It is beautiful. An emotional thing to witness the divine masculine rising up to face the challenge of these times. Watching all of these big burley men join together to protect the people of this land. Watching them cry as their heart swell as they receive all the love, all the thanks & appreciation from those they are Collectively, Consciously, Peacefully, fighting to protect. You have to keep breaking your heart until it opens. ~ Rumi The heart chakra requires an exchange. It cannot cultivate compassion if there’s nothing coming in. And compassion is essential for the survival of our species. Compassion is our medicine in times of great suffering. When people are divided, in times of great change, in public health crisis, when injustice is all around us. Compassion is our lifeline. And the more we can receive, the more compassion we can generate for one another. Imagine trying to exhale without ever taking an inhale. Imagine the heart trying to pump oxygenated blood out to the periphery of the body of the blood was never returned. It’s impossible. The heart needs energetic exchange. And we truely cannot receive, we can’t let it in until the heart has been broken so many times that it cracks open. If you are experiencing heartbreak & you feel like you are undergoing surgery without anaesthesia, it’s because you are. You are healing your heart. So stay with it. Breathe into it.
