❤️‍🩹Healing — when one of them is hurt or suffering, what little things does the other do to help them heal (physically, emotionally, etc)?

Simple answer: they don’t (much) ❤️ Long answer: talking is hard for them, so instead they often just spend quality time together doing things both enjoy. Era finds unconventional recipes online and makes them for Xeha when he’s feeling off as a distraction (for them both) and fuel. One time he tried making Gatorade cheesecake which actually turned out decent but he swore never to make it again and now they have all these unopened Gatorade bottles in the apartment. Their pantry’s a mess. Xeha sends Era old memes (cheeseburger cats old) since modern humor is too esoteric for him.

🌂Rain — how do they usually spend a boring or rainy day together?

Reading or crafts together, something to keep their hands and minds busy. Sometimes they find play scripts and act them out/do dramatic readings in their living room.

20. Which other character is the ideal best friend for this character, the amount of screentime they share doesn't matter?

hmmm. honestly I think he and Skuld would be great friends solely based on vibes. It's a crime they didn't get to interact more in khux (though I do understand, what with the update schedule and the fact only two people were animating that game). In my ideal kh4 or whatever, Subject X Skuld and Recompleted Lauriam would be so goddamn stoked to see each other, just like "Oh thank the masters you're here too". Lauriam Skuld Ventus trio "the last ones standing"

25. What was your first impression of this character? How about now?

There was just something that like, naturally drew me towards him? I think at first it was a purely aesthetic thing (pink characters my beloved, flowers were a bonus) but I also found the sibling plotline intriguing. He just WAS my default favorite and I 've talked about it a bit in this post here. I did arrive at a bit of an unfortunate time bc The sibling reveal had JUST happened, but it hadn't come out in global yet so we were still in the limbo of "which of them is strelitzia's sibling", which meant that most posts about him were just people being very. well. you know how people treated him lol

Nowadays I still love him with my whole heart, him and Strelitzia are probably my favorite characters in the series hands down. my account on AO3 has had a screenshot of the two of them from the One Cutscene since that scene dropped in 2020. I love him with my whole heart. Sparkle On and Such ✨

I got bored and made a Khux character dynamics board!!

Be warned KHUX SPOILERS!!

Board 1:

Ephemer and Brain: The OG boy in white and boy in black duo. (I'm going by timeline not by games because that would make Ven and Vani the OG duo) You either like it because of Eraqus and Xehanort's dynamic or you love it because how they really care about each other (The Khux secret ending hurt you didn't it?)

Or it is just aesthetically pleasing to your eyes ✨✨

Strelitzia and Lauriam the Flower siblings: God, where do I even start? This poor boy has been looking for his sister this whole series just to learn she died at the hands of one of his closest friend…

The scene of them showing how close they were to each other hurts knowing what their fates are and Lauriam character files make it even worse because he forgot what and who he was looking for then knowing how much it pains him during his Organization days…AND THE WORDS HE SAIDS BEFORE HE DIES IN KH3, UGH!!!

Then, wondering if Strelitzia remembered Lauriam or not which makes me very worried… :/

Strelitzia just wanted to stay by his side but couldn't in the very end…

LET THEM BE HAPPY NOMURA!!! >:(

How atmospheric and tonally coherent the backgrounds and locations are, especially for the Disney worlds. For example, the fire in KH3 Olympus is still somewhat cartoony with the classic Herc swirls, but also has particle effects because it’s fire

I don't think so? My parents chose my birth name bc they liked the sound. My chosen name chose me lmao. I want to keep the masc version of my birth name around as second name, but I think it's less bc it's related to my old name and more bc I like the sound of it, and it makes Mama happy :>

started out with gymnastics when i was ~6 (probably bc baby me started climbing street lights bc our trees were too smol xD), then switched to tennis due to external circumstances and stuck with it until I moved for uni. Here the distances are all much bigger so going everywhere by bike was enough daily sports (30-40km/day), but then the pandemic happened. Now i have dumbbells and a yoga mat in my room and do stretches and (body)weight things most days bc all my 'things why i need to leave the house' are 25+km away. i am ok with going 20km one way but not more than that xD

sometimes! depends on the people. i did it sooo much around my brother when i still lived at home, but these days i think it's gotten pretty rare

i am good at learning music by ear + play flute and piccolo very well (this is prob bc Mama taught me how to learn music at a young age). It's so nice to have One Thing I am not self conscious about, esp bc it isn't tied to money or anything. These days it comes fairly effortless and I love playing and learning new pieces, and bc my orchestra appreciates me I get to play piccolo + solo parts too. I also used to be very good at singing but i am on hrt now and idk how that's gonna develop xD

I also write stuff and draw things and I do the drawing thing professionally/plan on doing so, at least (rn it's just small things on the side and wouldn't pay the bills). But neither feels like a talent bc everyone I started out with was better at it than me when we were kids. They just stopped doing it. Idk. Success through persistence and spite... both my art and writing feel extremely average (derogatory) most of the time, but I guess we will see if i manage to succeed anyway dklldkd
