I just want to SCREAM! Proship is not a dirty word or label! It doesn't mean anything BAD! It doesn't mean you're pro-real life abuse, kinks, whatever nonsense people come up with. It's just a silly internet term to show support for people to make fanart and fanfics! Whatever fiction people make, cute sfw stuff, sexy fun stuff, or the dark and painful stuff! It's ALL GOOD STUFF! It all deserves to exist! "But what about..." YES ALL OF IT. ALL OF IT DESERVES TO BE MADE AND EXIST IF THE CREATORS WANT TO MAKE IT. We do not know why people create the things they do. But I know some people need a voice and fiction is the only way they can be heard. It is up to ourselves to curate our online experience using website features like block and mute. Use websites that don't host art you don't want to see. To this day I am still getting abusive messages. People send me anonymous compliments or delete their public messages of support to me to avoid getting caught in the crossfire. I have no idea what I have done to earn this ire. I have no way to face it. No one left to help. I just have to scream into the void. Please protect fiction. We all need it. [Don't post if not anon pls] As someone who believed they were proship before realizing just exactly what it entailed (I thought it just meant liking non standard stuff + was doing it was a fucked up way of sh), I interacted with the pillowing community a lot and even was semi acquainted with Clover, they fucking openly complain about antis n shit and acted oh so high and mighty because antis "just tell pro shippers to off themselves" and then turn around and threaten, stalk, and ban evade people and beg people to buy them designs from people who've blocked them and offering their insanely priced myos in exchange (the rarest traits cost $500 for the myo, or you can be a literal art slave in exchange for one of them)

bitter bitter bitter i made comfort characters with my pillowing myos yeears ago and, even if ive voided them now, have to have them associated with that nasty ass species/owner at all. even when voided they stay on the ml so everyone can see it along with owners username plastered up. like, fuck me i guess for assuming i could use a sentimental design in a species (never making that mistake again), but jesus christ i didn't know i had to extensively vet species owners

There’s a thread on Toyhouse comparing the site to Kiwi Farms and fucking CloverCoin of all people is in the thread crying about how she supposedly got harassed, doxxed and lost friends but doesn’t understand why. If the latter part is true then I definitely wish the people doing it a very stub your toe and rethink your life choices but why is it always the people who are atrocious that have the gall to play the victim when they get called out? People who don’t know CloverCoin’s past actions are defending her too, stroking her victim complex even further. Some poor sod actually tried to reason with her too to try and make her understand why people don’t like her, only to realize she’s a lost cause and block her in the end. I had forgotten about Pillowings and CloverCoin until I saw them in the thread. I used to know people in that community but they fled when the PSA came out. I’m glad I never got into CS, a lot of them seem to be owned by terrible people.
