture. "Lingering Thoughts of the Cyber Punk World" underscores the intricate layers of the contemporary world, shaped by an infinite range of factors.
in most fandoms, there's usually a character that a lot of people simp for, (Ex: Hobie Brown, Jax from TADC) which i don't have a problem with, BUT like..can people who post ROMANTIC and/or SMUT of a character please stop tagging platonic sort of stuff in their posts?? Because it's very irritating to look up "Hobie Brown platonic headcannons" and get smut results, TAGGED with "platonic hobie x reader" or smth. It's not just Hobie even, it's literally EVERY character I look up. I get that some posts might slip through, but that could be WAY less common if people actually payed attention to what they tagged. It's especially annoying since most of my family figures are the most "simped-over" characters, and there's barely any platonic stuff written anyhow. It makes it way harder to find fics I like, which other people might not have an issue with, since they see the character romantically. It's just annoying.
