one day ill write the post about how the most annoying mischaracterizations of wylan always stems from people not being able to recognize/understand the contradictions in his personality. yes hes the “we could wake them up” guy but he’s also “who’s mark?”. he threatned to push kuwei in the canal, and inej said that jan has the same eyes as wylan but without wylans kindness. yes he was the one who said “just girls?” and initiated the kiss but hes also blushes at half the things jesper says. he’s the demo expert and the guy who wanted to ring for tea after he’d nearly been killed. he doesn’t want to be a criminal but the moment he finds out its for inej it’s all good. and if I were writing the post id go into how I read this as a consequence of growing up in a privileged & abusive household which meant in some ways he’s never taken care of himself and other ways he’s had no one to take care of him. if i was writing that post.
“Return my cross or else I’ll kiss you senseless.”
“Guess I won’t be returning it then.”
I had to get it out of my system or else I will not know peace. XD Trigun Stampede has taken over my life and Vashwood just slapped me in the face. Print
Literally still cannot believe Max is an ambassador for EA Sports and the F1 game, considering how much we knew he hated it, and how particular he is about his racing games. Like he wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole and now he's endorsing it??
The only other person doing EA promo is Charles.
1+1=2 and all that.
Charles must have had some influence on Max betraying his own core values to endorse the F1 game, because I'm pretty sure Max isn't doing it for the money. I don't know if EA approached Max and Max saw that Charles was doing it and therefore found it acceptable to do the endorsement, or if he actually spoke to Charles about it, but either way - I bet he's definitely part of the reason Max is an ambassador.
Anon, you're 100% correct that it is Charles's doing that Max is suddenly interested in the F1 game but also I think you're forgetting a KEY piece of information here. Let us rewind, back to December last year, when Charles got Max for secret santa and got him a very particular gift...
So obviously what we can now extrapolate from this version of events is that Max played Charles's little gag gift, actually found out he liked it to an extent that he's willing to sponsor F1 23 (alongside Charles of course). Alternatively he's well aware that Charles likes it and so took the gig to appease him. Either way, Max is down bad.
Now…I could be thinking WAY into this but doesn't anyone find the whole 'Bug-a-Bye and Goodnight' song a little suspicious? Of course, the song is sung in a melancholy way as Frank bids the bugs farewell before bed.
HOWEVER, something about it just feels very off to me. Especially the lines I have snipped from the lyrics.
Could the song be hinting at the possibility that there may be some point where Eddie is going to be buried? Like our last clip, we saw Mr. Dear in a very-not-okay moment with Frank looking very worried.
In the past update in Frank's Garden, after you click on a bug, you see one of the people or little clips buried halfway in the dirt in the hidden video.
Nine little people things....one buried
frank's garden…garden…bug-a-bye and goodnight?
Bugs are also decomposers we know that very well! Bugs have been a lurking theme in Welcome Home too- COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT
Anyone else think it's weird that Snake is born on March 15th (Ides of March), while that's when we get our first spoilers for ch210, and now we have the rest of the ch210 spoilers on St. Patrick's Day? The saint credited with getting rid of all the snakes in Ireland....
March 17 is also the day our earl officially gains the title of earl.
I really loved this concept for the end credits. To leave the camera rolling on a seemingly mundane but candid moment with each of our characters. It very much reminded me of 'Call Me By Your Name's one shot credit scene with Timothée Chalamet face on to camera.
