I did this fanart testing some brushes and trying to emulate (to an extend) the scroll drawings of the game. Okami is so dear to me. Was the first game that make me look for it’s concept art and inspired me to become a concept artist one day.Oki is one of my fav characters as well :)

In a pleasant redemption arc, God Hand is absolutely as good as the hypebeasts say it is. I don't know why I was able to gel with it this time around when I couldn't all those years ago- I'm gonna chalk it up to "better understanding of beat 'em ups as a genre" and "the SsethTzeentach video"- but it's kind of stunning to me that nothing has tried to make another 3D beat 'em up in the spirit of God Hand.

Well Gang, looks like we've got a mystery on our hands

So my partner buys a bluetooth speaker from Homestore + More the other day; a cheap one from a brand we've bought before - Sonarto.

It's fine, it does the job. They turn it off, and the shutting down noise makes my head spin 'round so fast I near get whiplash. It's the unearthing-a-clover sound effect from Okami, clear as day, no doubt about it. Here - here's me pressing the off button:

I know sound effects can be stock noises, but this one is so recognisable and unique to the game that I can't imagine it is.

I can't find any information on the company "Sonarto" aside from the speaker saying "made in china" on the bottom, and seemingly only being sold in Homestore + More who are an Irish company.

Does this mean Sonarto is a Homestore + More brand?

IS the Clover sound effect public domain? Is it something that relinquished trademark once Clover Studio went under or would it be something that would be wholly owned by Capcom?

I HAVE SO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS, it's driving me mad.
