I would like to introduce to you, the very fine morsel I named myself after - the cookie 🍪🍪 I grew up eating some insanely delectable cookies, whether home-baked or bespoke ones 🍵🍫 Can't call where I live "home" without delicious cookies to make it homey and so my journey to find some scrumptious, moreish cookies began (or should I say vegan 😋) 💕💕 🍪🍪 ✨️ 🍪🍪 @vandoughsnz came to be recently and it has been like a dream but in real life (wut?) 🥳🥳 My photography skills do not do these bad boys justice 🍪💗 Great for a teatime snack or dessert after a boring dinner ☺️☺️ These cookies are definitely something to look forward to after a meal 💕💕 My favourite would be the Mucho Matcha and Ube de Coco 💚💜 Oh the flavours, YUMMMM 🥰🥰 They do not leave a sickeningly sweet aftertaste, they HAVE flavour and are just delicious to boot 💝💝 Bonus points for being vegan! Zap the butter for 35 seconds to melt, but it shouldn’t be much hot. Place the butter into a mixing bowl and beat with the natvia. Add the vanilla and egg, mix on low for another 20 seconds exactly. Add the almond flour, xanthan gum, salt and baking powder. Mix until well combined. Press the dough together and remove from the bowl. Combine the chocolate chips into the dough with your hands. Roll the dough to Make 12 balls and place on a baking tray. Bake for 11 mins. Let them cool, and serve. Happy Saturday foodie friends!! Yesterday I made @choosing_balance’s snickerdoodle oatmeal cookies, so this morning I got to have cookies for breakfast 😋. These cookies are so good and packed with vitamin A, so I definitely recommend you head over to Peyton’s page to check out the recipe. As you can see, everyone wanted a bite 😂. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Insta fam meet Socket. The animal shelter near my dad’s house posted a pic of him on Facebook about 2 months after I lost Lily, and they just looked so similar I couldn’t leave him there. He’s very playful and he also loves oatmeal cookies, so we were fast friends 😊💚. ⠀⠀

The dough is a delicate slightly flaky unsweetened cream cheese based dough, and the sweetness of this cookie comes solely from the filling.
