okay wait i just found out i could basically take private violin lessons for free

#my college has a flat tuition fee for 12 to 15 credits and i only have 14 rn bc my credit count is funky this year due to french being 4 #and it offers 1 credit private instructions for a variety of instruments #so THEORETICALLY. i could do private violin instruction and not pay any more money than i already am #the question is Should i lmaoo #i was most likely going to fill up that last slot w one of the choirs but i wasn’t sure if that would be a good idea bc of the time #commitment already coming w marching band that would just be stacked onto (since even though they’re both worth only 1 credit they are #longer than an hour multiple times a week) #and this would remove that issue #i mean. i know it sounds like Such a bad idea but there’s really not much else that i can take for 1 credit that’s not some like. #independent study or some requirement for a major i will never have #there ARE like 5 random writing classes available too but 2 are internships and only one of the remaining options sounds interesting so idk #personal #the music chronicles #i could definitely just leave my schedule at 14 credits but that would mean i would have to take 16 one year to graduate and would Then #have to pay more than the flat tuition fee for 12 to 15 credits so. would rather not do that haha #*16 one semester
