Prayer - Communication

I ask the Holy Spirit to teach me how to communicate and to help me speak to Him first before anything else.

Then I’ll get these immense feelings and my heart would be so heavy and I try and find all these other means to express and the Holy Spirit is like ‘hello it’s me! Speak to me!’ To the point that my head starts hurting and He gets my attention.

Then I laugh and remember the prayer I prayed and I start thanking Him and speaking to Him in tongues so he can take this dreadful headache away and I tell Him all that’s on my heart.
