And eventually you have a little community with community farms and community storage for everyone. And some people are good at redstone and others are good at building. So you always have a person who can do something for you, and then maybe you have to do a favor in return buts it’s ok because at least it’s fair. I’m gonna say something white/western leftists aren’t gonna like to hear but you all don’t know what it means to “live in community.” You expect that to mean a utopian world where you and your friends just hang out and don’t do work but you know the type of work people put into romantic relationships and family? You’re gonna a have to do that with everyone in your community. It requires effort that isn’t always equally reciprocated, trust, communication, conflict resolution, and compromise. A lot of us aren’t equipped to handle that and would rather ghost someone than have a fight.

I want to grow, and learn, and wisen, and one day I want to buy a big house, but not just for myself. I want to buy a big house in the woods with many rooms, a big kitchen, many bathrooms with lots of different styles, and I want to make the rent prices low, and to make the rooms available for students and young adults, and then I want them to feel at home and to know their identities will be loved and respect. I want them to feel at home with the house, my plants and my cats, I want us to plant a beautiful garden with flowers, fruit and vegetables. I want us to cook and listen to music, to sit out on the porch staring at the stars, and to listen to their voices and stories while driking homemade tea. I want to share meals, I want to help with makeup when they go out, I want to welcome them with a hug when it's cold outside, and I want to be their friend, and I want to give them a place to call home, and I want to give them warmth.

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT????
