This is a very peculiar planthopper by the name of cladonota apicalis from the Family membracidae .The species are very ornamented and have strange body forms, sometimes resembling pieces of branches, leaves, dry fruits or seeds, lichens, bird droppings, etc. There are about 50 described species. Their biology is poorly known.They are masters of mimicry.

what’s the weirdest looking bug you know of? theyre all so cool 🐞
There are just too many! Personally I think the weirdest ones are the ones with camouflage that blends in exactly with their habitat like moss-mimic stick insects or dead leaf mantids. Check out my camouflage tag for some of those!
