Gouache. My mortal enemy. I think I did okay with this little guy. I always find round paper fascinating and hard to work with. #sketchbox #sketchboxmay #gouache #copicfineliner #kitsune #fantasy https://www.instagram.com/p/Cc_AKvTJw7y/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Making one last sketch of my studio before I start pulling the rest of it down. I’ve loved working in this space, but I’m excited for studio waiting for me. accessibility: A photo of Ashley holding a sketchbook up to one corner of her studio, which is crowded with a drafting table, lights, an overflowing bulletin board, and art supplies. She has sketched this view on her sketchbook with a Copic fineliner. #ArtStudio #ArtistStudio #Art #Artworks #Artist #ArtistsOnInstagram #ArtistsOfInstagram #ArtIG #ArtDaily #DailyArt #Artsy #InstaArt #ArtCollector #LAArtist #FineArt #ArtCollection #ChronicallyIllArtist #DisabledArtist #Copic #CopicMarker #CopicFineliner @copic_official https://www.instagram.com/p/CpIolA2rI8J/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Hey traditional artists!
Looking for some nice fineliners? Copic has a sweet line of liners with refillable ink and replaceable nibs! They come in a variety of sizes, the smallest being 0.03mm (!)
I got the 0.05mm and .25mm. They're pricey--each pen costs about 9 bucks a pop, but the ink refills are less than $3 so you can save in the long run if you use fineliners a lot. The nibs are easy to draw with, similar to most fineliner nibs. The smaller sizes require a lighter touch, but that's to be expected with such small diameters. The ink is archival, so it won't fade and you can go over it with markers or watercolor just fine.
Less important, but the barrels are nicely made. They have good weight and material.

This time I'm back with a fanart that I've wanted to draw in my Moleskine sketchbook for a while. The fanart is one of my absolutely favorite Kingdom Hearts game series ❤️.
I colored the whole thing with a mix of markers, colored pencils and metallic pens. It was really fun to work on the picture! Especially since it's been a while since I've worked with outlines and markers.

And then I added detail in fineliner and white gel pen again!!
I really like how vibrant it is and how chaotic it looks lol

I got most of this done over the weekend and then it dragged on because it’s hard to work and be creative at the same time
