this is just a reminder for those who need to see it but you dont have to transition to be trans. not socially, not physically, nothing. you dont have to have dysphoria, you dont have to use traditional pronouns or any pronouns at all.

you don't have to change your name, you dont have to pass, you dont have to prove yourself. there is no gauntlet, no checklist of requirements. you are trans enough, just existing.

What would you like to see more represented with trans bodies in art or in general?

Hello I'm a trans man doing an art project for my school's art show in April. For my art project I am recreating traditional renaissance paintings with trans people to showcase that trans bodies are divine.

I would like to show a wide variety of what different trans bodies look like so I am asking around and looking for what people would like to see represented in trans bodies.

I appreciate and am open to trans masculine people's input however I already have a lot of it so I am more so looking into trans feminine people and AMAB non-binary people's ideas at the moment.

I am also especially interested in input from intersex and autistic trans and nonbinary people since there is a more complex relationship with your gender and your body.

Overall any comments are appreciated and I will not tolerate any transphobia or TERFs here.

CISN'T is so far the longest autobio comic i've made, and it's a sequel to my ''Don't assume i'm CIS'' comic from early 2020. CISN’T was sold at Helsinki Zinefest and people had an opportunity to pre-order it few months ago. I don’t see enough of these so this is your sign to embrace your feminimity in whatever form you wish to. Don’t be afraid to transition, to try out whatever clothes or makeup feel right, don’t worry about intruding, or stealing or looking “weird” because feminimity does not work like that. Anyone is welcome no matter what bigots say.

Whether it’s clothes or eyeliner or hormones or pronouns or just allowing yourself to accept that it’s a part of you, go ahead. Doesn’t matter if you’re a trans girl or a genderfuck or a trans man, a femme or a butch, old or young, whatever.

Happy Pride to everyone struggling with their feminimity, to everyone trying to accept it, to everyone who has accepted it, to everyone with a complicated queer relationship with it and to everyone who is just having a load of fun with it. This one’s for you. <3
