It's been around a week since I had coffee. And much longer since I had last made hot coffee. I'm trying to cut back the caffeine addiction. @bluedelilah catches me lighting a candle with some matches I found around the house.

'What are you doing?' she asks, furrowing her brow and looking puzzled.

I glance at her, confused by the question as it seems pretty obvious. 'Lighting a candle,' I reply calmly, bringing the match closer to the candle.

'Planning a satanic ritual at nine in the morning? Isn't it a bit early?'

'Yeah, what's the big deal? It's not for a ritual, just to boost my spirits and face the day ahead.'
