In terms of working the glutes, because your core is more able to stabilize your lower back, you will move more from your hip joint, which encourages more glute activation! Give it a try!

In my opinion squats and cardio are the best when it comes to core training. Although we feel it primarily in our legs the cores main function is to help maintain a neutral back when performing a squat so a lot of our strength is coming from our core as well when doing a squat. If you want to perfect your form work on strengthening your core as well as hip mobility. Cardiovascular exercises like jump roping & sprints work the full body & give you that direct core engagement you will feel. These two together 🤝🏾 Happy Tuesday, let’s get it
