Watched a good video exposing the school shooting community in Roblox and I rolled my eyes when I saw this.

It was shown during a segment where the youtuber was showcasing self-proclaimed “columbiners”.

Like how do you misconstrue the game to such an extent? The ending of the first game had P1 breaking down AT an elementary school, he couldn't bring himself to kill those kids. You can't be a Postal fan and be a “colombiner” (hell, you shouldn't be one in general), both are contradictory.

I'm complaining about this here bc well where else am I gonna. there's been a rise in neonazism post-bolsonaro here that kinda spiked ever since he lost the election which has been recently translating into these neonazi incel moids attacking/killing children and teachers in schools particularly in the south and southeast à la usamerican school shootings with the exception that despite bolsonaro's best efforts to facilitate access to fire arms most of these men don't yet have easy access to guns but anyway I'm getting off track.

in the past few weeks a man started sending harassment and death and rape threats to ppl (mostly women, some gay men) on my campus. he's been identified and arrested for the rape threats, racism (not homophobia bc that's still not a crime lol), and for illegal possession of a firearm 🗿

even tho the current media policy is to not reveal the identity of these men as not to encourage others like them bc they see the media coverage as trophies (etc etc) it's established this incident is also connected to these neonazi movements and anyway I'm still kinda scared to go back to campus next week 🥲 and on top of that there's a rumor that these neonazi cells are organizing an attack on the 20th of april (it's a date relevant to the colombine shooting or something) and I have a presentation I can't skip on that day lmao

there was another shooting in my childhood best friend’s hometown today. it’s the second shooting there in the past three fucking days. the first didn’t get much news coverage that i saw; i found out about it in a twitter thread designed to horrify you: 10 mass shootings SINCE uvalde that you didn’t hear about!

there are no words for the grief in my chest. it is the anger that drops too many forks, that slashes through the pierogies boiling as i stir. i want to destroy them all now. i want to slice and stab and mash at them with my silicone spatula until they are nothing, because they are too soft and delicate and i am too pathetic to manage such a simple task as boiling frozen fucking pierogies for three minutes and frying them for two, and people are dead, and children are dead, and people are wounded, and there are witnesses who will never be the same, i will never be the same, i have no claim to this grief and it is one i inherited when i was born a few months after colombine, a promise that i would never know a world without active shooter drills and the threat of someone who wanted me dead because they were hurting.

this isn’t my trauma to bear in any real way. i have never been in a shooting; my schools were lax with their drills and lockdowns and security and were fortunate enough that that never bit my classmates or i in the ass.

and yet there is too much grief for this tired, pained body of mine to hold. 

i don’t destroy the pierogies. i will be more upset when there is nothing for me to eat. i dont know how to direct this hurt and anger and grief into any meaningful action, so. [gestures meaninglessly at the screen] posts.
