HI FOLKS
Not posted on here for a bit but exciting news: I saw a sparrowhawk! That marks the 5th bird of prey that I've seen and the 3rd I've managed to get a photo of. They seemed to be nesting by a river and was attacking magpies when we saw them.
Such a cute little killer! I hope they've managed to defend their eggs!
I also managed to get a photo of a Chiffchaff, a small cute little bird that has a very cute call!
Thats all for now but I'll be posting more soon hopefully!

A leaf warbler in the tree, probably a common chiffchaff, though I didn't see them long enough to be sure

Common Chiffchaff (Phylloscopus collybita)
The Common Chiffchaff, a member of the warbler family, gets its name from its song, a simple and repetitive 'chiff-chaff'. They nest on or close to the ground, hidden amongst dense vegetation like brambles or nettles, built by the females out of plant stems and leaves and lined with feathers.
